Had the best time we have ever had picking out and buying our newest vehicle. Peter & Coach made our buying process as smooth as possible and gave us exactly what we were asking for and nothing less.

Although the staff in the service department can be the sweetest, especially Michele, Heather and Belinda. They are CONSTANTLY SCREWING UP. It s always something. My Toyota has been in the service department more times than I can count. Then they want to charge me for their mistakes.

UPDATE:
Day after car comes out of the shop. My check battery light came on. I got stranded. I checked the report that the service department gave me and they wrote my battery was bad. But they never said anything to me. Not one thing. They inspected my car and didn t say anything about my battery. Seems to be problem, after problem.

UPDATE:
Two days after my car comes out of the shop. It stops again! Even after the replacement of the battery.

Horrible experience with Toyota Service attendant Josh Matson. Got my vehicle confused with another similar model and waited on a simple oil change from 7:30AM until 11:15AM.
I will not be returning to Toyota of Victoria for service.

Vehicle service department issue: Booked appt for oil change, took 3 hours to complete. Service adviser asked about tire rotation, never mentioned they charge $19.95 for this. Noticed the charge on final bill, requested the fee be removed - after deliberations the charge was removed. BEST PART of this - THE TIRE ROTATION WAS NEVER COMPLETED. I marked 2 tires while waiting on service aisle. BOTH tires remained in same location after picking up vehicle. I will NEVER use Toyota of Victoria for any services again. The drive to Houston or San Antonio will be worth it!!! CANT TRUST Toyota of Victoria

Two years ago, I walked in this store needing a car. At the time, Sales Agent (Louis A.) and their Sales Manager helped us out to get the deal we wanted. Today, we just finished our second deal. Once again, Louis A. and their Sales Manager found an excellent deal for us.

Terrible customer service and sales representatives. The manager is a jerk and the guys selling can t make a decision by themselves. The internet sales person kept trying to get me to go check out the car and I finally said yes, when I went in, the car wasn t available plus the salesperson refused to discuss price.
Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Nissan or if you really want a Toyota go to Houston.

Had my vehicle that I originally purchased from here refinanced. They never gave me a full tank of gas which I was promised and put a sticker on the back of my vehicle which I told them not to. On top of that I had to wait almost 3 months to get my license plates for paper work they did not have me sign when refinancing. Salesman never offered to make this right and held on to my Drivers lic for over a week without ever contacting me that he still had it.

I have been up to that dealership in person 5 times since the refinancing. No one has tried to make these legitimate complaints right. That s why I decided to right a review and make it public. None of that should have happened but it did and I thought the public should know that y all still haven t made it right.

It's a dealership. I didn't buy my Tacoma there but they do honor Toyota warranty and recalls.
I've had good experiences there. Employees are friendly. I have no complaints. I've worked jobs in the past and from my experience. I see these Dealership employees doing thier jobs well and making a living.

When getting y'alls vehicle serviced. Ask for Josh, he is a great guy that actually cares about his customers. No wishy washy, let me sell you this BS. Plus this dealership gave me a discount for being a public servant (EMT). These guys have me locked in for when I need to service my truck. Keep up the good work guys!!

They do good work if you can get in, made an appointment twice and when I showed up an older man came up to me with a clipboard. He asked me what I needed and told him I have an appointment for an oil change and he said they were to busy to do it today that they shouldn't have given me an appointment. I was the only car in line and one car in the bay area this happened twice.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Sylvester and Brandon we re both excellent, friendly, and happy to answer all the questions I had. Neither tried to add on to my purchase, and we were even offered enchiladas that get brought in for the sales team. Highly recommend Toyota of Victoria and their friendly staff!

Be cautious of the online prices listed!!! I drove from San Antonio because after a few months of researching prices and milage of a particular used vehicle I wanted Toyota of Victoria had the most competitive price. The experience was pretty good until I entered financing. After signing a few forms I noticed the price of the vehicle I wanted went up $2,000 from the online listed price because I did not finance with Toyota! If I wanted the online price honored my interest rate would've gone up 3.00%! After the manager entered and some negotiating we agreed on terms. The dealership even added tint for me. Unfortunately after I signed the paperwork and the car was detailed I noticed a very large dent on the passenger door. I brought it to my salesman's attention and he said there was nothing they could do about it. I have always traded in vehicles every 2 years so this was not my first rodeo, unfortunately it was my worse car buying experience. I am not one to speak negative about anyone but I feel this review is necessary so that other's don't have the negative experience I unfortunately did.

Hit a coyote and wrecked the front end and radiator. Harold in the service center was honest and up front: Although we ultimately had the repairs done someplace closer to home, i really appreciate the excellent service.

Stopped by to check out trucks. Evidently asking questions such as "how much is the truck I just test drove?" or "what will you give me for my trade in that you just test drove?" is just too much. They kept wanting me to fill out a form so they can learn pretty much everything about me and check my credit score etc. I told them I've got offers for my car so just tell me what your offer is and we can go from there. I never got an answer even after 45 mins. Three or may be more times I ended up back at the sales desk with forms in front of me instead of just getting an answer. Either after the second time or third time, floor manager came. Same thing happened at his desk. So, really not an 'effort' just one person.

When I wanted to leave, the guy from finance had my car keys for some reason and stormed outside with them then lectured me on how the process works. I was not asking you the square root of pie sir, how much is the truck I test drove (after the third time I got an answer), how much you are going to give me for my car. Those are related reasonable questions. Do you seriously expect me to give you my social security #, drivers license # etc without getting an answer from you? He was shouting in my face, wont even let me finish my sentences, wont shake my hand (just so I can leave) till I said "are you really gonna leave my hand hanging like this?" and told me that "I am one of those customers who does not understand the process".

At the beginning, I even told them I am in the market for a tundra, if they give me a deal, I will leave with the truck today. I like to support a local business... I'd be thrilled to hear those words if I was in sales. A colleague of mine for 8 years is in the market for a Tacoma and they lost that sale as well. I've been in the market for a while and I've contacted couple of sellers. One in dallas, I emailed "What is your lowest drive out price?" and he replied "Dropped the price to this, these are our fees, this is your total." I then asked, "here is my vin, What can you give me for my trade in?" he replied "this is the max we can give you". Done and done.

If you are going there, don't. I am not going there even if someone pays me for it. But if you are, ask simpler questions like what color is the sky etc because asking car related questions is just too confusing and was upsetting. Or do not even ask anything and just take the deal they want to give you.

We provided Bryan Wagner with all of the informati...

We provided Bryan Wagner with all of the information concerning our trade in and our credit issues due to identity theft. We had an appointment set for July 1st. I advised Mr. Wagner via text message and email that we owed a large amount on our trade in and we were in the process of rebuilding to the identity theft. He texted me, I gave him permission to run our credit before we ever came in, we live three hours away and did not want to spend an entire day if they could not help us. I have the text where he told me we would be able to get it done. I then spoke to him on Thursday, June 30th and he again assured me that he would be able to get us into the car we wanted. I did not get my vehicle inspected or make my June car payment because he was so sure that it would not be necessary. We walked in and overheard Bryan tell Zach that he had spoken to the Finance Manager about the credit issues and the amount owed on the trade in and that we were good to go. Well four hours later we were out time, money from taking the day off, a full tank of gas and more mileage on my car. He could have done all of this and told me on Thursday that he was not going to be able to help us. But know they wanted us to have our trade in repo'ed, pay 9000 down in cash and then payments of 800 per month, or gee we could buy two cars and use the one vehicle for a trade in. He had our permission to run credit, he could have called the finance company for a pay off before we ever got there. Then Zack sit's in front of us and tells we are good to go, I go out and clean out my car. They are Liars, Frauds and Cheats. We lost out on time, money and got humiliation for it. We will contact BBB of Victoria, DOT, The State Attorney General's office and the Consumer Affair Division. Do not business with these people all they do is LIE.

Although the service provided was fantastic by Danny my sales person the invested time was absolutely ridiculous. I spent almost 5 hours one evening and close to another 3 the next morning before I was able to purchase my car. Although the wait time was horrendous, I will say that the quality of a Toyota vehicle is worth the time and wait.

Excellent service! Bought an older RAV4 from a private party and wanted to get everything checked out. They explained everything to me and scheduled an appointment in a timely manner. The appointment went well. They called with the things that needed to be done. The prices were very reasonable. They even fixed two things that were a factory recall I didn't know about. So glad I went

I went in to get my dash replaced, from the suggestion of the service rep who told me that it was free for me. They got it ordered then once it came in told me that it was going to take 4 hours to get it replaced and they could only keep it for a few weeks so I needed to get in and get it done now. With some personal family issues going on I finally got some time to bring it in thinking it would only be 4 hours. However, it took longer than 4 hours, then once I finally got my car back the radio was not working. They thought they didnt plug in the antenna so they took it back to the shop and came back and said there was nothing they could do. They then told me if I wanted it fixed then it would have to be diagnosed and it would cost ME, even though when I pulled in the lot my car was working fine. I have been with this establishment for some time and since it has changed owners it has gone down hill.

Process was relatively painless, as far as financing a car is concerned. Elo was very informative about the options and features of all the trucks I was interested in.

The financial manager Tyreek was very thorough explaining all the details and whatnot with my loan.

Buying a vehicle is always a painful experience but they made it tolerable.

Uneducated, Unprofessional, and Dishonest. Dealt with Lonnie. First off, Lonnie agreed to get me the used 07 4runner for DRIVEOUT price of 12.8k. DRIVEOUT=car price+tax+title+every single hidden fee. I asked him if DRIVEOUT of 12.8k includes all that, just to make sure. He says yes, goes back to the office, comes back to tell me with down payment of 2k I still have to pay 12.8k. Plus they told me they would do all inspection, and they meant FULL inspection, so I expected to get results on everything from radiators, timing belt to tire tread. Guess what, they didn't even bother quantifying how much tread I had left, let alone the amount of mm on brake pads. Later asked them about this, told me they've only done the Safety Inspection, with the reasoning that the car I bought had more than 80k miles.

So be aware, they will play with words because that's the only thing they've been trained to do so, being Uneducated+Unprofessional+Dishonest. Lonnie can't even stand by his words like a man should. Told me tires were BRAND NEW. Measured the tires at another toyota, only had 8/32" total, meaning I only had 6/32" left to go before needing replacement. That's not the definition of NEW tires. When I asked him later about it he tries to tell me that I had 8/32" left till 2/32". Dishonesty at its finest.

I am happy with the car since it's what I wanted, but wished they did a better job of being straight up about all potential underlying problems.

This place is so crooked. In a nut shell they stole our trade and our down payment. They have failed to give use the paperwork for our vehicle. We call them several times a day they even have the secretary lie and say they are out of the office right after we hang up with them. The total price for our vehicle was supposed to be $21,000 with tax, title, and tag a little over $23,000. We had a trade that they gave us $1500 for and we gave a down payment of $2500. My loan should of been for around $19,000. Get all of my loan paperwork from the loan company to find that my loan was for $23,600. My question is where is my trade and down payment? The answer I get, sorry we have a new manager now and he says he has no idea what happened. Talk to Pete the salesman and he acts as though he has no idea how their process works. Bottom line save yourself the hassle and the money they will steal from you and go somewhere else.
