We had our Prius (actually both of them) serviced here for years! Jose was the absolute BEST and I actually looked forward to taking the car in!

Been there twice, 1st time was ok, they tried to upsell me with a service I didnt need, the 2nd time the service advisors ruined my experience by continuously cutting me off mid sentence, and practically just shut me up, communication skills were poor that day, I left angry which ruined my day.

My husband and I were looking for a Toyota Tacoma. With the deals that Toyota was offering and Ryan's finagling, we ended up with a brand new 2013 Tacoma Sport for the price of a used one. We are very pleased with not only the truck, but with Ryan Darby, Internet Sales Manager and Tan Nguyen in Finance. Both were very personable and very funny! We were in and out of there in just over 2 hours. I think that's the quickest I've EVER been in and out of a dealership in my car buying life.

We'll definitely return to Toyota of El Cajon for future cars/trucks as well as our new Tacoma maintenance!

Just wanted to say THANKS! Jeff R, Ali and Tan "aka" the MAN! Went to another dealership (who's name we won't mention, you know who you are) and had the most horrible experience EVER! I personally purchased over 30 cars in my time, but never had a worse experience than that...
BUT the SUPERMAN that goes by the name of Jeff R and the SUPER Team at El Cajon Toyota, Ali and Tan, made the experience 100000% better. If fact, it was the BEST experience I've had and I wasn't the one purchasing the car... I will look here for my next new car purchase! Always available. The service guys are honest and true to their word. I bough a 2018 Tacoma and everything from the buying experience to maintenance has been spectacular.

James was awesome and kept me updated with the progress. He also took care of my rental because we were waiting on parts to come in. James answered all my questions and helped make my experience with Enterprise seamless so I could get to work on time. I will be sure to ask for James next time I need to take my car in for service!

I have been dealing with Toyota of El Cajon for 10-14 years and I can honestly say that they provide the best customer service from any other auto dealer. The workers there are great, and friendly. Ross Miran is a great sales rep who helped me purchase many cars from Toyota of El Cajon. Just today I purchased two cars with the help of Miran, and the process was smooth and fast. I would/will recommend to anyone who wants a new or used car to visit Toyota of El Cajon, because of their exceptional customer service and friendly attitude.

We just bought our first brand new car 2016 Toyota 4runner and we are super happy with our purchase. If you are looking to buy a car I highly recommend going to Toyota of El Cajon and asking to see Victor Aceves as your sales representative. We as well were referred to see him and I have nothing but good things to say about him. He made our car buying experience much more pleasant from beginning to end by showing us our options, letting us test drive, giving us different financing deals, quotes and options for additions to the car, and the best pricing we could get on our purchase. Not at any point we felt pressure to make a decision we weren't comfortably with. He explained everything perfectly and to our satisfaction. Also Jose in the financing office was great and was able to help us out get a good warranty and alarm system for the new car. Overall great experience! Wasn't expecting to walk out with a brand new car but they made it happen!

Toyota of El Cajon is the best! The atmosphere is spacious, sparkling clean and has a great waiting room with all the amenities. All the employees are super friendly but we especially like to make appointments with Simo because he does a great job explaining exactly what is going on with our vehicle, he s efficient and trustworthy.

Ohmed has helped us twice. Both times were excellent experiences.

My 2011 lease was about to expire and I wanted to replace it with another Tacoma, 4 cylinder, silver truck. I found one at El Cajon Toyota and placed a call to see if I could work a deal with them before committing to a 90 mile drive from Irvine. I talked to Ryan Darby and told him what my financial requirements were, as well as what I was expecting as trade in value of my returned leased truck. I liked Ryan's directness in getting to the bottom line and not a back and forth negotiating game. He went off to work it and called me back in about 15 minutes and said they could meet my requirements, subject to their evaluation of my returned truck. We agreed to meet at 10am the next day, a Sunday, and I drove the 90 miles with some element of doubt. Ryan met me and he showed me the new truck and we went to work on completing the paper work. Their evaluation of my truck was slightly less than what I had stated on the phone, although another dealer had met that number, Ryan was still able to make it all work out as to the deal we had worked out on the phone. I like Ryan's directness in getting to the bottom line without all of the usual gamemanship that goes on in other dealerships. He also met his committment to me. He was very thorough in setting me up in the new truck, taking the time to instruct me on the new touch screen system and any other changes from my old truck. The process of going through the financial department and signing the contract paperwork was very efficient and very quick. About 10 minutes thanks to Tan.
I am very pleased with Ryan and the El Cajon Toyota dealership. I recommend Ryan Darby and the dealership to anyone. I will certainly go back there first when I am ready to release or buy.

Took my husband's old work truck in for an oil change and the staff acted like they've never seen a 1985 Toyota before we were interested in getting full synthetic oil due to the high mileage and obvious age of the truck...thinking it might help it? Well the service advisor said that would be pointless since it's so old the type of oil doesn't make a difference. We went with the regular oil as recommended. When we returned to pick it up the service team "forgot" to put a service sticker on it (so we know when the next oil change is due) when we asked for one they acted like it was a huge inconvenience...they then put the sticker on but didn't write any mileage? So when we told them we need the mileage on it they said it doesn't really matter! Well it might be a old truck with high mileage but it most definitely matters, it still needs basic services and in a timely manner. We aren't going to remember the exact mileage to the next oil change unless it's on the freaking sticker!!! So they reluctantly did the rest of their job and off we went. Well to our surprise after reviewing the paperwork the laziness of these employees showed through even more!!! I have serviced -and still do- many different toyotas here...this just happened to be the first visit with this truck. Instead of registering this vehicle under our name and creating a new profile for the vin and year and mileage this guy decided he would just tack it on one of my older vehicles profiles!!! So now instead of this truck having a service record with all the proper Records...he put the trucks service under our 2012 camry and they put in that it has 367xxx miles!!! That is so ridiculous, those records are shared and updated with carfax so now I'm going to have to clarify that my car doesn't have 367xxx miles...all because this truck was a little too old for their liking and they didn't want to put in the vin number or do things the right way! This has never happened before, we have been loyal customers of Toyota of el cajon with nothing but excellent experiences before but I guess they just dont want to service older cars...hopefully they can get some proper training to service ANY age vehicle...after all that's why we all like Toyota right??? They last forever!

I LOVE Toyota El Cajon. They always take great care of my car, the waiting area is always clean....they will even transport me to shopping or a restaurant if I prefer that to their waiting room. EVERYONE is polite and pleasant. I could not ask for better service than what I receive at Toyota El Cajon!

While still in el cajon, I drove up to toyota of el cajon, that had advertised a fairly new for focus for a good price, the caveat being that it had a standard transmission, something i d figured-out after reading all the reviews that ii should go after, since these cars seemed to demonstrate erratic shifting in automatics, something that the dealerships had been unable to correct even after many attempts, in at least on very dissatisfied instance!
I found a parking spot and was greeted by a salesperson who was standing there and asked me if i d been helped, after he got done checking his cell phone. He had a nice, easy going, straightforward manner and when I informed of what I wanted, he walked the lot with me till we found it. The car looked like new and had very few miles on it, but the tailpipe gave away too much soot-possible valve wear or running rich-and there was a dries puddle of something other than water under the engine which was not a good sign. When he willingly went to get me the keys, I went inside and noticed that it was NOT a standard transmission as advertised both online AND in their window sticker!
I advised him of the same and like me, it took him by surprise. they must have made a mistake he expressed. I thanked him and went on my way...

Made an appointment, got seen on time. The wait time was a little over an hour. Thank you Eliseo for such great service

Having very active 5-year-old boy, me and my husband were looking into upgrading our 2004 Corolla and were looking into 2016 RAV 4 XLE. We were recommended to work with Ryan Darby and for all the right reasons. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Ryan made the whole process of buying a car as smooth as there can be. There was no pressure, Ryan just honestly cared to find us the best fitting car for our family for the right price. He was so kind to help us with every step of getting our car including going over all the car features and even syncing our phones with the car settings so we can test call our family. Ryan is truly top notch sales person that cares about his clients.

Not Happy with their service. Everytime I drop my car for service It takes more than 2 hours 30 minuets. Both service guys James and Ray helped me but nothing changed they always say 1 1/2 hours or maybe 1 hour 45 minutes but the car takes 2 hours at least. I ve nevet gotten my car in 2 hours always more than two hours. I will try toyota in Santee next time I heard they re better in Timing. Service guys never say sorry they pretend they don t care. I ll never take my car to the dealership anymore. They not worth it. They ve wasted a lot of my time. Today is wednesday, January 17

After an intense and unsuccessful 2 day hard sell of a fully loaded Kia Optima SXL Turbo from Kia of El Cajon, I decided to visit Toyota of El Cajon on the 2nd day to take a look at the 2013 Tacomas. I had no intention of buying a vehicle from Toyota...just wanted to take a look. I normally would drive to all the local dealerships for the cars that I was interested in and compare pricing and options and then make a decision, but I didn't that day. Remember, I just came from a 2 day hard sell from Kia for a top-of-the-line Optima. Came close to buying that one, but I convinced myself that I didn't need 2 sport coupes (my other car is an Acura TL).

Needless to say, I drove home with a fully loaded Tacoma PreRunner TRD Sport with a few extras added on for free (Chrome side-steps, GAP Insurance and car alarm) thanks to Nick and Omed. I'm not that easily sold, but these guys gave me a great deal on my truck and I had the extra money for a second vehicle since my Acura was paid off. If you want a great deal and great customer service, seek these 2 guys out. I still suggest you do your homework, put your haggling hat on and be prepared to get your hands dirty when buying any car from any dealership and always expect the worst. I will say that the other salesmen at this dealership or any dealership for that matter could learn a thing or 2 from these 2 gentleman! They were very patient with me and gave me plenty of space to talk things out with my roommate. Nick and Omed made the whole buying experience a very pleasant one.

Made appointment for 12:00 noon for oil change for my RAV4. Checked on my vehicle @ 2:30 pm and was told it wouldn't be ready until after 3:00 pm. When up to check on it @ 3:15 pm and found out that it had been sitting in the parking lot for over 25 minutes. I will never bring my vehicle to Toyota of El Cajon again. For a business to be bragging on being LEED Certified then you really need to provide better customer service. NEVER AGAIN WILL YOU SEE MY VEHCILE. While standing outside I also witness the sales guys arguing about shift changes. Is this what you want customers to see that the sales crew fighting in front of your store. Even know that the service guy comp the oil change it in fact left me with a horrible feeling.

Came in interested in purchasing a 2020 Rav4 and wasn't greeted by Anyone. Not the receptionist and sure as heck not a salesman. Walked around by myself for a good 25 minutes inside And outside before I lost any interest I had. Greatly disappointed. I wouldn't reccomend anyone to come looking for a new vehicle here.

I always come back to Toyota of El Cajon they have the best people working for you. The biggest inventory you want a car they don't have it they'll get it for you no problem. "The biggest and The best" purchase 3 Vehicles here already, will definitely come back in the future and buy cars for my grown children I look forward to doing business with them in the future!

My mom came here looking for a car and was getting ready to give up when ammar came to help her. He was so nice and not overbearing. He answered all her questions and assured her about anything. I drove to El Cajon from L.A to test drive a 4runner I liked that was priced right. I took the wrong turn and ended up at this dealership on accident and as I was making a U turn to leave I fell in love with another 4runner at Toyota of El Cajon. These guys gave me an offer I literally could not refuse and even took my beater Camry as a trade in and gave me alot more than I expected. The staff here was top notch to me.

I got my brand new car 2014 Toyota Tacoma about 3 weeks ago.
I absolutely love it. My salesman Hicham Khamkhami, was super patient with me and my needs. I called him and his department about the EXACT car I was looking for and the same day (3 hours later) they brought it to the lot. 24 miles on it. I was exstatic about their urgency about finding my exact car.

Plus the dealership is absolutely beautiful. I did not mind spending all day there (which was because of my type payment method not because of his service). Hicham is charming and repectful salesman.

P.S. I also didn't go onto the ground to search for my car. I came from San Deigo because they found the exact car I wanted on another lot and transfered it to me to this location. I called ahead to see if they could get me it and tah-dah! They did. I recommend this dealership to anyone who is having difficultly finding their dream car.

Service advisor named Paul correia, worst customer service ever. I told him about oil change 39.99 which previously gave me before and he just laughed in make fun of me way. Seriously dude? I didn t argue with him. He said only synthetic which was 67 dollars I told him 39.99 one I will do he said it s not synthetic I can t do that. He is a kind of guy that talks rude way I don t know his personal life but if he wants to work at professional place then he needs to change the way he is talking and a little bit of smile at least if not at all. He made it felt like I didn t matter as a customer. I don t think I will go there again.

I recently purchased a used 2015 BMW 428i Coupe from this dealership. Excellent sales and finance team to work with. I drove a hard bargin on price and they did everything needed to meet it. They have coordinated with the local BMW dealer to replace a second missing key, had the car perfectly cleaned and detailed with a full tan of gas when I picked it up. The folkS at El Cahon Toyota get a solI'd 5-stars from me!

This has to be the most organized car dealership there is. Regular car checks and contact reminders. While you wait, great waiting area.

The guys were upfront and helpful which I appreciated. I told them up front what not credit situation was and we went from there. Although they were not able to help me, it was a good experience and quick. We parted as friends and if my situation changes I won't hesitate to come back in the future.

Very nice and courteous professionals. They make you feel like family.

They were professional, they have a great facility, lots of places to sit, very comfortable, wifi, coffee, restrooms, everything was clean and nice. They even gave me a valve cap for one of my tires that was missing one.

Purchased my iM from Omed Knoshaw and have me a great rate on my monthly payment. I would suggest getting in touch with him. And believe it or not he will remember you after you leave (i tested him) he even remembers my sister 2 years ago when she bought her first Camry with him. Good guy and will take care of you.

Anytime I have an issue I come to him and he takes care of it, always checking the car at no cost and then advising me what is needed. I had to return my leased Top of the line Prius 2013 and wanted to buy or lease a 2016 . I had done my homework and checked all the dealers in San Diego county. Little that I know that due to a brake problem all Prius were recalled sooooo no car for me for 30 to 90 days. I had lost hope. That's when Victor Aceves my knight in shinning armor apeared. He found me ONE that was not a recall but it was a Prius 3 with no bells and whistles and it was black. Don't ask me how but the agonizing day I had to return the 2013 and decide on the black he checked the dealers inventory and VOILA it was just coming off the truck a 2017 Prius 4 touring in my favorite color Blue. I am beyond happy THANK YOU VICTOR ACEVES

Bobby went above and beyond in providing the best customer service. I called the parts Dept on Sunday. My car broke down in Mexico and I was calling to see if they had the part. He looked and unfortunately could not find the part available due to the weekend and 4th of July holiday. I never gave him my phone number. About a half hour later I got a call from Bobby. He used the caller ID to call me back. He spoke to one of the techs and called to tell me what part to get in Mexico and how to install it so that I could get my car back to the US for permanent repairs. Thanks so much Bobby!

Up until today when I came to bring my car in for service the person who attended me was Shawn didn t seem to care much or help much only went for a manager because I requested some help! Didn t feel valued as a customer.

Toyota of El Cajon has the best service I've experienced in San Diego. They are quick, accurate, friendly, and care about fixing your vehicle right the first time. Have been going there for about a couple years now and have been very please in every way. We have 3 Toyotas and wouldn't take them for service anywhere else other than Toyota of El Cajon!
