When I first arrived at the dealership I was being helped by another salesperson that was eager to go home, so Omed stepped in and helped me. He was extremely helpful and made a not so good experince turn out outstadning. I was getting ready to leave and go shop somewhere else until he came to help. I am extremely happy with my new car and look forward to doing business with him. If you are looking for a new vehicle stop by Toyota of El Cajon and ask for Omed. He is wonderful! I would also like to say that Mr. Quinn in the Finance department is outstanding as well.

In fact I was uncomfortable with Toyota for treating them in the past years
I felt they were cheating on the prices of the two cars I took from them. The employee was not honest with me, knowing that I took four cars from them and some friends from the church. I brought them to the company. Unfortunately, I was not treated honestly. But this time when I took my 2012 car to Toyota in the priesthood, I felt that the company was honest with me in repairing the car and carrying the repair costs, and they gave me another car for three days for free. When I took it my car had changed for the better. Here I returned a little bit of confidence in Toyota. In terms of repair and not in terms of taking a new car because I do not have the confidence of most employees in Toyota.
Shawn is so great! Went there to get a car he made sure that I left happy and satisfied. I told him my budget and he worked around it which was great. Took his time to explain everything, yet we still managed to get everything done in less than 3 hours. Great service. Shawn is the absolute best.
We got our red corolla from Toyota of El Cajon. Ryan Darby really helped us a lot. Not only we got a great price but the exact color and model we were looking for for a very long time. I would recommend all my friends Ryan Darby if they want to buy a car. It's a really good experience to buy a car from him. You don't have to waste too much time on bargaining about the price. He offers a reasonable price and wonderful service.
I Love Toyotas. My family and I have owned 7 of them in the past 25 years. We keep coming back because they stand the test of time and are just.... well, Awesome. I'm so glad we have Toyota of El Cajon so close to us. I've never felt so at ease in a car dealership. Whether I am there to look at cars on the lot, sit down and discuss numbers, or go get service done, I always know that I'm not going to be yanked around there. A few nights ago I went in and met with Victor Aceves. He's a really sweet guy, and helped me out tremendously. I really wanted a Toyota 4Runner. I have for a long time. I couldn't afford the payment to purchase it. He talked to me about Leasing. I've never done a lease before but he explained it to me in detail. He and Paul the manager were able to make a lease affordable and easy, and I was home with a new 4Runner in less than an hour and a half. Anytime I come to this dealership I leave HAPPY. I came in to find I had a recall on my car when coming in for an oil change. Alberto in services was there with me from beginning to end and walked me through everything step by step. Toyota handled everything professionally and as promptly as hey could.
When it was determined that more work was needed on y car Alberto was again, there for me throughout the entire process. I had never in my life encountered customer service as good as what he provided me throughout the process. I will definitely be going back and asking for him specifically although i'm sure that everyone that works there would also be excellent.
My wife and I bought our 2017 Toyota Sienna here, and at first I was pretty happy with the service department. They have a very nice and comfortable waiting lounge. 5K service (tire rotation + vehicle inspection) in July was relatively fast and efficient. In and out in just over an hour. Had 10K service (oil change + vehicle inspection) today -- with an appointment -- and got the call that my car was ready after waiting 2 hours and 26 minutes. I got a quick apology that he didn't get to me right away because he had something else, but said nothing to convince me that a 2.5 hour wait for an oil change appointment is not unusual here. I don't know when that became acceptable for other folks, but that's not acceptable to me.
From start to finish, my husband & I experienced great customer service at Toyota of El Cajon. It started on a Saturday evening, when we just stopped in to look at the RAV4 models. Within moments after arriving, we were greeted by Omed. He was attentive to what we were looking for, demonstrated a lot of knowledge answering our questions, and was very personable...after a short while, it felt like we were talking with a friend, rather than a car salesman. We test drove a RAV4 that night & were very interested in the vehicle, but it was too late in the evening to sit down & talk about the price. Omed understood & never tried to push us to stay or make a deal. We made sure he was working the next day, which he was and we promised him we'd be back. We returned the next afternoon, did a second test drive, & were finally ready to discuss purchase price. Throughout the entire process, Omed remained personable, professional, & did not try push us. He also employed the help of another associate, Nick, who treated us with the same friendliness & professionalism as Omed. Nick also was not pushy & did everything he could to get the monthly payments within the range we were requesting (he actually got the payments a few dollars below what we wanted). After presenting us with the final offer, they gave us all the time we needed to talk to each other & come to a decision. Not once during this decision-making time did Omed or Nick approach us, which showed their professionalism & respect for the customer. We did end up purchasing the car & fianced it through Toyota. Just like Omed & Nick, Gary in their finance department was personable, professional, & non-pushy. We love our RAV4 but we also loved the customer service we received from each employee we spoke with the the whole time we were there. My husband is good at reading people & discerning if something is not right, so the fact that he was pleased with the whole process is saying a lot! We would be glad to refer people to Toyota of El Cajon and would specifically recommend working with Omed.
Fast, friendly service, clean, comfortable waiting area with doughnuts, coffee, wi-fi, tv (they will also drive you if you need to go somewhere). Simo Vukotich is a gem! Service is outstanding. I live 120 miles away, but I don't use my local Toyota dealer because I'd rather be serviced at Toyota of El Cajon! I trust them.
James was the best help. I bought a car and he gave me the best service to get a new battery and oil change. The battery was a seven year warranty and at a cheaper price then Autozone.

I really trust Toyota of El Cajon for various reasons. First, my most trusted assistant service manager there and previous places I used to take my car. one Lance Jones, has taken care of my Camry for 12 to 14 years. I've had problems taken care of at Toyota of El Cajon that other repair shops just messed around with and generally over charged me. I found out first and foremost, getting it done correctly and quickly is the best policy and Lance has told me Toyota / Japanese parts make that car run better, he was right! Excellent operation. I had to take my 2005 in for an airbag recall situation. I was treated as though I was buying the best car on their lot. From setting the appointment until I got my keys back, everyone was courteous, efficient, and followed through on what they promised in terms of time to do the job, getting in touch with me when they confirmed they had the parts needed, and again when the job was completed. If every business operated like Toyota of El Cajon, we'd be a county full of happy people.

SALES DEPT.: We purchased a new fully-equipped Tundra. After a comprehensive test drive that he personally designed for showing off the best features of the truck, Ryan Darby gave us an extraordinarily good price on the vehicle without the usual car-purchasing game playing. He listened to our needs, offered multiple down-payment and financing options with a variety of benefits, then allowed us to choose which one we wanted without any pressure. We couldn t have done better anywhere, and Ryan made the process enjoyable.
PARTS DEPT.: After driving the truck for a few days and doing some research, we purchased a variety of Toyota accessories from Shawn Hayes. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle plus possible add-ons, and he gave us some great deals. Regarding some obscure parts that were needed to remedy an installation issue, he went to great lengths to obtain them for us. His attention to detail and personal accommodation have been a great experience.
SERVICE DEPT.: There are always a few hiccups with a new vehicle, and we are happy to say that they have been minor. What makes them minor, and inconsequential, is the way they are handled by the dealership. We have to commend Shawn Bray for making our vehicle ownership experience the first pleasurable one in decades. Shawn is very knowledgeable, listens well, answers questions, and takes the customers priorities into account. Resolutions were accomplished ahead of schedule and with extra touches that we weren t expecting, just to be sure we were happy. Shawn Bray has been a delight to deal with.

Service center does great work and do it quickly. Would like if it was cheaper, but for I need it now and I need it right they are perfect. Worked with me and my warenty. Good and respectful folks. I left two pairs of expensive sunglasses in my truck in plain sight. Both where still there when I got my truck back.

He always goes over and beyond to provide excellent customer service, takes the time to explain if my car is having issues and clearly communicates my options. Last week, David assisted me with some brake issues concerning my Rav4. Again he took the time to really find out what was going on. I was very happy with the outcome. Service is better recently. I've had a few miss-steps with the service department, but lately they seem to be doing what they can to do right by us. We will continue to take our vehicle here for service, but are not completely back on board yet.
Being a first time buyer is quite an adventure specially if you have no idea about the market you definitely need a trustworthy person (according to my personal experience was Ammar ), that was my adventure this weekend... when i walked into Toyota El Cajon i was planing to check only on the choices that i have for getting a new car, I ended up getting my dream car in less than an hour of a friendly negotiation with ( Ammar Alsamarrei - sales manager) , the most knowledgeable and helpful person ever, he gave me the best of the best deals with a great customers service manners and work ethics ... Service department is the worst but all else is great they have great staff but service department is severely lacking so I cant give them a 5 star I wish I could because the rest of the staff is great.
