I bought a Truck from Toyota of Richardson 10 months ago and they was to fix my door lock on the passenger side. I got busy and it was not an emergency , I needed some tires so I went to buy tires and I asked them to fix the door at the same time & I was told I waited to long to get my door fixed so they would have to charge me to fix it. I did not know there was a statue of limitations on fixing my door ? Anyway did not buy tires from them and It looks l like Toyota Of Plano will get my businesses.
