The dealership is working very hard to take care of its Toyota owners. Upon rolling up in service line for an unscheduled oil change, I was greeted in a friendly manner by a service employee whom got me a small bottle of water while I waited to be introduced to the days Service consultant. (Michelle). Everyone operated professionally and communicated well. The waiting rooms are very nice with lots of places to sit, with cookies and drink. The restrooms are very clean and modern. I waited less than an hour. My service professional greeted me again to explain the overall status of my vehicle and to payout. Nice and smooth experience, today. I was very pleased. Thanks!!
