They are 18 miles from my home and I drive past 4 other Toyota dealers, but tgisnisnthe dealership where I choose to get my car serviced. Excellent service team, great waiting room with wifi and donuts . I can also work while I wait with my laptop! Thanks Jose C., service agent!

I decided to purchase a used vehicle for the first time and pay cash instead of having a car payment. They were very insistent that I purchase this extended warranty to cover any issues that may arise due to the mileage. My husband paid an extra $2,000 for this 2 year/24k miles warranty. It has covered absolutely nothing that has gone wrong with my vehicle and I m very angry we wasted the extra money. Their sales pitch is quite different from the actual package. We will never buy from here again.

I can t say enough about the experience I had purchasing my new Tundra TRD Pro at Toyota of HB. I reached out via email and Josh, the Internet Sales Director, quickly responded and invited me in to see a few truck options. He personally showed them to me, detail by detail, and let me take them for test rides to see and feel the differences in the package options. We eventually talked numbers and he even understood my request to sleep on the decision. When I came back the next day, I purchased the truck and Josh was there again to walk me through that process and answer any questions I had. The entire team I interacted with at Toyota of HB was great. They made me feel comfortable and not pressured at all. I ll definitely be back to see them in the future and recommend them to anyone interested in getting a new vehicle.

Professional agents who are able to estimate how long the care last. Provide free shuttle to pick up and drop off if the car requires hours to fix. Free beverage (water, tea, and coffee) and free popcorn. In the morning, they provide free donut, too.

Andrew in finance went above and beyond to help me, Frank the sales manager is awesome and straight to the point which is refreshing, Kam was awesome to work with he doesn t even make it seem like a sale cause there s no pressure and is just on the up and up.
