I am so very happy with my RAV4 buying experience at Steve Landers Toyota NWA. My salesman, Pedro De La Cruz, worked diligently to find the exact Toyota I wanted, secure better financing than I already had, secure good discounts, and generally made my experience joyful and stress-free.

Honestly? I expected purchasing a new car to be at least somewhat adversarial (as previous experiences from years ago in an entirely different city had been - obviously not with this dealership).

But buying my new Toyota was as smooth and stress-free as it could be and I am so satisfied and happy with the experience.
