Five-stars for Sergio and Amber helping me leave the dealership feeling like I actually got the good deal I had discussed with the sales team the day prior.
Dealership is new and nice and I appreciate the time Corey spent helping me find the right Highlander for me.
I will give their service department a chance as well.
Triple check your itemized breakdown. Ask for the addendum for the car before agreeing to any price.
Again, huge thanks to Sergio and Amber for helping me out and I really hope this Toyota is one to last me for awhile.

Very dishonest. I live in Pearland and was told by Jenifer that she talked with the manager and they accepted my offer. (manager said the offer sounded good to come in). I drove all the way there and test drove the truck. Then they started trying to add all the extras and said that they would not do what I was told they would. It's just a deception to get you in there. Just so burned out on dealerships being so dishonest! The only reason I gave them 2 starts and not 1 is that they are very friendly.

Dishonest sale persons, lame "making customer wait" and "baiting and switching" sales tricks. We were planning to buy a Prius 2018. After filling out some info online, the sales manager Jeremy Smith emailed us and guaranteed a discount. Because their dealership is a bit far, so we actually confirmed several times before going so we won't waste ours and THEIR time and what we hear from Jeremy is "Absolute". It took us one hour to reach there. But we were told that not only the discount didn't exist but also the car didn't exist - they didn't have the car in the inventory. We wanted to talk to Jeremy for an explanation but the sales rep Justin was impolite and kept saying Jeremy was out of office. When we tried to texted Jeremy and he even BLOCKED our phone number. At the end, our 2.5 hour valuable time and good mood were ruined by a bunch of liars. Just a suggestion to the owner: some of your salesmen really need some training, otherwise their unprofessionalism and lack of integrity will blow away the potential customers.

Working with Austin Gilder is as easy as it could be. When buying a Toyota there is few if any that id want to work with over Austin. The difference from one dealer to another is simply the person you work with and Austin is a difference maker. I highly recommend him if you need a Toyota.

Your salesman ran my credit when I am financed threw my bank. Your salesman lied to me about a car they had, had to show on your website that you actually have the vehicle. Was very uncomfortable because multiple of your salesman team was staring at me and my check I have received from my bank. Didn t want to give me my floor mates because I have purchased the base model vehicle. But your salesman manager and website says that I do suppose to get floor mates. Worst experience pitch a car from a dealer. Will not be returning nor will I suggest any of my friends or family to come purchase a vehicle from your location.

Daniel Ramirez was a great salesman and made the car buying process easy. Ask for him on your next car purchase. We talked over Text and had a deal worked out before I showed up to the dealership. The paperwork process took about an hour and we were on our way with a new car.

Salesmen trained to making a sale no matter what, telling you whatever they need to to get that sale. Was told several time that I would be able to get refinanced after making 6 consecutive payments on time, which I did, my credit score even came up. I went in to get it refinanced and all they wanted was to sale me another truck and when that fell through they then gave me reasons why they couldn't refinance going against what the 2 guys who original sold me the truck. I will be purchasing 2 to 3 vehicles in the next 2 years for my family but not from Toyota of Alvin. They gave me options that I could not take so I got "unable to bridge the gap". I tried to get this resolved before posting this review with no luck and I have shared it with the BBB.

Beware! They will add on stuff you decline in-between the sales desk and financing. Triple read all the papers! They will cheat you! Read the bad reviews! As for the reply. I declined the paint protection 3 times. Owner replied and said they needed to contact the corporate office to get the camera footage. They havent responded since then and that was over a month ago..

My husband and I purchased a truck from this dealership two years ago. We had a decent experience with the sales guy, young, just starting out. We thought we got a great deal on the truck and that s why we referred my mother to this dealership. Well, we are now so embarrassed that we did!! My mom has dealt with a lot of hell from the service dpt. And the sales guy Matt that sold her the car. Matt was very inappropriate with calling out my mom why she gave him a bad review online with their survey. The service side has real issues at this dealership! When they promise you things they don t want to follow through with anything after you ve already bought the car and drove off the lot! My mother waited 1.5 hrs at the dealership to get a loaner car while her windows were getting tinted. She had an appt so they knew she was coming and should have had the loaner ready to go! Do not give this dealership your business! They re a headache and a waste of time.

dont do business with these rip offs. agreed to a price and then they ran it up a thousand bucks and blew smoke up my butt to get me to sign. I was there for 10 hours and just wore me down with the finance managers double talk. They are crooks bent on their psychological ploys to wear you down. I just wanted to go home and signed so ultimately its my fault for trusting. Please avoid these idiots

Toyota of Alvin is a deceptive dealership, I was quoted really cheap price on Camry Hybrid XLE by their Internet Saleswoman Chennai i asked to confirm which car i am going to look at and she send me a link to a car which has MSRP 7000 above the quoted price which is very good discount ,2000 more then any other quotes. However after i arrived after more than 1 hour drive i was shown a car by Frank their floor manager which was not the one i was looking for and had trouble starting up, I did not wanted to waste more time and left , so if you are quoted price way below than other dealerships from Toyota of Alvin it is probably not for the car you are looking for , save yourself a long drive.

Absolutely will never step foot in the doors again. Not a chance. Two weeks ago we walked in to buy a 2016 Tacoma Limited that was 45000. They said they had one they would get from another dealer and it would be here in 5 days. We gave them 20,000 down. Waited all week for word it was ready to pick up. Called last Saturday to be told they never had a truck at all. Asked me if we would consider switching color choices to black or something else. Are you kidding? Black in south Texas heat? Seriously? They want us to spend 45k on a mid-size truck we don't want? Did they offer a price drop for sellong less than agreed? Not hardly. They told us we could order one but it would be 6 to 8 months delivery.....while they still sit on our 200,000 down payment for all this time? Are you serious? Not hardly. We went back and got our $20,000.00 The reason stated on the funds reimbursement sheet for the Toyota refund was....."customers wouldn't take delivery of the agreed vehicle. What vehicle TOA? Huge lie to their corporate office. They never HAD the vehicle we were looking for to begin with but lied to us telling us they did have a dealer trade coming soon of exactly what we wanted. Their mistake was telling us where the truck was "supposed to be coming from.
We're headed to Victora, Texas tomorrow morning to lay $20,000.00 down and drive out with what we wanted to begin with. A Barcelona Red 2016 Tacoma limited. The Victoria dealership has been awesome so far. We are absolutely disgusted with the lies, games and deceptions of Toyota of Alvin. Toyota corporate office would do good to look into what happened over the last week. It really is sad to witness one lie after another and not by just one sales rep. They seemed to work quite well as a deceptive TEAM

We are now owners of a RAV4. We ended up paying more than we were quoted at the beginning and had to put down more money just to get the payment down to the number we were originally told we were going to pay. They rip you off on car trade in s as well. We did not get to really look over our new car, the brakes are making funny noises, and the seats are already discoloring. Huggy was a big help though.

Love my friendly service staff at Toyota of Alvin. They took a little longer than usual but they were much busier in the afternoon than when I normally come in the morning. Got a chance to talk to the sales staff about an upcoming purchase in the future. Missed seeing my salesperson because he was off but I'll catch him another time. If you're looking for a great salesperson who will work for you, go see Cowboy and tell him that Beau Carlisle sent you.

I have to say in The pass my experience was not the greatest. This time when I went into trade in my truck Americo the sales rep introduced herself and was very polite from the beginning. I explained our past experience and he took that into consideration they were very busy but he made sure we had 100% of his time and dedication to help us and get us into the truck that we wanted. I explained that we did not want to be there for hours and he made sure we got in and out in the time we asked for. Then we went over to financial where Bryan helped us and that was a quick and easy process and he was very polite and explained everything and answered all of our questions. Very polite very respectful! When we were done with that process Amber the CRM approached us to finish the process and show us how to set up the truck. She explained everything very thoroughly and was very sweet and respectful and got a set up and on our way. I will have to say with these three people that helped us through this process made our experience much better than the past. So if you need a new vehicle or just want an upgrade if you go to Toyota in Alvin ask for these three people!

We recently went to see a 4Runner from Toyota of Alvin. The listed price was great. They increased their price of the vehicle by forcing to sell GPS and extra protection plans which they was priced at $4,000. The price of the truck is now over the MSRP. When we went to test drive the car, They add more items to the vehicle (Windows Tinted, Wheel Blacked out, muffer delete, a logo in the back) Adding $7,000 to the sticker price of the car. After negotiating, they agreed to sell the GPS and extra protection at $2500 and they cant remove them because it was already installed. The Inerset rate was 8.95% at 780+ credit score for 84 months. By now the price of the car was almost double. We end up walking out of the dealership after a 5 hours negotiating back and forth. Worst experience ever.

They offered me a deal that included life time oil changes for the Rav 4 my wife and I were looking at but because I went next door to the Nissan dealer and came back they took that "deal" off the table. Very unprofessional at this dealership!!! If you are a veteran or active duty....please....please stand together and do not buy from them.

If I could give negative stars I would. Worst experience I've ever had. I really don't like to go car shopping as it is, mainly because you never know if you can trust the sales person. My recent experience with these guys just proved me right. Went to look at a specific car, used one at that. I know that they jumped the price up on it for haggling and that I get, but the car didn't even come with a warranty! Why try to rip me off more. I was given the run around about the carfax on it, but then told that it was a "done deal". Went ahead and sent us home with the car because it was late. Had the car for three days and then told that they backed out of the deal! He knew I was irate and even though I said yes when he asked if I wanted to speak to the manager... the manager was "busy" and said he'd come out after a bit. Figured I was over paying for the car anyway! Never again!

After having a bad experience at another dealership, I spoke with Michelle Ferry (spelling?) multiple times on the phone and made an appointment to meet with her in person. She assured me that they would beat the price of a deal from the other dealership. I made it known that I would be driving quite a distance for this meeting and if they could not meet the price I already had, then it would be a waste of both of our time. Long story short - They did not come close to meeting the price, nor did I even meet with her. I met with a salesman named Frank, who was clearly not named Michelle. After leaving in frustration, I waited a few days and called Michelle back to let her know my experience and frustration. She told me she would call me back after talking to the sales manager to figure out what happened. She did not call me back or take any of my calls after that. If you enjoy being deceived, then make an appointment at Toyota of Alvin. If you want a fair car buying experience, then you should probably go somewhere else.

Toyota of Alvin has one of the finest parts & service departments I've ever encountered! They went above and beyond to help me in a time of dire need. Jay-Parts Desk, Mike -Parts Mngr, Kelli-GM Assistant, and Carl-Service Writer were all instrumental in getting me back on the road to home (5 hrs away) in a very short amount of time.

My check engine light came on Sunday, 7/29. Was planning on going home the next day, and had no idea what to do. A friend suggested I take it to an auto parts store to get the diagnostic codes, which I did do. Was given a print out, and was recommended to have a Toyota dealer check it out before heading home. The young man suggested Toyota of Alvin...said he uses them for service. So, with that referral, and the fact they are located in the direction of home, I went Monday morning.

They didn't make me wait, nor was I told to come back later. Each one was so polite and friendly. They worked professionally, expeditiously, and efficiently to find the cause. All indicators pointed mainly to a bad gas cap. I purchased a new one, they installed it & cleared the codes. Said if it's not truly the gas cap, the check-engine light would come back on after 5 cycles of driving. I'm very happy to report my drive home was uneventful, and after way more than 5 drive cycles since Monday, the check-engine light hasn't reappeared!

Thank you Jay, Mike, Kelli, & Carl! And thank you Toyota of Alvin for employing such awesome people!!

I expected to be charged an arm and leg for the shifter cable repair ($522+tax) but I didn t expect them to try and charge me for almost $90 for regular oil & filter change. They also tried to sneak in an additional $33+ as miscellaneous charges. When I asked what the miscellaneous charges were for, I was given an explanation that it was for disposal fees. After calmly arguing with the service rep for several minutes, he removed the extra charges. Also, be warned that they will charge an additional 3% interest for using credit card.

The old guy that looks like Santa is amazing. Every time I go in he gives me extra information I don t even need about everything. He is super knowledgeable and informational. He is always respectful and kind when he talks, also looks out for customers when their names are up. I feel bad I don t remember his name but he was very helpful!!
I see service advisor 538 Carl schanz on the paperwork not sure if that s him?
But I go in all the time and his attitude is always the same! You can tell he really cares for his job!

So, after weeks of trying to get a new vehicle my grandmother and I were at Toyota of Alvin an hour ago and one of the managers had the audacity to tell my grandmother he had other customers to take care of. I was told MULTIPLE different things. They straight up LIED about details. You don t tell someone you ARE able to do something if you have even the tiniest of uncertainty. I was so disappointed by how this manager treated my grandmother and I after HIS salesman lied on multiple occasions; we were completely dismissed. So, we were told they couldn t do anything after sitting there for 3 hours and we should just go home . I mean how rude, seriously. I always liked Toyota of Alvin until today. I m completely fed up with them and wish I didn t have to deal with them anymore. I believe these people are good people so I won t use any names. This was an unfortunate situation that forever changed my view on them.

I purchased a used 2019 Toyota Tacoma from Toyota of Alvin. David was kind and accommodating, but I was quickly passed off to Alvaro. When it came time to talk numbers, I refused all the add-ons. When I finally made it back to the finance office, Mr. Torres offered GAP insurance and I declined. I did not finance with Toyota, and he became brief and short with me. The following day, I noticed and realized that I was charged $614 for the Apex GPS system that I specifically said I did not want. I called Mr. Torres back and questioned the charge. He stated that I didn t purchase the Apex GPS, but that it had to be put on the invoice, so the salesman could make his part, and nevertheless it didn t change my subtotal. However, days later, I received a text to register my new Apex GPS. I find this practice deceptive. Bottom line, my buyer s order shows I purchased the Apex GPS, when in fact, I specifically stated that I did not want it.

I was looking for a new 4 runner after mine was totaled. I got a connection Austin at Toyota of Alvin! Made it so easy to buy a car. I asked for upgrade on wheels & rims, he made it happen in 20 minutes by 5:00pm I drove away now that s service!!!!!! Call Austin he cares and listens.

He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous going above and beyond my expectations to get me into my dream vehicle! Proceed with caution. Purchased a used car from Toyota of Alvin for my eighteen year old daughter. On our way home from the dealership, after 41 miles, the transmission failed abruptly while in rush hour traffic on Hwy 59. Thankfully my daughter was able to get out of traffic and onto the shoulder without being struck. Had the car towed to another dealership and was advised the transmission would have to be replaced. Put a call into Toyota of Alvin and received an apology but nothing else, no offer to look at the car or even cover the tow fee. Had the transmission replaced for a tick over 4000 dollars. I will admit it was a cash sale and the car was purchaed "as is". I just feel like anyone in the so called " customer service" business as insinuated by the poster in their showroom, would've made some effort to ease the pain we went through. I will say the sales person I dealt with did seem genuinely concerned but that was little consolation. Be advised.

Kaysey is the best there is at what she does! Went in with the hubby to check out a brand new Tundra. She knew I wasn't committed to buying that same day, but she still took the time to show me a brand new one so I could get a feel for it. Not going to lie, those things are pretty fancy! She didn't hustle me, which is great because hubby and I do not like to be hustled, we like a laid back experience when looking at vehicles. She answered questions we had about specific features and buttons and showed us some pretty cool new adds to the tundra. I will definitely come to Kaysey in the future for a new car, or used. Other than that, the show room was really nice and clean and the staff I came in contact with were really nice.

NEVER EVER AGAIN will i go to this place!!!! i was interested i a rav 4. but after i didnt meet the requirements they tried to stick me with a smaller car. after i test drove the car i decided this car wasn't for me . THAT'S where the issue came. they were super persistent on me getting this car. i told them a number of times NOO. so i explained to them that i was stuck out there and i had no ride home. if they could offer me a ride back or if not it was ok i could call uber. well they had me around still trying to change my mind trying to offer me YET another car when one of the sales person asked Frank for the keys to a different car. that's when frank said straight to my face NO!!! FOR ME TO GO HOME !! most embarrassing thing ever just because he didn't make a sale does not mean he has to be rude. he literally lost a customer. what if i would of decided on a different car! NEVER AGAIN !!

Brought my Jeep in while I was in the military.. dropped it off and the techs went joy riding in it and the too got slashed and the radio stolen ..I had to call from Japan the rude service advisor told me it was an under table deal and the advisor is now fired but they wouldn't pay for the damage . Funny how I have no memory of an under the table deal when I signed a repair order . They told me also it had been stolen but magically re appeared .. not sure how keys get stolen when they are kept inside.

They were so rude and thieves I would have sued them but I was overseas bouncing between Japan and Korea and unable to be stateside for another year .

Nice movie theater but they said my last visit was January 2020 and recommended everything over again causing a great inconvenience because it was actually June 2020 and they recommended the same things and I actually paid for things I didn't need .. please beware of the records from Alvin location never transferred or they just wanted my $ during these slow times.. I keep all records in the glove compartment but they had my truck in the back
