I put two stars just because of the help they provided in the beginning and they were very nice till I told them which car I want for my sister. I was planning on getting a Corolla and I drove the hybrid one, then they told me the payment will be more than 400 but let s go for a drive. I drove it and it was nice, we went to the sale manger ** he offered to help thank you ** and he said the Le will be the best match for our budget. 250$ no down, no key to the car and it should be a push button, also it s not the basic it s higher than the basic. I turned my other car and I came back to get then new car which the dear says it would be the beige color inferior that I liked. I came back and the dealer who told to come back were not there and someone else start helping us, was fine with that. I went to see the car, it s totalllllllllllly not the one we talked about, but it was the only one that matches my sister budget so we were like okay. They said no down payment, we did pay when we were signing the paper and we did not know till the last minute and the payment is actually 268. They said it s not basic but it was the verrrryyy basic and the interior is black and grey. I asked them why online it was so many interior options, they said because that s how they do it but in reality, no it s only two option either black or this. It was a totallllll mess even the manger in the finance office was yelling at the dealer in front of us because he didn t tell us that we are putting a down payment.

The deal is $200 if there's $2000 down, since nothing is down each 1000 is 30 $= makes our payment 260. I don't see what kind of help they provided they just put it in a way that they helped so much so you can put I good review

The worst customer service, I only had one question about the cost of something inside the service department and they let me wait for more than 35 min without any apologies.

Just wanted to acknowledge and personally thank Eliseo Navarrete (Assistant Service Manager), Jeff Anderson (Assistant Manager), and Jose Perez-Morales (Service Assistant) for providing excellent customer service, as well as going above and beyond of taking great care of my Corolla by performing an MPI inspection, tire rotation, battery service, and changing engine air filter. All of these professionals were very respectful and customer-oriented. Great people, great service, great overall experience!!! Couldn't ask for anything more!

Great Toyota dealership. Online deals for bargains and the smartest parts staff anywhere. The new Taco trucks are very tempting as well! Easy on/off freeway access.

I am so sorry I visited this dealership yesterday. After looking at new cars in the lot, I decided I wanted to go inside and ask more questions. I am ready to buy a car. The gentleman who approached me asked what car I was interested in. When I answered his question he told me he would find someone who could help me and left. I waited, and waited and waited. If this is a sales tactic, it didn't work. I left.

Alberto is the best service person. He always takes care of me. Promote him right away please. He is awesome.

They got a shuttle to get you home when you bring your car in for the many Toyota recalls.

Toyota of El Cajon is the easiest and best dealership to go to. I had t leave my car for a few days and getting a rental was super simple. They are very respectful and easy to work with.

Eliseo was very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He took care of the service for my Highlander on time and advised me of some items that will need attention on my next visit. He also explained my service agreement.

I hate car dealers. I really do. I feel like they are all out to get you. And rip you off. And when you arrive you're putting on your battle armour to fight with them for a couple of days. To get a deal.

That was absolutely NOT my experience at this dealership. I worked with Arbie in the internet sales department and he was an absolute pleasure.

First, I went on my bank's website and told my bank what I wanted to buy. They located the exact car that I wanted at three different dealers in San Diego and send them my information. All three immediately replied with a price that was about 10% below MSRP. Within 5 minutes I had a personalised e-mail from Toyota El Cajon and within 10 minutes I received a call from Arbie asking me to drop by.

I drove to the dealership with no intention of buying a car. I just wanted to look at pricing, get an idea of trade in offer and then check on a few other dealerships. Arbie made me an offer that I couldn't refuse and closed the deal.

The entire transaction he was super professional, never pushy, never tried to hard sell and any upsells were subtle. They actually ended up getting me to purchase three different upsells, but all of the benefits were presented to me.

The closer/finance guy was also a pleasure to work with. No pressure. Explained some of my options to me and got my transaction finished.

Once everything was final, Arbie helped me move all of my possessions from my trade-in car to my new car, helped me install my cargo net, showed me how to work all of the fancy bits of the car (such as the radio) and got me on my way.

I will be referring my friends and family to this dealership with great confidence and look forward to buying a new Prius from them in 6-10 years. Thank you Toyota of El Cajon :)

I was running late for my appointment and Ray was very accepting and understanding still honored my appointment and offered me a rental since I arrived late and didn t have enough time to complete my service same day. I also had paint coming off my console due to the sun and Ray placed an order for a replacement no questions asked. I was in and out didn t have to wait since I had the rental I was able to go on with my day and with a peace of mind knowing my car would have its service and a replacement console was ordered and on its way!

Great service from knowledgable and courteous staff. I have been a customer of El Cajon Toyota for over 12 years.

Every time I have visited Toyota of Elcajon with my 2016 Four Runner I have been treated so well. Everyone is so friendly. My last visit was just for an oil change but unfortunately there was a huge surprise was found. Rats had chewed areas of my engine! I thought I was going to faint!
All of the service people were genuinely upset for me and tried to get my bill as low as possible. I could tell everyone truly cared.

Great service! Will definitely come back if i need some services for my car.

I will never own again anything but a Toyota, not only do they stand behind the make of their cars, but this service center has the best customer service of any dealership Ive have ever been to. They are kind, very efficient, always care about your experience and go above and beyond. The shuttle service alone as well is so worth getting your car serviced here.

This is literally the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership! I wish I could give negative stars!

The sales team bullied me saying they needed documents for financing or I had to return the car. I had already sent the documents to an email but due to horrible communication they were not aware and they continued to leave rude messages.

I also purchased a warranty and when I called the service department to get my car looked at the service representative gave me horrible service. He attempted to avoid helping me at all. I had to fight with him to give me my warranty information. Then he gave false information stating that if my car is a Kia I have to take it there. When I called my warranty company they said that I need to take it to the place I bought it. They continue to give the worst service and they just don t care.

All is great. Would like to know of special offers when we bring the car in for service. Also really love it when my car has been washed when I pick it up.

Jose Villegas help me with a service problem. Jose has always helped us with our service issues throughout the years and has provided top-notch service. Jose is a genuine and friendly person and we look forward to seeing him every time we go in for service on my 2003 Matirx. My Matrix is still going strong due to Jose's efforts.

This is the only dealership that keeps my car on a schedule, reminds me, works while I wait in the comfortable waiting area, keeps me informed on exactly what is going on with my car. Coupon for parts, and maintenance.

My husband and I went to Toyota of El Cajon looking for another salesman that we have meet about 3 months ago when my mom was shopping for a car. Omed greeted us and took us to where they have all the pics of all salesman and after we discovered he was no longer working there we agreed to have Omed help us. No regrets at all! Omed is the best! I told him what I wanted as far as the type of vehicle, and how much I wanted my monthly payment to be. He didn't beat around the bush or had us walking all over the dealer. He showed us about 5-6 cars, exactly what we were looking for and made our choice much easier. Our toyota representative was Ammar Alsamarrei. He helped me pick out a car that was a perfect fit for me. He was very well-versed regarding car information and helped to answer all the questions we had; whether the questions regarded cost/pricing or just fundamental rules of thumb for the car itself. Awesome customer service and everything is done right the first time. They always recommend what needs to be done and in what time frame without making me feel like they are trying to make me do repairs I don't need. The lounge is awesome too so if you don't have the shuttle take you home, it's not a bad place to wait.

I just love Toyota of El Cajon!! I brought a 2010 Corolla a year ago, and then recently my mother brought a car, and just yesterday my brother just brought a 2013 tacoma!!!
The guy to see is ROSS the internet salesman, ! Ross Miran is great, very understanding, helpful, caring, and always made sure we went home happy, another guy which made our experience great was Bill. These guys I would definitely recommend to see, because they were very helpful, never pushy, considerate,caring, and always went out of there way to find exactly what you wanted. I have a 2017 Camry SE (Beautiful Car in Blue) I came in with a transmission quirk at 44,000 Miles. I had gone to another local Toyota dealer and was ignored so I came to Toyota El Cajon. Ray helped me in service, made sure my questions were answered and helped me get my rental car taken care of (warranty). Told me to give him the day and sure enough they found my transmission had a internal issue. They ordered my transmission and made sure I was informed every step of the way. Even though I was frustrated that my new car was having problems and I definitely voiced my frustration, Ray and Jeff (service director) made sure I was taken care of. And Also I want to thank the sales department for being so kind and understanding when I was inquiring about the new 2018 Camry. I had a lot of questions and drove pretty much every model to make up my mind. They addressed my concerns and made sure I had all the information I needed. Once again a very happy customer after a bad experience. Definitely would recommend and will definitely be coming back! Thanks Again!

Was having an issue with the auto function the toggle switch, DRL were not working in the auto position. Visited other Toyota location to address the issue and was unsuccessful in finding a solution to the issue. Alberto was patient and listened to my issue and how I have verified in the user manual and with another iM owner as to how it should work. I was pleasantly surprised that once the techs started looking in to the issue they quickly identified a fuse issue. Not sure what happened at the other locations but my car is back to 100% operation in all functions. Thank you Alberto and Toyota El Cajon!

Very bad customer service for new vehicles, do not waste your time. Sales man not interested in selling you a car .they judge you before meet you. Sad because I choose Toyota of el el cajon over the others I didn't expect the worst customer service.

My salesperson, Michael Farhat, went above and beyond in every step of the car buying process. His amount of professionalism, honesty, knowledge and ability to answer any questions I had really stood out to me. He made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole experience. He made sure that all my needs were met and that I was making the best possible purchase for my personal situation. The negotiation process was very easy and felt no pressure. I didn't have to make much effort to get the price I wanted and there was no hassle. Highly recommend Toyota and have already recommended a few people to Michael Farhat, and have recently purchased a vehicle from him for my brother. Without a doubt in the future, I will go back to Michael for all my future purchases.

Toyota of El Cajon has come through again! I recently purchased a vehicle for my company and the process could not have been easier. More recently, internet manager Ryan Darby helped my daughter get out of her old car into a brand new Corolla! They weren't just fair with the trade in, they were generous! They really helped her get out of a high payment, and their financing options worked out great.

My sales rep was really good but the parts department rep wasnt as great because they had put on the wrong part so I had to make another appointment to come back to put on the right part which I had to waist more gas and another day off from work. They didnt even offer me any incentives since it was their mistake and not mine. So as far as buying a vehicle its a 5 stars but as far as servicing my vehicle or getting new parts its a 1 star.

First time car buyer here. All I have to say is just wow. On April 3, 2018 I got the car I ordered two months ago. I am just amazed with the level of customer service this dealer has. The car I ordered was a TRD Off-Road 4x4 Tacoma in Cement. This color is super hard to get due to the high demand of it. I was put in contact with Victor Aceves through another close contact of mine. From start to finish the level of service was outstanding. I was without a car for nearly two months and ended up riding my bicycle to work (lost a few pounds!). Throughout those two months Victor kept in close contact with me which helped me push through those two long months. I honestly almost gave in and purchased a different color, but it was totally worth the wait. The day the Tacoma arrived at the dealership I got a call immediately from Victor saying that the Tacoma was in. He even recorded a video the moment the Tacoma arrive there for me. This just improved the overall experience of purchasing purchasing my first car. Definitely a gesture I will never forget. We arrived around 7:30PM and finalized everything by 11PM (there were a lot of people there purchasing cars, so we could have finished sooner). I was able to get a deal which fit my budget, along with getting the best level of service one could provide! I'm honestly so happy I came here to purchase my vehicle. Toyota is a bit pricey, but they get the job done. This last time, I was supposed to get a free rental, but the car company these use, "ran out of cars" and I had to wait. After 1 1/2 hours, I just called for a ride. Very friendly team, will call you for approval and updates!

Great dealership but OMG 100.00 to program a new key that you pay 60.00 for, found a locksmith that would program my new key for 40.00

I had my first experience here at Toyota, El Cajon. My first time trying to buy a new truck. Upon entry I was greeted by a man named Sergon. At first I thought he was great, he show me around to find the car I wanted and then started with the deal. I didn't know much about the whole thing so I had asked him to help me out and get me the lowest payment option and best deal. It turned out he saw this as a weakness and gave me a contract that was unreasonable and would have really hurt later down the road. It's like they saw youth and immediately took advantage. After I returned the truck I decided to wait a week and give them another chance. The next time I came I was greeted by a man named Shawn and went through the whole ordeal again, this time with my father. Everything went as smooth as possible and came out with the deal I was expecting the first time. This just goes to show be careful who your salesman is and try not to get taken advantage of.

Simeon was great! He really worked with me in helping me to get approved with no credit. I love my little Corolla and I don't think I would've been able to get if he hadn't helped me so much. I like how he kind of reversed the process meaning he went saw what kind of interest rate I could get and then I went and found a car in the budget. It also didn t take forever and a day as I thought it might according to horror stories of shopping for a car. Overall, I had a great first-time buyer experience!

I stopped by this place last weekend. As I pulled in with my badarse 2007 Nissan Altima to purchase a new Tacoma TRD Off-Road 4x4 with cold hard cash, I chuckled inside as I observed the sales people standing up near the entrance pointing each other forward to take care of this poor guy...

I ended up getting assigned to a sales person who repeatedly tried to push Tacomas with a hitch as if they had the tow package. After repeated offences, the argument heated and the idiot asked me what the difference between a Tacoma with a tow package and a tow hitch was. As I started walking out of this place and listing the different cooling mechanisms included with the towing package, a manager overheard the conversation and asked if anything was wrong. I told him that they did not have the truck I was looking for and left.

I would definitely recommend this dealership to any potential buyer who is simply bored and looking for a place to waste time.

Just purchased.a 2019 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER AND I AM ONE HAPPY CAMPER. Shout out to Hans for making the whole process smooth on his end. If you are looking for a car here give me a like and mark this comment as useful and I will give you these three tips when shopping at this establishment.
1. Write down everything they say after you choose your car and provide details regarding warranties etc.
2. Try to have already other options elsewhere and dont rush into purchasing.
3. Remember theres plenty more toyota locations so if they quote you something
You can always go to another one and try to get a better deal.

I wish I knew this before purchasing but oh well
I'm still happy:)

Walked in to buy a car battery and walked out with a car battery. They helped me with what I needed and didn't try to sell unneeded things.

I am very appreciative of our salesman Victor. He was very kind,.....and patient. I was not sure of the vehicle I wanted, so I needed to be educated on three different Toyota s. He took his time and explained all the options on each vehicle. Decided on the Highlander XLE. BEAUTIFUL CAR!!! Bummer was... the color I wanted was not in stock. No worries. Victor found my car at a different dealership. And I was in the Highlander I wanted the next day. Wow! Great job Victor! P.S. the day I picked my vehicle up was his day off.
