I had a Great experience at HB Toyota. Sales staff were nice and not too pushy. We negotiated a fair discount and the finance team was up front and transparent with all the details of the transaction. Their follow up after purchase was great too. I m sad that I m moving away and I. Any service my vehicle there.

Ive had nothing but great experiences there. We've had multiple cars serviced there and we bought one from them a little under a year ago. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a good dealer.

Took my Prius here for service and it was done in an hour and a half. Very fast!!

Has my tundra serviced here while i was out of town on a little trip to Disney. I was amazed at how quick and convenient they were. Very friendly and reasonably priced.

Don't even waste your time with the service department. Unless you don't mind paying for things and then treated badly as soon as the money leaves your hand? Not to mention they have no problem walking away from you while your talking and asking a question. I called Pasadena Toyota, and even their phone etiquette is a million times better. The person who answered the service department at Huntington Beach said, "How am I supposed to know, I am not the technician." When I wanted to know what type of oil my vehicle takes. And this is definitely not the first time I have had a horrible experience at HB Toyota.

Make sure to shop around! I overpaid on a 2017 AWD Rav4. Doing my research, you can get a 2020 Rav4 AWD XLE, for the same price that I paid for a 2017 Rav4 XLE AWD. I really wish I did more research before and didn't purchase it here. 566.00 a month..
I have over 10 MILLION views on my on GoogleMaps, take my word for it, SHOP ELSE WHERE! I should of known it wasn't a good deal when my Credit Union bank wouldn't give me the loan for it.


Update! I'm here for an alignment, before I bought the car, I told the guy in the car that works for toyota, that the car need an alignment. He said no it doesn't, the car is pulling to the right cause of the road. We came in for an alignment again a little while later and they said they fixed it.. then it continued to pull to much to the right again! Nothing was fixed. I came in for the very first oil change and I told Ben about it and he said I'll have to pay about $90 just to look at it. My 1990 Bronco has a better alignment and that's with bad tires. Continue to be dissatisfied. And no Toyota, You contact me!

This review is for the service department-

Toyota of HB always has the best service. They are always prompt to help me and have always accepted my vehicle even without an appointment. I recently moved away and have tried other dealerships but nothing has stacked up. In addition their prices have been lower than anywhere else I ve checked(which is unheard of for a dealership). I will always find a reason to make it out to Huntington to get my truck serviced here. Jose was the service advisor that helped me and he was the man.

Daniel aka D Rod is the man! He got me my Tacoma without any mark up like other dealerships were trying to do. He made the experience quick and easy. I was in Saturday morning signing papers at noon and was out by 1pm. The quickest I've ever bought a car. Tim in finance was also very helpful in going over everything and also made life easy there. When I went to pick it up the week after, I was in and out again within an hour. This is how car buying should be. Big thanks to d rod and Tim!

Great customer service from Bucky Sales Manager! Although mistakes were made by who originally sold me the vehicle (no longer works there) , they quickly resolved and willingly fixed the situation. Made it very pleasant!
I was misinformed on warranty, the car did have a defect that should have been covered and turns out wasn't.
Bucky apologized, got my car to service and quickly fixed it, what would have been a very pricey repair. Also said he would take care of a rental so I wasnt car less in the mean time.

Thank You Bucky and Toyota of Huntington, you truly deserve the 5 star in customer service, satisfaction and resolving the issue.

My mother bought her RAV4 at Toyota HB recently. It was our fault for not checking the contract before leaving the dealership. There was an extra charge on the security system (which she was not aware nor wanted it). Nevertheless, HB Toyota Managers listened to us and refunded the money. We are grateful for the staff s professional attitude and kindness for this probably is the last car my mother ever used. We definitely want her to have a good memory with it. Thank you Manager Brad Pringle, Toyota of Huntington Beach s staff and especially to Mr. Victor Luong for helping our mom to choose the car.

This is the second truck I ve purchased at this dealership and both experiences were great. Sandra is a very friendly salesperson who is knowledgable about the dealership and their vehicles. If she doesn t know the answer to a question she won t fabricate an answer, but rather reach out to get the real answer. Their finance team has been pleasant to work with. Both Mark and Elio provide several options to fit within your budget. God forbid I get in another accident, but I d come back for a third time if that is the case!

If I can I give it (Big Negative) -5 stars. 1st for totally bad service. They lied about the prices and the options. I talked to Alex, one of the seller, on the phone and agreed with the price for the white SE, i even confirm the prince through the text with him, and make appointment to come. When came he show me around and the price became $5,000 extra. He said because that car had more option than other SE. I agreed to pay to get that white car. When I signed contract, they made up story saying someone just buy it online. They will give me the same white color car with same options. I was hesitated to sign the contract, they too pushy I ended up sign. After I signed the car is not available. After signing, I noticed there were no options were wrote on the contract. He said I can't cancel it either. It is total RIP off and hassle. They show me totally different car, but gave to me different car. Alex, they say something, but do another.
About the car, I received the car a week later. Then found out it is missing some screws at the trunk. The Lane Departure Alert is not function properly. As well as PCS. Moreover, I just have my car for 2 months, the break already acting up and make some noise. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED.
It was BAD EXPERIENCE for me to buy the car. JUST HOPE YOU ALL DON'T HAVE SAME EXPERIENCE AS I DID.

10/6/2018. Car is important part of your daily. Got a bad car will give you miserable. I called the Toyota Huntington beach to noticed them about sudden brake problem on the streets which cause me concern about safety issue not only on the local but fwy. They totally ignored me, I called 8 times, no phones call return back. The 10 times, they said just bring to the service or sell it back. They have nothing to do with it. My car is still under 3,000 miles and have to bring it back and forth to the service twice per month or every month and each time for 5 hours is miserable. I got a call from the seller, Alex, hoping he can solve the issue, instead he asked me if I in market to get another car. Horrible person. You like I do, we don't have much time to waste. It already happened to me, I honestly wish you not have the same situation. I recommend not to buy Toyota (even though I brought it was thinking it is reliable), but I totally totally disappointment. If you buy it don't buy it at Huntington Beach, people there is not trustworthy.

Took car for service. Everything was fast and easy and they have a nice and clean waiting area.

Friendly, professional staff. Not pushy. Hai (salesperson) (not sure if I have the name spelled correctly) was awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable and willing to listen to me. I ll definitely be back and have my new Toyota services here regularly.

My wife purchased a used car for teenage daughter to drive to college. Next morning we discovered a major problem. That was Saturday morning. I took the car in on Monday morning and asked for the General Manager. He went with me to view the property and agreed to take the car back. However because I had not purchased the car my wife had to come down after work to finalize the details. We looked at a couple of other cars and ended up buying a used CR-V. Same year, same mileage but better than the original car. While the dealer could have refused to take the original car back, legally, the GM chose to resolve the situation fairly and we were both happy in the resolution. Another win for Toyota, Huntington Beach.

Great experience and pricing with Matt on BOTH new cars I bought today! Very respectful of my time on all the appointments I setup with him, very professional, very courteous, and zero pressure.

I've been shopping around for 2-3 weeks for a 4Runner and found the perfect one AND perfect deal at Toyota of HB. I went to several dealers throughout the week and Matt offered me the best overall deal on our 2018 4Runner. We received a great deal on our trade in, monthly price, and total options with a very low down payment. We received the color and all of the options we wanted due to the massive inventory they carry.

I was very impressed with how Matt helped us, and did I mention... zero pressure, that I was considering a new Tundra for myself. I loved my old 2007 and really didn't want to get rid of it but again due to the massive selection, saw a very attractive 2017 with 4x4, Crew Cab, and all of the options that were right for me. I gave Matt a shot at a deal with using my existing Tundra as a trade in, and again, he came in at the best overall price monthly, best trade in value for my existing Tundra, very low rates for financing, and best options on a truck in inventory.

Thank you guys for the best selection, price, and overall experience I've had at a dealership, well ever. I liked my first car form you so much I bought a second one. Thanks again you have a customer for life.

It may sound unbelievable but it was like a dream. I got so much help getting the best deal possible, seriously unbelievable. I was able to cruise out the parking lot with a 2018 Toyota IM Hatchback. I never thought I'd be cruising in a brand new car. They are always on your side and constantly keeping in contact if I have any questions or just checking up to see how I'm doing. Absolutely great! Cruise on over to Toyota of Huntington Beach, it might be the best decision of your life.

This year has been a change in management and I have been coming to this dealership for years. This is the worst customer service I had my windshield chipped, I had someone drinking in my car while it was in for service, I waited for an hour for the shuttle, they do not put stickers on the vehicles once the oil is changed. You talk to management and they act as if you are bothering them to point out how bad service has been this year. Other dealership will show more appreciation for loyalty!!!

I already talked to the guy in person who responded to my review and he did nothing!!! Ridiculous!!!

I consistently experience superb service at Toyota of Huntington Beach. They are honest, efficient and attentive. I buy all my cars from them and will continue to do so. I've been to many dealerships over the years. None compare to Toyota of HB.

My daughter is a college student. Her car broke down and Oscar made her experience easy and stress free. He fixed the problem and made sure her care was safe and ready to go. I Would highly recommend this dealership for all your needs. We also had a very good experience when we purchased her vehicle as well.

This is one of the worst Toyota dealer ever I have seen. I have seen a Toyota Camry 2016 LE in their inventory (website) and I called them I asked them is it available and they said yes and they scheduled an appointment at 6:30. Before I start again I called them and asked and they said it s still available and they said you can come in, soon after reaching there in an hour they are saying different stories, one says it was sold out and the boss says it s not at all in our inventory. Please don t trust this guys. they have wasted 3hrs of our time They are not in there words. Please find the attached screenshot which I have seen in their website.

Fast service...I mean really fast! They send emails reminding you to bring in your car for maintenance until you finally do (I'm a procrastinator) and within about 2 .5 hours it was fully serviced and ready to go. They follow up to make sure you liked the service. See John, he is quick and efficient.

It's the place to go for your TOYOTA. The workers are knowledgeable and courteous and the work gets done right even if unexpected work suddenly unexpectedly arises and that needs doing as well.

Made the appointment through my Toyota app. They sent me an email reminding me to bring in my car for service. Service was quick and done well.

The last three times I've been serviced at Toyota of HB, I've left really happy and taken care of. Savannah has been the one who takes care of my visit each time, and I am super pleased with my experience each time. She is so warm and approachable, and comprehensive with all the information you'd want to know about your service.

Toyota HB and Todd provided and excellent experience for me. It can be very daunting stepping onto a dealership but Todd guided me through a straight forward and honest search for a new vehicle. Highly recommended, my family was very impressed.

I brought my 2007 Yaris in for repair and regular maintenance. I got a shuttle ride home and picked my car up the next day as a part had to be ordered. It was generally a good experience and I will use them again.

Purchased a 2020 4Runner TRD Pro it was supposed to be in 3 to 4 days it took about two weeks. I was helped by Pedro and Rami the sales manager. In all honesty they said it would be here soon and it took longer. All I can say is it was worth the wait all accessories they promised were added were very happy with the vehicle. We searched everywhere and this dealership provided the best price in the state.

There shuttle service is horrible let they promise times and its over an hour wait. Receptionist who handles the shuddle is quite rude and doesnt care. This is the 3rd time it has happened. New management has changed the good old customer service the dealership once had and service processes went up. I was going to trade in both cars but now I will just find a new dealership to help me. Benjamin Naugle hurried to get my car done since I have been waiting. Benjamin did a great job.

I purchased a car from there. It was brand new and when I got the truck was 91 miles and scratches by the key hole. And 2 weekdays after went for install some parts when I got it there are some search on the body. I paid for brand new car but I feels like it's a used car.
They have bad service only serve till deal go through.
Only I respect is Mr. Elio ,He is trying hard for good customer service. But overall i dont satisfy

Clean location, decent selection of cars.

There are couple common car dealer ploys to watch out for here. I was quoted an OTD number and then for the final discussion the finance guy started talking in monthly payments. This was to hide several addons that were illegitimately added to the OTD, including anti theft, key insurance, tire insurance, etc. I was never offered choice to add them until I found out that I was already being charged for it. The final numbers were obviously off, so we caught it before signing.

Read the final papers carefully. Both the salesman and finance guy seemed nonchalant once I told them about the number; it was intentional, not a mistake. They kept going back to the monthly payment, but when I stated that I needed the OTD we negotiated, they accepted without a question. Stay awake until you leave this dealership with the number you negotiated.

The Service and Sales departments both have gone above and beyond my expectations. I am a loyal Toyota of HB customer for good!

Oscar and Tate were very helpful and answered all of my questions. I never felt like they were trying to scam me or upsell me on something I didn t really need. I tried SEVERAL other dealerships and Oscar and his team were the only ones who actually took the necessary steps to locate and sell me my truck as quickly as possible. Thank you for getting me my truck before Christmas!

I recently purchased a vehicle with Toyota of Huntington Beach. The process was painless, efficient and David G was very knowledgeable about the car features, which helped me decide on the best car for me.
The financing was also straightforward, Todd very clearly provided all the necessary information for me to make an informed choice about financing. Their customer service is excellent and I would buy from them again!

I recently was interested in purchasing preowned truck. I was a little undecided between the Ford F150, Tundra & Tacoma. During my investigation of the vehicles I informed Larry Taylor who is a manager at Toyota of HB. He thoroughly explained the Toyota products to me and answered all my questions. He was informative, helpful, courteous and very professional. He offered me an unbelievable deal on a brand new 2013 Tacoma at almost the same price as a 2011 pre-owned with 48k miles I saw at Carmax. He located the exact vehicle I wanted in Riverside and had it available to me the next day. I was not looking forward to dealing with the process of purchasing a vehicle. Larry introduced me to Todd Wilson who was the salesman that assisted me throughout my purchase. Todd made me feel very comfortable and at ease with his no pressure professionalism. Todd Eyster was the finance manager who completed the transaction with the care and professionalism Larry and Todd Wilson had extended. I truly felt that they really cared about me. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Toyo of HB. As a matter of fact, I have already shared my experience with friends and co-workers.

I loved my experience at Toyota of Huntington Beach! I had been to South Coast Toyota earlier in the day and experienced horrible service and received crazy inflated prices that made no sense. We called over to Toyota of Huntington Beach and instantly felt better about trying to buy a car. My husband and I promptly left South Coast and went to Toyota of Huntington Beach where we met with Quinten and bought an awesome 2021 Venza within about 10 minutes. DREAM CAR BUYING SITUATION!! Everyone was respectful, fun and willing to work with us on what we needed/wanted. Mike was also very informative and helpful. Tim in financing was also very fun but professional to work with. My husband and I both enjoyed our experience (who can really say that?!) and am very happy with my new Toyota Venza! GO HERE!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH OTHER TOYOTA DEALERS!!
