Good thorough service. Friendly staff. Fair prices. Wouldn t take my 4Runner elsewhere for oil changes.

I had a recall on my vehicle, and Steve Landers Toyota of NWA got me a vehicle to drive right away. After a few months, Toyota found a remedy to fix my car. There is a small dent that I need fixed now.

Jason Jones always provides me with excellent service. He is primary reason I deal with Landers Toyota. Additionally, the personnel in the service department are first rate!

Tool my Land Cruiser in for service. Thank goodness I did! Jason found i had a cracked radiator plus I needed new front brakes. His diligence saved me big bucks! I rate Jason 150% for excellent service!!!

Took my daughter s RAV4 in for service. Also they were very busy, Jason Jones worked me in. So very pleased with the service I receive and am especially grateful to Jason.

We had a great experience at Toyota of Northwest Arkansas. We had moved to Bella Vista nearly two years ago and it was time to replace our car. Always wanted a Camry and this was the right time with no interest payments. Our salesperson Alex was great and we enjoyed his sense of humor as well. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. We love our new Camry and really enjoy driving it around Northwest Arkansas. Can't wait for the summer when we will be traveling to Wisconsin! We purchased a 2018 Rav4 and the transaction was very smooth. Kameron Fruchtl was a pleasure to work with and we were able to take care of most the paperwork before we even went to the dealer. We already knew what vehicle we were wanting so it was a matter of dotting the i's and crossing the t's.

Excellent Service Department and Sales Department-

Upon arriving in the service drive (without an appointment I may add), I was greeted promptly by one of the service porters - they have 8 porters to facilitate ease of doing business and efficiency - and directed to the service writer.

They performed 3 active recalls that the previous dealership I went to more than 10 times never informed me I had. I appreciate that they checked for active recall campaigns.

Most dealerships fail to greet the customer in a timely manner. This was extremely enjoyable as a customer to be seen quickly, have all my issues fixed (tire rotation, oil change, fluid fill, and replacing a key battery). Would recommend this dealership in Sales or Service to any customer with vehicle needs. They also buy personal vehicles outright - their money is good and personnel are even better.

I went to Steve Landers Toyota without knowing what car I actually wanted, but thinking of maybe getting a used SUV. Julian Salinas showed me several used vehicles, and answered every question I asked. He wes very professional, but also very polite and patient. I decided to test drive a brand new RAV4 and loved it! I'm on a budget, but they worked with me to get a good deal, and they gave me a monthly payment that I could afford. This is my first Toyota!

Our salesperson, Sean Chase, was exceptional! He was highly professional, courteous and attentive to my needs without being high pressure. He found us the Tacoma I wanted, but at another location, and had it delivered to Rogers within 3 days. The followup was terrific! He also initially took us on a great test drive and was very thorough. AJ was also very helpful and informative, giving us the best deal possible.

July 2019 - my service rep, Seth Snyder, is awesome. Very professional, courteous and attentive to detail. He s one reason I stay at this dealership.

I purchased a Toyota Prius at Steve Landers Toyota back in June/2020. I was leasing a Rav 4, and due to the contract ending soon, I decided to trade-in the Rav4 and buy a new one. During the negotiation they told me several times that any penalty fees from the lease-end process, including any excessive mileage would be taken care by them, all was part of the deal.
The truth was that they were never planning to pay for my lease-end penalty fees as Steve Landers and Toyota Financial are two separate companies. 2 weeks after I purchased the new car, Toyota Financial Services called me about a $1.300 lease-end debt, mostly due to excessive mileage, that was mysteriously reduced to $660 after one week. Even after contacting Steve Landers, they kept telling me it was going to be taken care of, to absolutely no avail.
I ended up just paying the value to Toyota Financial Services so that they would stop calling me and probably sending the account to a debt collector.
My advice? GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING and signed by Steve Landers Toyota NWA, and don't believe for a second when they tell you that you will not owe anything to the financial company. It's just a SCAM to get you to trade-in a leased vehicle and purchase a new one at any cost.

I bought a 2015 Toyota Rav4 on Jan 20th. Ken W was able to get me a great car at a payment I can afford. If you're looking for a salesperson that doesn't talk to you like you're stupid or try to sell you on something you can't afford, I would definitely go see Ken. Also, have a question. What is your policy / practice regarding follow up after the sale?

Brooklyn found a car I was really pleased with. Zack and Chase pushed a loan through I could afford. Going back with a trade to see if they can find me a decent little truck. 5 stars.

Get service and accommodations but I will not be returning for service due to the absolutely insane service prices. 100 dollars for a service on a small SUV. I drove at truck before this and it was not this expensive. When I looked at my receipt I was charged 53.95 just for labor. The actual oil and parts were only 33.09!! The rest of the bill was a technology fee! Very unhappy with how they are ripping people off!

I've taken my Corolla to Landers for every service and have always had a great experience. It took less than 15 minutes to drop my car off and get me in a beautiful, clean rental and on my way for the day. Drew called and explained what they had checked and what they had found. Plus told me when it was ready to get picked up! Awesome experience from start to finish!!!

I bought a Nissan Rogue yesterday and after research I discovered you sold me a car that is about to have its cvt transmission go out.
In the car biz its common knowledge of the trouble people have had with cvt transmissions.

Im dissapointed with Eric, he did claim no knowledge of CVT transmissions, but thats unacceptable from a company as big as Toyota. I put trust in their name, as do most people.
Now Im stuck with a ticking time bomb. Thanks mate.

I had done my toyota camry service on last month and payed around 550 for changing few things.I got all report as green that even includes my tyre also shows green.Last week my car go skid and gone outside of highway.I came to another service center and they said the back tyres are red and report from toyota is wrong because last to last service i got orange for back tyre and which cannot come back to green after running 5k miles.The same i informed Steve landers and they said they will check and get back to me.Please be serious about the report what you are giving to customers, your small negligence may lose one life.

Dealership sold me a car with a lien on it. My title was suspended and they refused to help correct the issue. I was given the run around and never assisted. I will never recommend anyone buying from this dealership.

Bought a vehicle here and found out taillight was out after buying, parts missing from vehicle, contract issues, and i asked them to fix these since I just bought it. The process is like pulling teeth, they'll say they'll do something for you with a smile, but never respond via email or text, and just entirely ignor you.

Fast service and good communication from the service department at Toyota of Northwest Arkansas. I worked with Tim Doran and he always provides excellent service.

I was having terrible problems with my truck and thought I was looking at a new transmission. I took my truck into Landers Toyota. The guys put the diagnostics on and fixed me up in just a few hours. They did a great job, and were COVID safe. Thank you Landers team!!

Sean Chase, Sales Rep worked with us to choose the right car for us. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the RAV4. He was very helpful in explaining all the new features and how all the options operated on the vehicle. He was not pushy and gave us time to drive and discuss our options to purchase the vehicle. He made our experience very pleasant. Everyone else we visited with that day was very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and appreciated.

This was my first time with bringing my vehicle in for routine maintenance and everyone there was so helpful. The gentleman who was helping me let me know the name of the person who was going to be overseeing the work being done on my Highlander. He also let me know that there was a shuttle that would bring me where ever I would like to go if I didn't want to wait there for them to finish my car, and then would pick me back up when my car was finished. I chose to wait, and the gentleman showed me a large, open seating area next to the service area with 5 or 6 rows of movie theater type seating in front of a very large big screen TV. They offered popped popcorn and a little refrigerator with various types of drinks to choose from and also coffee and tea options. When my car was finished, the gentleman came to me and sat down and explained what had been done then let me know where my car was and that was it. I was very pleased with how smoothly everything went!

Steve Landers Toyota is the only dealship that I've continued to service my vehicles after purchasing. With my other vehicles, Chevy, Nissan, Acura...I would always find independent shops for maintenance. Steve Landers Toyota is straight forward with any additional maintenance and everything is clearly explained before they proceed. Also I've even purchased replacement tires as the tread wears. I try and time it with their buy 3 tires get the 4th tire for $1.00 promotions.

We purchased a used Honda Ridgeline from this dealer. We drove from Missouri to look at the truck. The salesman Chip had the truck cleaned up and ready with a full tank of gas for us. After the test drive and deciding to purchase, the paperwork was very simple and painless. We even purchased an extended warranty.

Less than a month later, the truck needs a suspension part which isn't covered under Honda's manufacture warranty. My extended warrant said they don't take over until after 30 days so I am waiting to hear from Landers Toyota to see if they are going to stand by the truck. I have a good feeling since they have been so generous up to this point. Thank you Chip and Kyle!
