This was my 1st visit to Toyota of Alvin for service. My Toyota truck has about 130,000 miles on it and has been maintained according to Toyota's schedule - mostly.

The people at Alvin Toyota were courteous and fast. They found a major problem that another Toyota dealer could not find for about 4 years, which is why I am at Toyota of Alvin now. Toyota of Alvin completed the service I asked for and I will schedule to have another minor problem fixed that they found.

Simon the service advisor managed everything well. Tyler an auto technician drove the truck with me to verify if there might be a problem with the transmission that I had reported. The problem did not present itself so I could not point it out. My truck is like a kid who never acts up when Mom or Dad are watching.

(To be fair the service writer at the previous dealership performed her role correctly. It was the service department that was pathetic about diagnosing the major problem. They even sent the truck to their body shop and could not find the problem or give me a price/cost to fix it. That went on for about 4 years.)

Finally the previous dealership replaced the entire driveline from the transmission to the rear axle. That eliminated the vibration but apparently just a band aide on the real cause. Since that was the dealership where I originally bought the truck, I do not know if the problem existed when I bought the truck.

What I know now is that Toyota of Alvin found what appears to be the real and fixable problem having to do with the frame and transmission mount system.

Am very satisfied with the service at Toyota of Alvin.

Lee Ware is the guy to go see. As soon as I walked through the door he got up, shook my hand, offered me water or coffee and asked how he could help me. He listened to every detail i wanted on my vehicle and found the perfect truck for me.

It didn't stop there, he went into great detail about every feature. You can tell he knows his stuff.

Excellent salesman and a great staff at Toyota of Alvin.

I recently tried to purchase a 2021 Toyota Tundra TRD pro and my experience was terrible. First let me start by saying how rude everyone is there. I put a down payment on a vehicle that apparently had to be shipped in or transferred from another dealership. The salesman said it will be a few days before they can revive it, which is no big deal however it was over two weeks and they still haven t received the vehicle... i go up there to get my down payment back and that s when they threatened to fight me. All of the other managers and salesman surrounded me and my family intimidating me. Telling me if i feel frogy then leap . I Ended up getting a post dated Check back when i paid cash for a down payment. They also had officials escort us out of the building while we were followed me the salesman or manger still threatening us and telling us he will call the cops and have us arrested. Needless to say i did not buy from them.

Whomever responsible for the pricing of after mark...

Whomever responsible for the pricing of after market add on's on new trucks (12000 dollars for a 1600.00 set of tires) should be fired. I blame obviously a greedy management team. These tatctics are basically a neon sign that you'll lie about the cost or need of repairs down the road to steal from people and pad profits. DISHONEST company.

Bad review -

I tried to change my own rear brakes and discovered that's not possible on a Prius. They ended up charging me $260 to "look over" and rearrange some parts and use a special Toyota only machine to unlock the brake solenoids - then after paying, the ABS and Brake lights were on and Toyota refused to do it without me paying $130 for a diagnostic. I told them I paid for one 2 weeks ago and didn't want it and asked to please just clear the lights so I can see if they come on again. The service Dept refused and would not give me a break...

They had unsatisfactory customer service and did not seem to want to have me leave happy. I would not encourage anyone to take their vehicles here to have work done. You may have too if you're having computer issues, but even then try and find a better dealership and or see if a private mechanic can fix the issue without screwing you.

Luckily a friend had friends who had a high end diagnostic machine and he cleared the lights and codes for free and I thanked him greatly. I'll never go to somewhere again where people won't do a full job and a favor.

Brought my car in for regular maintenance and they were super busy! They gabe me an approximate wait time of 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Everyone was hustling about and they got me out in an hour! Javeed was very helpful!

I had an amazing experience buying my new Tacoma at Toyota of Alvin. Saul Hernandez texted with me back and forth while I was shopping around online. When I eventually went to the dealership I was helped by Randy. Randy was just awesome. He showed me a great truck and went over all the features with me. He was funny and personable. Awesome guy. He even helped me get the price that I needed to stay in my budget. Brian Perez in financing was extremely awesome too. He was very clear about what needed to be signed and what I was signing. He was extremely friendly and helpful as well. Everyone was great from the moment I arrived to the moment I left with my new truck. Randy even texted me the next day to make sure everything was still good with the truck. I will definitely be buying my future cars from Toyota of Alvin because of how awesome Saul, Randy, and Brian treated me. Thanks guys!

Very good call center customer service. Modern architecture dealership. Clean place.

Had my mom s highlander XLE services for a fuel pump recall. They finished 2 hrs ahead of schedule. Gave me a ride home and picked me up to pick up my mom s SUV when it was finished. NO CHARGE on the recall. Washed and vacuumed the SUV, at no charge.

Called me to inform me it was finished. Called me when the driver was on the way. And called me when they got to my house.

All in all, very respectable Toyota dealer, and very knowledgeable and prompt employees.

Good service especially during the COVID 19 pandemic, is hard to come by.

They washed my car, too and left big, black, wet boot prints on my beige floor mats. I thought the appointment took too long and I do not particularly like the new design on my floor mat.

On Sept. 4th, I stopped by Keating Toyoya in Alvin...

On Sept. 4th, I stopped by Keating Toyoya in Alvin to look at a few used trucks and was met by David Huggins and his son, Maurice. After explaining what I was looking for Huggy and Maurice showed me no less than 12 different new and used trucks to see what fit my needs and explained every incentive, rebate and APR that was available for each model. Within an hour we had narrowed the search down to a particular truck and began the dreaded process of agreeing on a price. However this time, the process was fast, easy and I truly feel like they wanted to help me as much as possible to make the deal. We ended up buying a new truck due to the deal they offered us instead of the intended used truck. The process was fairly painless and Huggy and Maurice were a pleasure to work with. In fact, everyone we met at the dealership and kind and helpful. I would happily buy again from Keating and the father and son duo will get my business the next time I need a car.

The most horrible experience ever. My salesman, Huggy, kept me confused. Never at one desk, up running all over, singng, chatting, anything except working with me. Early on he found out I was grieving my adult addict son. He immediately turned it into an ALANON session trying to help me in my greif. No he was trying to keep me distracted as the car price went up $2000.00 plus many other discrepancies. Never mentioned a device charge in case I don't make my payments. He had fellow car salesman share alcohol and addiction stories. Right before I had the final step meeting financial Dept to sign I am approached by a recovering addict selling banana bread from a church to help addicts. Well, all this addiction stuff while I am grieving and trying to buy a car. My salesman even insisting we go to a meeting that night because of my pain. WHAT IKIND OF BUSINESS ALLOWS THIS BEHAVIOR??? I tried to talk to customer service the next day about the additional hidden fees, a carfax report I was promised and to get my keys programmed with the batteries I just bought. They programmed the keys. No car fax. I tried to buy the car for listed price on website 9980 but was told no. Way less than 24 hrs. I ask if someone could go over everything with me because of my confusion. No one wanted to talk to me so my daughter tried intervening and they gave her the run around, two grand this two grand that. We realize we aren't going to be helped so we leave. I see that my oil change sticker says 35 miles past due for service so I call and service tells me I was in there for my oil change. Nope, I just bought it. I hope it was changed and they just forgot to change sticker. 13 days in the air quits blowing cold. I call to see what I need to do. Someone will call me back. No call back! SO NICE UNTIL YOU SIGN THE PAPERS then so rude! My service contract doesn't have to be through them so i am free. All I NEED TOYOTA ALVIN ARE MY PLATES AND THE CAR FAX PLEASE MAIL THEM so we never see each other again!!!! Worst crooks ever !!!! They love you until you sign the papers! Need AA SEE HUGGY!

I am writing this review to express my appreciation to the Toyota of Alvin dealership, Francis Garcia, Amanda and a special thanks to Eric Rosenman for helping me buying the new truck. Yesterday, I brought home from the dealership my new Tacoma SR5 double cap V6 with happiness. I also took with me home the delightful experiences of purchasing the truck and the pleasure of meeting with the great team. The Toyota of Alvin dealership deserves a five star rating for their best of services. Eric is very sincere, professional, straight forward, valued the customers, and willing to work with the customers on the price. Along with Toyota incentives, I got a HUGE discount on the truck's price from the dealership. I will definitely recommend the dealership to my friends and family.

If you are thinking to purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle, then I recommend you should put Toyota of Alvin on the top of list, and never hesitate to visit and give the dealership the opportunity to work with you.

Yesterday my daughter and I visited Keating Toyota hoping to purchase 2 vehicles. Our decision to visit this dealership was all because of the reviews, we had already had a good offer from another Toyota dealership but the location is too far out, and time is limited. We contacted Keating and initially touch base with Brenden/Brandon who did not show good customer service at all, I could immediately til he was all about selling which is ok but you got to win the customer over to sell and he miserablly failed,, basically left us standing in a spot more then 15 minutes so we walked to see if another sales person could assist. We had the pleasure of running into Victor, how convenient it was however that when we got into a car to test drive Brenden or Brandon reappeared out of nowhere like the Matrix asked if we're ready, and was told we rather go with Victor; a few words was exchanged that shouldn't have and Brenden or Brandon, finally walked away. After the test drive we decided to purchase assuming they meet our deal. To end this long story about our experience, Keating wanted to sale the car at the sticker price (MSRP) $27, 345. My daughter and I at the end of a 2 hour set down negation would have except 27,O00 out the door, but Keating wouldn't except that deal, had they excepted we would have given a 3,000 dollar down payment and drove off with the car given Keating our business. I gave a 3 star only because of Victor's amazing customer service, and his diligence to get us the best deal, we would have walked out after the second offer, but he was great so we entertained 5 more offers, unfortunately neither was exceptable after we gave what we would settle for already having a quote from another Toyota dealership. Shame his sales manager refuse an offer, makes me wonder if we we're another would our offer been excepted. None the less the reviews wasn't as accurate as far as Keating offering to match prices and giving every customer a great deal, I can't see how offering the MSRP cost a great deal.

I was able to get a quick appointment today to address not only routine maintenance but also a worrisome issue with my braking. Everything was diagnosed and remedied in a concise time frame - and the price was very reasonable. I even took advantage of the free wash. Drove away feeling confident and happy in a clean car!!!

The service department just wants your money...

1. One of my seatbelt buckles gets stuck in between seats leaving it nearly impossible to use unless you dig it out - it's not easy amd somehow my mother managed to cut herself in doing so. I went to have this fixed many times but I gave up after about 4 attempts of taking it in and it not being fixed... i wasted my time and now my seatbelt buckle in the backseat is no longer under warranty and will forever be useless.

2. I've been having trouble with my tundra and I don't like the service rep I have been dealing with lately (old dude with the beard). He's too rude to deal with customers. When I asked why the fee to diagnose the issue with my vehicle was so high and why there was even a fee, he came back at me with an attitude and asked "well you pay when you see a doctor don't you?" First of all, doctors have way more training and school. Also, they don't make me pay $140 for doing nothing. I just pay the $35 co-pay, but i at least get a prescription ***Please note at the time I thought they were charging me the 140 just to ride with me because that's what they did 5 months ago. They tried to tell me something else was wrong with my truck and call that a diagnosis because they couldn't figure out what was actually wrong with my truck - no

They get 2 stars because they wash my truck when I get an oil change. It's a big truck so I really do appreciate the free wash.

On my way to another dealership in Alvin to look at a used Toyota SUV, I decided to stop at Toyota of Alvin to see what they had in inventory. A young salesman met me outside and said they had a used vehicle I could potentially be interested in. I asked for the price of the vehicle before getting out of my car and he said he did not know it. He convinced me to go inside the dealership. I asked for the price several times while sitting in the dealership and could not get it. He brought the car to the front of the building and we looked at it. The car was a base model with very few options and had worn tires. I asked for the price again and still did not get it. We went back inside and finally, after about ten more minutes I got a price on a deal worksheet with absurd down payment and monthly payments. The sales price was higher than all the other vehicles I had been looking at. I told the salesperson I was looking for something that was about $7,000 less than their asking price. He said they could try to locate one for me at that price. I said "no" several times, stating I could locate one myself, but due to sales persons insisting, I finally agreed. After about ten minutes the salesperson came back with a even younger looking dusty blonde sales "manager" who was extremely cocky. He made a few smart a.. responses and comments while we spoke and stated that I would not be able to find the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted, with the miles I wanted. HE WAS WRONG. I was able to purchase a vehicle that same night at another dealership with more options, lower miles, and for $7000 less. I will not be going back to get service or look at any future vehicles based on the experience with the sales "manager".

My daughter purchased her 1st car a 2016 Honda Civic just before Christmas. She was so excited! She was told by the salesman that he would have another key FOB made, but it would take about 2wks. She's still waiting. She called & spoke with the salesman more than once. When couldn't any answers from him she called and spoke with someone else. The salesman LIED!! He NEVER ordered the key FOB. She then told that they only give customers only one set of keys on all used cars. After making her purchase with idea that she would eventually receive another set of keys she now expected to pay for the key FOB herself. This is extremely poor customer service & false representation!!

I purchased a new car in 2014. I traded that car in at Vandergriff Toyota in Arlington Texas in 2015. For the last 5 years Toyota of Alvin has been calling and harrasssing me about that car. They send me emails, texts, regular mail. And phone calls. I just purchased a 2020 Toyota from Family Toyota in Burleson Texas where I reside.
I have asked Alvin not o call me or send me solicitation for the last 5 years. They are total jerks.
They are making me so mad that I am thinking of trading my car and quit Toyota altogether.

I had a disappointing experience with Eric (management). We agreed on one price and after they checked my credit, he added "paint and fabric protection $3800" to the price and "window tint $400"....my understanding is agreed price should have included it (it was not extra options that I asked for). Eric was non-apoligetic and didn't have any concerns that he had lied to us about the price . He kept calling it "fees" that all dealerships add to final price.... No sir, when we agreed on price, it was price plus TTL. The fact that you agreed to a price should be sufficient for you to keep your word. I am upset , my credit was checked and then they added additional "mandatory options" to the agreed price... ended up without a truck and lower credit score due to your financial company pulling my credit. Eric should not be allowed to lie to the customers and then try to deny it. Unacceptable customer service Eric. They would not take off the "optional fees" and still pulled me credit. They should be able to honor an agreed price instead of adding additional hidden fees. I asked them to remove the "optional fees" and Eric said he could not.

Alvin Toyota offers great prices and service. They are even disinfecting vehicles for you before you test drive. Be sure to ask for Americo when you go in. He took great care of us from the time we arrived at dealership, followed up again after we purchased the car, and also to ensure we received our plates.

Been buying from these folks in Alvin since 2006. Our last three purchases were taken care of by a very knowledgeable and professional salesman. Lee Ware has been a great help in taking care of our needs and concerns in purchasing a new vehicle. He is a excellent salesman and a good friend. My family highly recommends Lee Ware as your salesman when purchasing new or used vehicles.

Don't waste your time, they're a stereotypical dealership. They have all kinda of free drinks and snacks but that's about the best part of the whole place, the actual process of getting a vehicle was pretty quick and easy, but after you leave the lot good luck getting a hold of anyone you need to talk to, and the finance department will do things behind your back and not tell you the whole story. We told them that we were going to deal exclusively with my wife's credit union and there was no leeway with this, well we found out afterwards that they ran my wife's credit through not one, not two, but 6 different creditors all of which did a hard credit inquiry causing my wife's to drop by almost 30 points, and besides all that they didn't tell us that the credit union didn't approve the terms we wanted and just had us sign the contract with the terms we requested. Luckily JSC credit union have way better customer service than toyota of alvin and said that since we were basically lied to and given false information that they would honor the contract and give us the terms we signed on. Thanks for being a great company JSC and toyota of alvin thanks for the.....free popcorn?

I went to the dealership today to try and buy a used 2016 Toyota 4Runner. A very bad experience not to say the least. The vehicle was posted online for 33,652. The salesman first told me out side the vehicle was 35,000 then went inside the price jumped to 36,998. I asked him how much with tax and drive out 41,234. So I m I missing something here. Then I told them what about financing. If I put 20,000 down. Didn t know the interest rate but gave be two different figures. 415 a month or possible 315. He had no idea Then I told him forget the financing. I ll pay cash of 36,000 dollars. He went off to wonderland some where and came back stating he want to only finance. Wow was that humiliating. Never in my life. My wife couldn t believe it as well. Yes mr owner it is very hard to believe. And ashame

I really wanted to give more than one star, but I just can't. They earned the one star only because they did a decent trade in value. We've bought 2 cars from here. THEIR SERVICE CENTER IS TERRIBLE! They caused damage to my husband's window during the detailing of his new car, didn't fix the wind turbulence issue on mine, and frankly, they promise the world and deliver less than satisfactory results. There us no courtesy vehicle whilw they service yours. Which during the school year, for my kids is a proble... If you want a Toyota, go else where. I keep wishing I went elsewhere myself. On a positive note, since I try to leave on some happy note.... they cleaned my car the second time I took it in for wind turbulence. Didn't fix the problem but hey... at least my car got washed. Oh and their air freshners smell good.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Toyota of Alvin in the last 13 months. My first was a 2019 Corolla. The car came with a free oil changes and was hand washed each visit at no charge. Their service department like my Corolla exceeded expectations. During a visit a few months ago I met Raul who is on their sales team. The conversations were always pleasant and I am impressed with Raul s knowledge of the Toyota brand. I called Raul a few days ago regarding purchasing a new Tundra.
Raul invited me to stop by to test drive the new 2020 Tundra and discuss some of the incentives they have right now. Raul is a true professional who worked with me and helped get the deal I wanted. Not once did I feel pressured to buy my Tundra. I highly recommend Raul and Toyota of Alvin to anybody who is in the market for a new vehicle. These folks don t play games. Thank you Raul!

We were ignored by the sales staff, locked in the lot, had to send my wife to another dealership to help get us out and then blamed by the manager, who finally showed up to let us out, for being locked in.... thankfully we audio and video recorded the disgusting treatment we received.
Stay far away from this stealership.

We called and asked sales associate Charlie if they had any Toyota Prius C Fours in stock. He told us he had several available and asked when we could be there. We left Clear Lake and got there in about 30 minutes. He then sat us down and told us that didn't say he had any at the store, he said he had them "available" which meant that they were at sister stores across the state of Texas. He said he could have one there in a few days for us. He wasted our time and we walked out. We do not recommend this place, as they just have your typical car salesman weasels.

This dealership is top notch. All of the staff members that walked by were warm and friendly. In the end, I actually did not buy a car here, but I wanted to write a review because I had such a pleasant experience with the assistant car manager, Lee Ware. He was knowledgeable, patient, not pushy, and friendly. I highly recommend Lee if you are in the market for a new Toyota.

i lost my car during the recent hurricane and I really needed to buy another one. Unfortunately I was not able to purchase the car right now do to certain circumstances, but all the while, the salesman Jeremy did everything in his power to try and help me. He made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. I will be back to purchase soon!

Didn't buy a Toyota, but a used Fiat. Al Ruiz was my sales guide. I say guide, because he did more than just sell me the car. He patiently took time (I'm not the easiest customer), and went above and beyond of being just a salesman, but making sure that some timing and paper glitches were cleared up. He also sent pictures, setup video calls, and made sure car was delivered in exact condition as he described (since i live couple of states away, and wasn't able to see it in person). I've bought new, I've bought used, and thought I'd never experience an honest car salesperson:) well, I'm glad that I was proven wrong, and unbelievable as how it may sound, Al was truthful about every single thing he said. Also thanks to Sergio, the finance advisor, who, along with Al, finished the paperwork in the end. These two guys are a great asset to Toyota. I also wish Al all the best and further advancement in his career, and i would not have an issue, now with knowledge that there is at least one decent salesperson, to buy another car from him. He displayed mastery of sales, finance, and managerial skills all in one sale. Cheers!

First class dealership! Just bought our second used car from Toyota of Alvin. After spending hours shopping online, Toyota of Alvin had the vehicle we were looking for.. not once, but twice. We are an hour away, but definitely worth the drive. Austin greeted us upon arrival and had the car pulled up and ready for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the car. Frank helped us get the best price for both the new car as well as our trade in value on our truck. After making the deal, Toni delivered goodies for purchasing and discussed service and everything that was available to us through the dealership. Wesley in financing made the final phase of the purchase as painless as possible. Even though it was closing time, he was very thorough. We highly recommend Toyota of Alvin for any new Toyota or used car you may be looking for. Definitely check them out first!!

First time ever buying a car and they made the process such a great experience! So great that from now I plan on buying ALL my future cars from Keating! I recommend everyone I know to them. Beautiful place and amazing staff! 10/10 recommend!

My wife and I visited Toyota of Alvin on May 7th, I met with Matt Sportini who was an excellent and informative salesman. Once I purchased the vehicle I had an issue with the A/C and Battery not working properly that night, I was informed that the customer relations manager would call me the next day, Which they never did. I called multiple times and was finally told to take the car in to have the battery replaced only to find out that I would be put in a rental and have my brand new car taken away from me for multiple days so they can charge the battery. I was told I could pick it up the following day and that they would give me a call that did not happen and after multiple calls and failed promises I was given a new time frame to pick up the vehicle (5/13/20). Since then I have had trouble getting my finance documents that were to be emailed to me at the time of purchase.I called numerous times left my name and phone number to multiple people and never received an update. It took almost 30 Days to finally receive my documents to review my purchase agreement. I was told at time of purchase by Brian Perez (Finance Manager) that my purchase qualified for no Payment for 90 Days. Now almost 30 days later I find out that was a lie and it is Due in 2 weeks.On top of that my finance documents did not match those of which the finance director had on file(Confirmed by Toyota Financial Services Rep). I Never leave reviews but what I went through completely ruined my experience of Purchasing the New GR Supra.It is totally unacceptable, stressful and inconvenient. I feel Bad that such a great sales team may be impacted by the faults of others on this team. I asked to speak to GM multiple times and they would not let me.

Came in for routine maintenance, and was barely in the door before someone was pressuring me to buy a brand new car and get rid of my "old" 2013 vehicle. My car is in pristine condition, I bought it from the dealership pre-certified. And 5 years I have put possibly three thousand miles on it. They only want to give me $4,000 and sign me up for a much more expensive vehicle.

Because of this harassment, I will not return
