Toyota of Victoria did an extraordinary job getting me the truck I wanted and the financing taken care of. These guys really know how to work to get a deal done, small town dealership like Toyota of Victoria are the best. they actually get the customer what they want or find a similar alternative to help you get into a new vehicle. If your in the market for a new vehicle check these guys out, best dealership in the area.
They sold me a truck that is now starting to have problems on july 28 and because of this i do not want it fixed because it only has 39,000 miles if its already having issues i want to return the truck. I have tried twice to talk to them the DAY AFTER was bought return it and they are not willing to speak with me about it saying i would have to wait till MONDAY for the general manager to be working, and even then that can't do a return period. Very disappointed in this sale i will most definitely not be buying anything again from them inless they agree to allow me to return the truck.
I have the best Assistant Service Manager (Michele M) Ever. I love this location so much. They make sure you and your vehicle is taking care of in every way. I am always at peace when I leave there because I know if anything is wrong they will not let it go out of there shop. Thanks to everyone who is in the service area you make people safe and that's not easy sometimes. Highly recommended location.
On Monday I shared the most courteous encounter on purchasing my 2017 Rogue everyone was friendly and very manageable but professional. Special thanks to our salesman "T. J. This is by far the BEST dealership for your go to needs on choosing your new vehicle. I live in Corpus but drove the extra miles to Victoria. They are a high volume dealer and can get you the best price possible. They get my vote. Everyone was really helpful and made the whole process easy. Go see them if you want a great deal and helpful service. If I could give 10 stars I definitely would!!
Don t get me wrong, I LOVE my new car. Totally in love with it! But all these salesmen had one thing in mind: making a sale. I told these guys several times I was NOT ready to buy a car. Yet I was pressured into buying the car because they refused to take no for an answer. The only person I felt comfortable with was the intern. They did give me all the information needed which was nice, but I did not feel comfortable there what so ever. This was my first time buying a car, and it was not the best experience...

Great for car dealers. My only dislike is the lack of cheaper options. Staff/ dealers try to be as flexible as possible. They seem friendly to families coming in there. I bought my kids in and the wait was made to be bearable enough. Considering the packages that come with the vehicles I would recommend as far as quality is concerned.

I wish i could give it zero stars. Went to purchase a used truck, i drove from Kingsville. And the vehicle was said to have passed inspection, well, for starters the AC didnt work, the factory radio was cut out with a hack saw and in the hole was an after market radio that was not mounted and in their loose. There were wires hanging from the steering column, holes drilled into knee plate under steering wheel, the factory speakers were gone, i fliped rear seat up to find more wiress hanging loose and someone had cut a huge flap in carpet, and there is a huge square cut out of the trucks body to where you can see the ground from i side the cab. Then the rear back seat was mounted to 2x4 pieces of wood. WHAT A WASTE OF TOTAL 4 HOURS OF DRIVE AND MY DAY OFF! Not one manager came out and apologized. Sad, trying to sell a vehicle thats not even safe to operate.
I recently purchased a '13 FIAT 500T (Which I'm falling more and more in love with each day!) from Eric Mikulenka, and I can easily say it was the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. During our test drive I felt absolutely zero pressure from Eric. He explained that his goal was to get me in the car I wanted, at a price I was comfortable with, and he did just that. There was no back and forth between Eric and the sales manager Angel Saenz since they were able to get me the price I could handle in about 5 minutes! I signed a few papers with Eric and then it was off to finance. Since he knew I was starving, and noticed there was a bit of a wait for finance, he let me go pick up food in the FIAT! Once I got back, he sent the car to get detailed and I sat down with the nicest F & I manager I've ever met, Mr. Demetrece Williams AKA Coach. We got all the paperwork done and as I was walking outside, other salesmen were coming up to congratulate me on my new car! Eric made sure to be available during the entire process just in case I had any questions, which was really nice.
Everyone treated me like I was a friend and made me feel right at home. I will definitely recommend my friends/family to Toyota of Victoria and am happy to be part of the PINK PLATE FAMILY!

I was lied too. The finance guy Nigel said I was getting a 2 year warranty. I asked how much and he said nothing. He said with your interest your payment is $306.
My wife and I have been looking for a 2014 Toyota Tundra Crew Max 4X4 and a 2014 limited 4Runner. We looked in the San Antonio Area, Houston, Dallas, and Corpus Christi area. Victoria was the right place to go. I first just asked what kind of deals do they have and Brian Wagner (internet sales) was awesome, I advised him what we were looking for and he said they have it. When we arrived and walked in to the dealership Brian met with us. Brian showed us the 2 vehicles that were were looking for and he had them pulled under the car port that they have at the dealership already detailed ready for us. He then called David Canales over and advised that David is going to be assisting us with the sale of the vehicles. Brian and David were great. They didn't make buying a vehicle stressful. It was quick, easy, and painless. Once the deal was complete, they showed us the features of both vehicles and we were off with our NEW!!!! Tundra!!!!! and New!!!! 4Runner!!!!! The staff we dealt with were all excellent. Sean listened to what I wanted and found the right fit. Finance manager, Mark Hernandez, stayed until 10 pm to finalize everything, which was the last of the day. He was able to get me a really great deal.

I bought a new transmitter and key for my Camry they changed me $371.25 for them. I went today to pick them up and they changed me another $85.00 to activate it. When I paid the $371 they told me that included everything. It doesn t make sense to pay this much for a damn key!!!!!!!!
Sales staff was very friendly and never tried to over sell me on anything. They had the exact truck I was looking for with upgrades and at a much lower price than I was expecting. When I m ready for a new vehicle they ll be my first stop.
The dealership is working very hard to take care of its Toyota owners. Upon rolling up in service line for an unscheduled oil change, I was greeted in a friendly manner by a service employee whom got me a small bottle of water while I waited to be introduced to the days Service consultant. (Michelle). Everyone operated professionally and communicated well. The waiting rooms are very nice with lots of places to sit, with cookies and drink. The restrooms are very clean and modern. I waited less than an hour. My service professional greeted me again to explain the overall status of my vehicle and to payout. Nice and smooth experience, today. I was very pleased. Thanks!!

Just bought a car on Christmas Eve, after being given outrageous offers then I had the car for 24 hours and had to go back to service the lights in the car. They wouldn t even try and figure it out and said I bought the car as is .
The salesman Brittan informed the manger and the manager said to just bring the car back then, and Brittan hung up on us. Prior to that, we agreed on a payment and when we got to the dealership to pick up the vehicle, it wasn t what they said. This dealership does not keep their word and are NOT transparent but just trying to get a deal and get you out the door. We couldn t get help after having the car 24 hours, they just washed their hands of us and just cared that the car is off the lot. DO NOT GO HERE if you want true genuine salesmen or management.

My goal when I went in to the dealership was to sell my truck, and fully purchase a cheap USED van with the equity. I was very straight forward upfront in telling the salesman that I was NOT going to leave there with a new car payment. I told him that I would rather keep my truck and my current payment, than sell it and get a new one.
He proceeded to try to sell me a van and get me in it with a "small" monthly payment. I told him no and he gave me an estimate on how much they would give me for my truck WITHOUT TRADE-IN ($17,500) and said he would honor that if I came back in not having found any better offers. He told me he REALLY wanted that truck and I thought the $17,500 was a good deal.
Well, I came back in about 3 weeks later and my first clue to being swindled was that he first approached me in the waiting area and told me that he thought he kept the paperwork from last time, which outlined all the details about my truck and the amount they said they would pay, but that he apparently didn't keep it. So, he went out to look at the truck again and take his notes. He came back and looked at me with a serious look on his face and asked me, "What happened to it?" I said, "What do you mean?" He said, "The damage. Was that there last time?" I told him, "Yes, it was. And you noted it on your sheet last time. It happened back in June, 11 months ago."
He went and had his manager look at it and finally came back to me with an amount. Before he told me the amount, he started his "mind games". He said, "I don't even want to tell you." I said, "Is it bad?" and he said, "It's not $16,000. It's not $15,000." I'm thinking, "OK, are we playing a kindergarten game here???" Sarcastically, I said, "Is it higher?" He told me the offer was $14,000. My jaw hit the floor. The Kelly Blue Book value, with the damage, is $21,000. They have lost their minds.
Anyway, after talking to the manager one more time, and trying to convince me that the new number was due to a change in management on Monday (go figure), he told me they couldn't go any higher. I will definitely NOT be going back there... Ever.
Also of note, at least one of the 5-star reviews they have received is from one of their customer service employees. Ludicrous! EDIT: See review by "Carrie Palacios", their Client Relations Manager.

I was hoping that the shell game experience was a thing of the past. It s alive and well at Toyota of Victoria!! It s an insult of one s intelligence! Time to move on to online business only. The need for face to face salespeople is going to fade.
Service advisor was really nice, the work was done quickly.
I m still waiting for my vehicle to come out of the service bay but things seem fishy already. I was quoted an estimate at around 1,100 dollars for the full service list. After taking a few things off the service list I was quoted at maybe $800. I have a feeling that they are going to come out and tell me that the service is more than $800 because the adviser was not really willing to discuss what the potential cost would be.
Always seems to be additional work required each 5000 mile check up. Took over an hour to send shuttle to pick me up from home...2 miles away or less. Prices are always too high!
Met immediately and car was taken in for service. Service time was a little longer than expected.

I have not been here, and I won't. Why? Because the ad they have running on Pluto. It makes no sense, is completely idiotic, and is so bizarrely stupid that there would be absolutely no way I could trust buying a vehicle or having maintenance performed by them. Perhaps spending money on marketing concepts using someone with an IQ of higher than 20 would be a way to prove me wrong....

When buying a new vehicle, I have been through really bad experiences with the process they use at the dealership. Until now. I just purchased a new truck from Toyota of VICTORIA and it was one of the most satisfying experiences I have ever endured. Josh Smith and Boyce Garcia we excellent to work as we came to an agreement on my trade-in and price of my new vehicle. Within a couple of hours I left the dealership with my new truck. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend Josh or Boyce at the Toyota of VICTORIA dealership.

May not go there again. Salesman helpful in some ways became difficult when he didn't like our offer, trying to have us pay for extras we didn't want. Wanted to pay cash we finally told him and he insisted that we should finance for at least a month. We have done the dog and pony show before... disgusted. We did buy a car with cash at the end while the salesman made his 3 trips to talk it over with the manager. Getting old folks but so are we. Been there, done that .....

I took;my new 2019 Toyota Tundra with 150 miles on it to service department because cruise control stopped working and a solid check engine stayed on
Took truck Wed. Jan2 to service dept with a 1:30pm appointment did get my truck back till Friday at noon
Was told late Wed afternoon Techs unable to determine what caused check engine light to stay on solid
I learned on Thursday that Techs learned there was a burned out Oxygen sensor Sensor was ordered and delivery wouldnt be until Fri
My question is why a parts house salesperson hooking up a code reader would tell which sensor needed replacing and Toyota techs couldn't for 2 days
