My experience today was great. Staff was very professional and timed very efficiently. Customers were treated with hot coffee, donuts. I would definitely refer others to Toyota of Richardson Service Dept.

Bought a small SUV here. The initial experience was positive but the longer I was here the worse things got. I was told my first payment wouldn't be until 2018. I got a bill in the mail 6 weeks sooner than expected. I was promised a replacement luggage cover. Never got it. Was pressured to get an extended warranty until I finally agreed. Found out the windshield wipers were worn out during the first rain. Apparently only the cosmetics of my 2016 vehicle were checked not the safety equipment. I can hardly wait for my next car buying experience.

I have been in taking my car in this place since I move to Dallas. The only thing which I have notice here is the price for maintainance which is high as compare to the one in San Antonio area, but I guess that's the nature of the dallas area. Things are expensive here. They did my oil change, my vehicle state inspection and also they changed my sticky front area holding the airbags for free. The customer service is owsome. They treate you with respect. I have a positive experience with my car maintance so far.

Most people I know don t really like shopping for a car. But it is one of those things that you have to do if you want to secure reliable transportation. Couple that with the negative connotations of used car salesman and I was expecting a beat-down when I got to the dealership.

But that wasn t my experience.

My wife and I had been looking to trade in our van and get into a sedan. We had decided on a Toyota Camry and had a list of must have items for the car we were looking for. I contacted Toyota of Richardson and that s when I met Megan Montgomery. Megan is a no nonsense , just the facts , cut to the chase , kind of person. She was able to find us the car we were looking for and within the budget we had set for ourselves. We were also upside-down on our van (and we knew that) but she was able to get us more for our trade in than any other dealership we had already been to. In short, Megan was a pleasant surprise and made our car buying experience much better than I had anticipated.

If you are in the market for a new (or used) car, go to Toyota of Richardson and ask for Megan. You won t regret it.

Came in to look at a Tacoma and was told to ask for a Cody T. When we got there he asked us to sit in the lounge for 15 minutes before he talked to us about the truck. He was EXTREMELY sarcastic and I could tell he wanted to get out of there. Told him about another truck we were looking at to see if he could compete and he literally said, then why are you here with a smirk on his face. I have never been in a bad situation with a sales man, to call this a bad situation would be an understatement. I will not be returning to this dealership nor recommending it. AN EXTREME DISAPPOINTMENT TO THE TOYOTA NAME.

We have been working with John Phan, he has been the absolute best. It has been such a positive car buying experience. I usually hate shopping for a car but John has made it a no hassle experience. You don't have to deal with a pushy car salesman with John, he gets details for what you are looking for and keeps you updated with inventory as it comes in. I have been to this location in the past and had a horrible experience but John is now going to be my goto Sales person for car buying.

UPDATE: THEY CHOSE TO DO NOTHING, Ruben at Discou...

UPDATE: THEY CHOSE TO DO NOTHING, Ruben at Discount Tire could verify, but he was never contacted....Purchased a 2015 Rav4 with about 35k miles on it from here 2 days ago. Outwardly, the veh is in terrific shape. They sold me on the fact that even a non-certified veh goes thru a rigorous inspection, first guy checks it thoroughly and then a second guy goes over and double checks the first guy's work. I then decided not to have my own mechanic check it out and purchased the veh. So when I discovered what looked like dry rot on all 4 tires today, I first took it to NTB because we have a good working relationship with them. They said yes, it is dry rot.
I then returned to the dealership and had the Make Ready Mgr look at it. He said no, not dry rot. That brand of tires just look like that, no worries. Assured me he would drive it for miles and miles.
Next, I sought a 3rd opinion from Discount Tire Richardson. Ruben said definitely dry rot, tires were 40k tires and original to the veh.
I returned to NTB and $575 later, I've now got 4 new tires. Shame on you, Toyota of Richardson.

Our experience at Richardson Toyota, was awesome.

Our experience at Richardson Toyota, was awesome.
The environment at the dealership was professional, positive, and cozy.
Toyota associates: Hector, as well as Sheryl, made our buying experience smooth. Sheryl letting us know about the deals available; and Hector showing us the Corolla s options and features, as well as allowing us the test drive. All this process clarified our decision for a 2020 Corolla SE, after having visited 2 of the other mayor brands on the market.

Updated: I have financed a used car from this dealership, I went there three times until I found the deal that was good for me. The first two experiences were not good at all. You need to know who you are going to work with there. Some of the salesmen are playing with you and some of them are not polite and treat you in an aggressive manner! However, the last time Aaron, Simo (Mahmoud), and Mostafa helped me to go through the process. They were polite, friendly, and informative. But, Simo is not working there anymore, and also I have recently figured out that the information Mostafa provided at the time of financing the car was not accurate. When I talked to him about that, he told me he will call me later but I have not received the call yet.

Great people, great facility, great atmosphere. They definitely want you to drive away with a new car. They definitely gotta make their money as well as try to get you the best deal which is what I feel I got within my circumstances. Usually people want a dealership to meet you halfway but these guys literally met me at the 60-40 line, me walking the 40. Ask for Amine and Khaled

People are super friendly but wasted my day waiting for a shuttle service. I would have paid $5 bucks for an Uber if I had known it would be 4 hours!!!! Every time I called they implied that it might be a while.

I was passed on when I showed up to test drive a car. The finance depart completely messed up my paperwork and I never received my paperwork. I contacted the finance department a few times to get an update and all I got was we will get you the Information I never received any other Information. I had to call the bank to pay my first months payment without any help from that department. If I could do it all again I would find somewhere else to buy a car.

Big problems with the service department here sinc...

Big problems with the service department here since the dealership was purchased by Berkshire Hathaway (Warren Buffet) maybe a year or so ago. This used to be a very good place to get my Toyota Tundra serviced. Not so now.

I needed to get my antenna fixed, and also get my coolant changed since it had been 4 years since it had been changed.

I took my vehicle to the service dept. and while I was talking with the advisor, this other guy was hovering around us, and pestering me. He wanted to "fix the chips in the windshield" and said he would contact my insurance, and the repair shouldn't cost me much. Well, I didn't want him trying to upsell me a windshield repair, and the worst thing was that it was difficult talking to the Toyota service advisor because this windshield guy was pestering us at the same time. This didn't used to happen here. I want to focus on talking to my advisor about what I need done on the car, and don't want some windshield guy distracting and pestering me. It's obvious that Berkshire wants to increase revenue by whatever means necessary, even if it screws the customers.

After I picked up my car, I looked under the right, front wheelwell, and the trim and plastic pieces hadn't been put back correctly, so everything was just hanging down. When my antenna broke 7 years ago, I replaced it myself, and I replaced all the trim correctly. So I did a better job than this dealership did on the antenna replacement.

Also, I noticed after this service that I was having to add coolant to the radiator reservoir every couple of weeks or so. This had never happened prior to this service. Finally, I looked and saw that it was wet at the top of the radiator near the cap, and the radiator had a small crack near the neck of the radiator fill location. So the radiator had developed a leak here after it was serviced. I have owned the car since I bought it in 2002, and it has never had a problem with the radiator until after this service. I don't know if the guy pushed on this area or banged it or what. But looking at how he did the rest of the service, he seemed like an inexperienced, heavy handed gorilla. My guess is that they've let go the good technicians that used to work here, and hired "less expensive" techs in order to "increase profitability". The tech was #719, whoever that is. So I had to replace my radiator after this service because it now had a crack in it near the fill cap.

Also, the advisor tells me that just to put in a new antenna is $520.00 plus tax, so that's $563.00. So this is a $90 antenna, and maybe an hour of labor, so it should be $180 to fix the antenna. I have replaced the antenna myself, and it took me about an hour and a half, and I don't even have a lift or all the tools they have at the dealership. So, they're charging about 3 times what they should be charging. You can check on this yourself. Call other dealerships in DFW and see what they charge to replace an antenna.

Also, I looked under my vehicle and noticed that they only replaced 4 out of the 5 bolts when they replaced the skid plate under the engine. Overall this is just evidence of careless, sloppy work, and it didn't used to be this way at this dealership before the private equity company bought it.

Basically, it is a race to the bottom for this dealership as Berkshire Hathaway continues their relentless pursuit to "increase profitability" by throwing faithful customers under the bus. What a joke. So sad to see a good dealership go to the dogs.

Hope this helps someone.

The price on the internet is not the price they start the negotiation off with. These guys did not think that I would print it out. But I showed it to them. They started the price at 3k more than what was on the internet and to play a long I wanted to see what they would go down to. Obviously the internet price. So they gave me the run around for a hour and got down to what the internet price was. I'm not stupid. If I was and morally bankrupt I would be a used car salesman. The stereotype is sooo true.

Had a great experience! Got to work with Joon and he was really cool and polite. The car buying experience I had with him was a lot smoother and quicker than the other car buying experiences I've had in the past and I ended up with exactly what I wanted! I highly recommend this place and especially Joon.

If you provide them with your phone number they will call you non stop harassing you to buy. The only way to get them to stop is to call Toyota corporate office.

Amazing ... Read the response from Toyota of Richardson. I have only been to this dealership once and I have NEVER purchased a vehicle from them. Lies...Lies...Lies.

Complete cheats. Dealership told us car available...

Complete cheats. Dealership told us car available for test drive- get to dealership and it s not there. A complete ploy to get us in the door. Then offer us well below Kelley blue Book for our trade in. Additionally, when we finally come to an agreed on cost and already paid deposit, the contract price all of the sudden jumped over 2k! Even brought in TrueCar certificate. Guess they were counting on us not to be able to do simple math. This place gives dealerships a bad name. Make sure when u go in to ask if it s certified. Apparently, it takes about 1k extra, which when we were comparing prices didn t take into account. TrueCar marked it as a great price , but keep in mind they list it that way bc they don t offer any warranties and want to make it appear competitively priced to get u in the door.

The service department is terrible. Service is bad. They won't listen to your need. They just wanna charge you as much as they can. Don't go there if you don't have a warranty. You will be deeply regret.

The service department staff are great. They do not try to sell anything unneeded or unwanted. The fees are reasonable, no $200.00 hoses or $500.00 headlights. My truck rides like a luxury car and purrs like a kitten. I am ready for a road trip; let's go!

I hate buying cars but I've now bought two new cars (one for me and one for my daughter) from Randy Penn and loved it. Randy never did that high pressure thing, listened to what I really needed and made sure I got just the right cars and at really good prices. We love our Toyotas and wouldn't go to anyone else!

This review is based on my experience with the used car department.

Think of a used car salesman stereotype. That's what I got. He asked all the right questions.:
"What are you looking for?"
"Is there anything that you DON'T like?"

Hands me off to another guy.
Then that guy showed me the cars he wanted to sell me.

I get it that they may not have what I want in their inventory, but we went back and forth several times on the phone and it would have been great to know up front. He sure talked those cars up like I was going to LOVE them... even though they are literally what I said I DON'T want.

I called today looking for a couple of cars advertised on the internet. I was told they were there and agreed to meet the salesperson about an hour and a half later. When I arrived, he went to look for the cars and found out they weren't there. I let the salesperson know I was upset that I had been told the cars were available only to make the trip and find out they weren't. He began to tell me that there are 22 other salespeople there or something like that, but that's no excuse. Please be considerate towards people that call looking for a vehicle so they don't make a trip in vain.

Overall a good dealership, I had to hound them about giving me what my trade was worth but they finally did it. Only other complaint I had was the new vehicle had no gas at all. (Literally had 2 miles until empty). The finance department was amazing, they even got me gap insurance for free. I worked with Neal who was a great salesman, and Mustafa in Finance. I would definitely go back and do business again.

First of all, I'd like to give a shout out to Vance. He takes such good care of me and my Corolla with its many issues. Everything from an oil change to my recent antenna repair, he keeps me updated and provides out of this world service that I can't find anywhere else. The service department as a whole are warm and inviting. They answer all my questions and don't push unnecessary services on me unlike...a different Toyota dealer I went to. My car gets serviced here as often as I can. Forever a loyal customer!

Customer service was poor! I had an appointment at 1 p.m. got there at 12:45 set there until 2:45 and finally called Katie at the service center number or maybe it's the main Toyota of Richardson number I'm not really sure! And reported the incident! I dread going there every time I get ready to have to go!

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!
Chris Webb and the entire team at this dealer are a bunch of liars and deceiving people. After speaking with Chris about purchasing a potential Camry XSE over text and email and agreeing on a price we decide to come by the dealer. Once we arrived we were greeted by someone else ONLY to be told that Chris wasn t available and that the vehicles we discussed were non existing at the dealer. We drove all the way from Keller which was a 45 minute drive for absolutely NOTHING. It was a complete waste of time and day for us. We believe all this was done to lure us in to the dealer from the get go. TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP AND PERSONNEL EXPERIENCE AT THIS PLACE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!! Trust me you will thank me

Joe Zambardino helped me patiently through choosing the right model and trim. He tried to make sure I get the best offer and price, considering my budget. I had a great experience at this dealership.

I scheduled service for my vehicle this past Saturday. I call with time and ask the lady if they will be open July 4 and she told me yes. Went to the service center and for my surprise the place was closed and there was more people waiting outside too, I wait for 1 hour and 30 min. If you knew you will be closed at all you should just said it, and dont make the people go for nothing I'm so disappointed

Exceptional experience from start to finish. Great salesman in Joe, great management to finalize the deal, Nick in finance was fantastic. Brad Clark the new GM also came to talk to us. Couldnt have asked for a better experience. Got exactly what I wanted!!

Terrible service center. I called few days ago to confirm they were open on Veteran's day Saturday. Tried to make an appointment over the phone but was told to just come in without the appointment. When I drove in on Saturday, nobody came out to greet or to look at my car until I got out of my car and grabbed somebody. By that time, other 3 cars behind me were already having paper works done by reps. I asked what was going on and they did not give me any explanation. Someone finally came to me but only to tell me it would take 2.5 hours to get my 25000 mile serviced if I do not have an appointment already. As mentioned, I tried to make the appointment over the phone few days back only to be advised that I just drive in. This is a terrible place, everybody here is rude and I will never go back to this place and I am sure they wont' care either. I should have gone to Toyota of Dallas or Plano instead of wasting my Saturday morning here.

As a 1st time owning a Toyota car and a 1st timer coming to Toyota of Richardson for a recall on my 2009 Toyota matrix, I was a Lil nervous but the receptionist Courtney (hope I spell her name right) was Soo polite over the phone and when I arrived and met with my advisor Judy Deems, I was very impressed by her customer service to me. She really amazed me with her friendly smile, and great customer service. she told me that someone can drop me off at my apartment while they work on my car recall and they will also pick me up when it ready which was a big relief for me. The driver Mitch who drop me off and pick me up was very respectful and such a nice guy. Thank you Soo much Judy Deems for making me feel very welcome and comfortable and I will definitely be back in the future... If service is always this good I might definitely consider trading and buying my next car here next year.

Went to buy truck, and I told them I want 6 cylinders truck, they sold me 4 cylinder truck, with out telling me that. 10 days later I went there to talk to them, to get other truck, they want to give me for truck that I buy 10 days ago 5000 less, criminal, criminal don't buy there.

I had a very bad experience in this store tonight. They have the worst salesperson I have ever seen. They call you and send emails to come to the store and they do not treat you in the right way. They did not offer me to have a sit down on a chair. I was serious about buying a car from them. They did not respond me accordingly for my price offers.

Even the salesperson said "salamialaikum" (meaning good bye) to me to show me the way out of the store. I think this is a hate crime and should be taken seriously.

I'm sorry to say that I had a bad experience with the salesman Omar, at Toyota Richardson. When we were buying our van,he explained to us what the price would be. Unfortunately, my family is not the best when it comes to reading so we put our trust into him and signed the papers. After 1 year, we wanted to pay off the car, they said we had to pay way more then what Omar had told us on that day. I hate how your dealership played us like a game. I just wish dealerships were more true and morally correct

I bought a pre-owned Camry from this location, and the service was excellent! Dionisio Montes helped me out start to finish, he listened and help me chose a perfect car! Except for one little incident that annoyed me. When I bought the car, I didn't realize there was minor damage to the back bumper until I got it home in my garage. So I called Dio and explained the situation, he was more than understanding and asked me to bring it back so they could have a look. I took it back, and Dio called in his manager, Brian Pacheco who was extremely incompetent and very unhelpful. He wouldn't know customer service even if it hit him in his face. Luckily another employee assessed the situation and provided a solution. So it is all good! Dio calls me up once in a while to check up on the experience of the car! Overall I would definitely recommend this place!

I've done a couple of car upkeep here. Every time they try to get me to do more maintenance projects. Friends say there is no need to do a lot of maintenance, they just want to charge more. The staff here are very enthusiastic

I bring my car here every time it needs service do...

I bring my car here every time it needs service done -oil change, tire rotation and just recently bought brand new tires. Mind you, I went with the recommended ones and of course also added the alignment. My car is now pulling to the sides on random occasions. My steering wheel feels loose. It s dangerous to say the least! I brought it back as soon as I felt it doing that -I thought it was the alignment. They connected my car and said the alignment is good -no problem there. We took it on a test drive and the technician couldn t duplicate what I and other family members/co-workers have felt and seen. What are they blaming it on? THE TIRES! All because they re not the top brand. They re blaming the way the streets are made, even wind resistance . Toyota USA I want you to know how your customers are being treated at this location. It s unacceptable, the tire technician at this location RECOMMENDED those tires. My car was driving absolutely fine before I brought it in, I just needed new tires. The way my car drives is dangerous, I feel robbed, I feel lied to, I spent so much money and now my car drives terrible. On occasions I have to keep both hands stern on the steering wheel to keep it from losing control. I just want my money back at this point, I rather have my old tires. On top of everything -I asked for a rental to get me from point A to point B (because who has time to sit around) They refused to alleviate the cost even though they caused the issue. I m suppose to sit here and miss work until they can feel it ? They said where chasing a ghost if we can t feel the issue I don t know what else to do, I can t have a technician with me in the car 24/7. Nothing is being fixed. This is terrible customer service, they don t offer any options other than sit in the waiting area until we figure it out. It s a waste of time. I will never bring my car back here.

I came to the dealership without previous appointment and I asked if there is a good deal on oil change and to my surprise there is, and I enjoyed that deal. So far so good.
It took a little bit more time but the information I received was excellent. As I was taking my car and leaving the dealership, I was informed with valuable information: there is a nail at the edge of the tire of the driver side.
The following day I took my car to change this tire, it was not repairable.
One last point, the car wash is above average and shining the tire shining is absolutely ann extra mile service.
Thanks Toyota of Richardson.

My rating is based on one single salesperson. I su...

My rating is based on one single salesperson. I submitted a Kelly Blue Book inquiry on my car and received an email from Randy Boston to stop by the dealership for an appraisal. I stopped by the dealership on Thursday, March 7 and Randy was, unfortunately, out of office. I walked into the main sales area and one of the used car salesman, Daniel Sullivan, said he could help me. I told him I needed to get an appraisal. He asked for my keys and had another individual give me an appraisal. They provided me a fair price. I asked Daniel what is the process and paperwork that needs to be completed. He said all he needs is my mom's driver license (since she's a cosigner) and my license. I thought that was pretty simple. I asked him if I could get the check the same business day since I was going out of town. He hesitated and said, "hmm..maybe, I guess, I don't know". I came back the next day and had my mom's driver license and he comes back saying "Here are the papers your mom needs to sign". I was confused...he told me she didn't need to be present and her driver's license was enough. He dismissed my concern. This was a Friday afternoon and the accounting department which issues checks would soon leave. I had a flight back to NYC on Sunday which I had to change to Monday evening. Monday rolls around. My instinct told me to call Randy directly. Randy informed me the ACTUAL process and that checks aren't issued the same day. I was fed up. I went to another dealership to sell my car. Daniel Sullivan is one of the most incompetent and careless individuals at this dealership. It pains me to say that it's not a good reflection on Toyota of Richardson to employ individuals who aren't prepared and don't understand the process. His lack of intelligence on the subject matter is quite embarrassing for the dealership. I am highly disappointed in Toyota of Richardson for this type of idiocracy.

Service review:

Service review:
I own a new Tundra 4x4. I called and asked about my oil change and that the front is still shimming on the freeway and that this was the 2nd time. The service guy immediately tried to jump to "it's your rotors that will cause that". That was a mistake. I have been working on cars for over 28 years including building drag cars. It would have been a minimum of tire balance, but he jumped right to the 1 thing warranty would NOT cover and I would have had to pay for. Why is this Negative. I feel he tried to SCAM me. IT is NOT acceptable to try to force people to do repairs not needed. I spoke with some co-workers and looked online and found this was not the first time this has happened. Apparently they have a reputation for trying to rip people off in the service department. Management, Your service department is more important that the sales because they are who keeps your customers loyal. With a terrible service department you will not be getting a ton of return business. I highly recommend you review your service manager. Apparently 3 co-workers with first and experience said they spoke to the manger about the issue and he could have cared less. Because of this you will be reviewed negatively and I will ensure people I know will be referred away from your service due to lack if integrity.

This Toyota dealership goes above & beyond when it comes to customer service. Currently on vehicles 4 & 5 with this service department. Advisor Lee Schuster is the consumate professional when it comes to vehicle knowledge & maintenance priorities. These people never pressure for unneeded services. My vehicles are always delivered at the scheduled time. I strongly recommend Toyota of Richardson.

Bought a car here 7/2-7/3. Overall experience was....mixed. To start from the beginning, I went to this dealership to buy a specific pre-owned non-Toyota car. I knew what I wanted and it made the initial process pretty simple. My salesperson was Jason Hutchinson(sp?). Throughout the process Jason was great and tried to be straight forward with me. After sitting down to talk about #'s, they offered me a ridiculously high interest rate. I countered that I had been given a much lower rate at a competing dealership. The manager (Josh Akridge) comes over (that whole routine is obnoxious by the way, more on that later) and explains that the interest rate I want, despite mine and my wife's amazing credit, doesn't exist. I say, ok cool, well good to work with you, I'm out. (Once again, just playing the game they insist you play, ugh).

Josh then says ok, we can do the rate I wanted at the price I wanted, are you ready to pull the trigger? I say no, I need to take it to my mechanic tomorrow to make sure the car checks out. He says ok, and we set up a time for me to come pick up the vehicle the next day.

Fast forward to the next day, I drive all the way back to the dealership, get the car, drive across town to Irving, get it checked out, (it was good), drive through an hour and a half of traffic back to the dealership. We sit down and start to talk about #'s again. They ask if I'm ready, and I say if the price is at x and the interest rate is at y as it was the day before. Finance manager comes over, says that interest rate x doesn't exist and there is no way he can do it. Seriously, just after other manager, Josh, tells me the day before we can do the car at price x and interest rate y.

At this point, I'm beginning to realize that at least one of the three people I have been dealing with (Jason, Josh, or Finance Manager) is being dishonest and sleazy. My suspicion is that the culprit is the Manager, Josh. He comes over to talk to me and explains that he didn't offer me deal x and y, but merely said "what if?" we did offer x and y. Semantics. Really man?

After going back and forth with various things, I finally get roughly what I initially wanted and agree. But so much time was wasted.

Overall, the process was a beating. The whole charade and acting job by everyone involved is obvious and contrived. You ask for x, salesperson looks like that's a lot to ask, asks manager, manager walks over, offers middle ground, you say no. Manager talks/yells? at you to get you to agree that his offer is fair, you say no, he balks and says I'm sorry that's all we can do, but let me go get my business card. Comes back, offers lower, but still not at what I asked for, etc....

Once you get done with that, don't think you're in the clear, you still have to go through 2 hours of the same with the finance department! Gap coverage, extended warranties, interest rates, etc.

Google's rating system's suck, here are mine:

Salesperson: Jason 10 out of 10- Honest, good guy with a manager that sucks.

Manager: Josh 0 out of 10 -- Just dishonest.

Finance Manager: (Can't remember name) 8 out of 10-- I liked the guy, the whole experience made it hard to trust him tho, but that's probably not his fault.

Overall Dealership: 3 out of 10-- It's 2012, can't we have figured out a better process to buying a car?

Amine was amazing from the start. It was Saturday and crazy busy. He was helping multiple people and some how never let me feel like he forgot about me. He showed me several cars and when I just couldn't convince myself I wanted those, he ran around and found the dream car I never knew I wanted! He was through with my mant specifications and was beyond polite through the process.

Mo in finance (there was another guy too but didnt catch his name) was as equally amazing. I gave him my needs financially (and they were tough), he worked on my deal tirelessly and found an almost perfect match. The monthly payments were slightly higher than I wanted but the car is every bit worth it.

I won't go anywhere else but here!!!

When the right used vehicle arrived at toyota of Richardson, they worked with us immediately to do a trade in (The dealership closer to me wouldn't let us trade in on a used vehicle, said we had to purchase a new one). Even the vehicle we traded in was one we got from Toyota of Richardson before our first born 7 years ago. So it was great to work with them again now that we needed a van. The process took a long time (to a pregnant mom with 3 little children present) but they were very accommodating with our whole family, from the sales to finance representatives, taking care of little details to make the deal right for us. Overall, I have confidence in the Toyota of Richardson dealership because this is two times in a row they were the best choice among competitors! Thank you!

Edwardo Varas put a lot of effort into finding a used Camry LE that met my requirements. He even sent cell phone pictures of cars that weren't on the web yet.
I ended up buying a new Honda but just wanted people to know that they're helpful & hard working without being pushy.
