Previously i rated this place 5 star for alisha in service and jeff in sales.
I bought a corolla last year and I m buying a new camry now
So i wanted to transfer my finance to someone who is willing to take over my finance and i can finally buy the new camry xse.

Went to the dealer ship on june 20
Met with shelly butler
A credit application was filled out the same
Shelly promised she was gonna get back to me by latest Thursday evening (june 21) and we can seal the deal.

I got no call from her
So after 22nd june i called the dealership receptionist everyday till june 27 asking for shelly
She said she is gonna get back to me and i got no answer.
I m typing this today because i still haven t gotten a call from her even after leaving her numerous voicemails.
I understand you guys are busy
But this very un professional.

Also unlike you guys I didn t take a $1000 deposit from the person s credit card to seal the deal.

What if i lose the person who is willing to take over my car just because you guys take long.

Also I m buying a new car and this is how you deal with previous customers and new customers?

And i have nothing against the person we didn t have a big interaction.
It s just about the ignorance of ignoring my business at TOTP.
