Great experience with salesman Pedro. Other than him a poor excuse of a Dealer that should be investigated by the state AG office. When you make it clear to not run your credit with anyone other than who you want. They should abide by your request. Instead they tried beating my pre approved rate without my permission. Then completely denied doing so. AJ in finance got his feelings hurt when I declined Gap insurance and extended warranty. So he knew he wasn't making anything off of me so he ran credit to see if he could get a better rate. without my permission and after the sales manager promised they would not.

Used to have great service, but new owners are wrecking it.
Bought a car that wasn't blowing cold ac. Salesperson said if we got the warranty the ac would be covered under it. Turns out only certain parts of the ac was covered and our particular part wasn't covered. Financial advisor, Rex, said he'd handle the problem and promised we wouldn't have to pay anything out of pocket. Lies. Ended up having to pay half of the cost. Trying to get a hold of someone to talk to was a nightmare. Either being put on hold for 15-30 minutes, getting nothing but their answering machine, or being told they'll call us back and then never hearing from them.
Update: called the customer relations manager, Blair Brewer and asked him to call me back because of course it went to an answering machine instead of an actual person. Wasn't surprised that he never bothered to return my call.
Prompt efficient service with only one little oops. I was 4 miles short of my 60K service and did not roll over the 60K until the next time I drove the Tacoma. At that time the MAINTENANCE REQUIRED light came on and stayed on. I called ToyotaNWA and Heather walked me through the steps to turn the light off. Great service and saved me a trip to Rogers.
Drew s assistances and service was awesome. I appreciated the call the day before that confirmed the appointment and clarified some comments/questions I had posted. Upon getting off the phone with him, I knew my appointment would go fine. During the appointment, he found a discrepancy with what was stated as in need in my previous visit and what the mechanics were seeing. He was able to clarify that and get the proper service my car needed.
Unfortunately I have found Steve Landers Toyota to have the poorest communcation of any dealership I have dealt with. My vehicle has had issue that has been difficult to resolve. I have spent several hundred dollars on diagnostics and repairs that didn t solve the issue. The toughest part is Service Manager and the Assistant Service Manager don t return calls or take days to respond. As frustrating as car issues can be to have poor communications make it much worse. The good news for me is I took my vehicle to the Car Clinic and they found the issue immediately and surprise provide communication when needed.
Sad this dealership has such poor leadership in such an important area.
Went to get a standard oil change and tire rotation. The service representative, Seth, was great and easy to work with. He reviewed everything with me and indicated I had a lugnut misssing. Then he went out of his way to ensure that it was fixed. In addition, he listened to my concerns regarding my worn tires and recommended a path to correcting the issue including the time frame which worked for me.
Johnny Gutierrez knew what my car needed, explained it to me, told me how long it d take. Toyota always does an outstanding job with my vehicle

Honestly? I expected purchasing a new car to be at least somewhat adversarial (as previous experiences from years ago in an entirely different city had been - obviously not with this dealership).
But buying my new Toyota was as smooth and stress-free as it could be and I am so satisfied and happy with the experience.

Sales team were enjoyable to work with. The vehicle however lacked a few components one would expect with a new purchase. For example, there was only one set of keys, no floor mats, and the check engine light was on. When purchasing a new vehicle, customers expect all aspects of the vehicle to be available and operating correctly. The salesman did offer to provide an extra key, floor mats, and service to fix the light. However, it requires a later visit to the delearship.
Pedro was great. This was probably our best buying experience ever and we believe it was all because of the personal attention that Pedro gave to me and my husband.

Please continue sending money saving cupons. Make them customized based on the service you know a customer is going to need next visit and make sure the cupon is not expired before the next suggested visit.

I will start off by saying this review is for the service department. I did purchase my vehicle from here and the sales department was fantastic. I went in for routine maintenance (had to schedule days in advance of course) and it was fine just another oil change. Probably took a little longer than most places but they were busy no big deal at all. I was ushered in & out, little detail about what was done but again, no big deal just a standard service. But oh wow, the aftermath was something like out a stalker movie. Numerous emails and texts asking me to please rate my experience (all saying please, nothing short of excellent , of course). My experience could not have been more mundane. It was not a bad experience, it was not a great experience. They wanted nothing short of an excellent experience so I though I d do them a favor by not rating them at all all good, right? Absolutely not more and more emails requesting a review. I gave them a middle of the road review and also expressed my agitation at the overwhelming requests for a review. Guess what five minutes after submitting the review, a call from someone at the dealership questioning my review as if I d surely made a mistake. Lord have mercy, all I wanted was an oil change, not a long-term relationship (STALKER!). If you want expensive, slow service that you have to schedule and you don t mind writing bogus reviews so shake the stalkers, this service department is for you! Seriously, please lose my email & phone #!!! There it is, your much sought after review.

Just had my first maintenance check up on my 2020 RAV4 Hybrid. Very fast and very smooth. Check in was crazy quick and easy. Kudos again to Landers Service Dept!
Mark was very helpful in getting me in and out with little disruption to my day.
Seth checked me in, took care of checking for any recall items on my Toyota, service was completed, and had me back on the road in record time. Pat Berry saw me waiting at the pick up bay, followed up with finding my car having it washed and made sure the car was in tip top shape and thanked me again. Great service!

It's a Toyota dealer. It's nice and clean. Friendly staff. They offer free coffee, doughnuts and Wi-Fi. Oil change for my 2006 Toyota Corolla was a bit high, I was charged $45 for a basic oil change.

Specifically want to call out our sales guy Sean Chase and the Sales Manager Phillip Aulenback and finance guy Brian as all stars who go above and beyond anybody else I have ever dealt with when buying a vehicle. I hadn't planned on getting a new car yet but it suddenly became a necessity when I had to let go of the ancient van I was driving. My credit had taken a dive so I was fairly skeptical that I could even get approved for a loan, much less find something I could actually afford.
Also, I have an aversion to sales people of all kinds, so there was a significant anxiety attached to this. However Kameron Fruchtl was not like the average sales person at all. He listened, gave me helpful feedback, suggested cars I might be interested in, fine tuned our search, and generally became my "new-good-best-friend" in the car business. He found a car that I liked, at a price that I could afford, with a company that was willing to carry the loan. He even made sure it was all shiny and clean and when I realized I couldn't go pick it up the next day, he gladly brought the car to me.
Rex French did the financial part of the deal and he also was very helpful, straight forward, highly professional. He offered me additional coverages but respected my choices when I declined. He was very conscientious about making sure all the bases were covered when it came to signing various documents/disclosures.
Additionally, I like the atmosphere at Steve Landers. There's a casual elegance to it. Tons of lovely cars parked amidst contented customers munching on popcorn or glancing through magazines while they were having their vehicles serviced. And they place a premium on happy customers, not just wealthy customers. I plan to return there in the future and I also plan to send other friends their way. This is a wonderful dealership. My sincere thanks to all of the good people at Landers, especially Kameron.

Landers Toyota honored my appt time and even washed my truck unlike other dealerships. Even though they could not find my appointment made on the phone, since I had my email confirmation, they got me in and taken care of. It did take about 50% longer than usual though.
Made an unorthodox deal happen as well as valued the previous 9 years of repeat business I ve had with them. Few dealers would actually go the extra mile and enough good can t be said.

I took my Prius in as the lite to check tires was on. They found my tires were fine and it had to do with the temp fluctuation. Computers very sensitive. They fixed me up and lite is now off. Thank you ,they did a very good job and very courteous! I will return soon. Charlene Bauer

Sold us a BROKEN car! We just bought a 2018 jeep grand cherokee and noticed it being broken almost right away, the uconnect system is all freaked out and it will cost us 1600 dollars to fix it. They will not do anything about it and we will have to live with a broken car that keeps calling 911 while driving until we can fix the issue. If you buy a car here, make sure that everything is working and that they aren't hiding any issues!!!

He is more helpful than anyone I have ever worked with before. He is patient when you are deciding on your new vehicle. He is great after the sale too. When I was hit in my last Camry, David helped me navigate replacing the vehicle that I loved. I have recommended David to everyone that I know is in the market to buy.

I would not recommend buying or servicing your vehicle at this dealership. They have been nothing but dishonest and a royal pain since we bought our 4Runner last year. It all started with a salesman that knew nothing about the options on the vehicles we were interested in and paperwork that took 2 months to get submitted correctly to our bank. Fast forward to today where we are now dealing with service associates who 1. don t document the issues correctly to be addressed 2. you can t ever get in touch with someone you have to leave a message 3. your concerns are completely dismissed as they are working with other customers face to face while listening to you talk on the phone (after holding for 15 minutes for someone).
I would suggest driving a few extra miles to go to Fayetteville and possibly get better treatment and knowledge.

Got a significant case of sticker shock when given the estimate for recommended services, but the rep was very patient with me as we went over the paperwork and did everything he could to make me feel comfortable. He even stayed late in order for me to pick up my car AND helped me to apply the online coupons I found to help with the cost. It was five star service for sure.

The salesman named Juan that I worked with was amazing-he made the process of trading in an old car and buying a new car as smooth as possible. I wanted a car in a specific color and model that was not available at the NWA dealership, but Juan tracked it down quickly and the dealership provided a loaner car for me to use while I waited for my new car to arrive. I felt really well taken care of, and I would definitely recommend this dealership to others!

I sent my son to that place to change the oil for my Toyota prius 2008 something that should have been less than 100 dollars ended up taking my card out of 471 for other things that they did to my car without my authorization, leaving even to gasoline my car. The only thing that the person I spoke with was SORRY HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND ........ SHAME ON YOU MAN SHAME ON YOU. STICK TO ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT PLACE.
