This is the last time I will ever step into this establishment. The last few times I've came in for anything, to look at a car or for service, the customer service has gone down horribly.
Today was the worst by far. My sales person, Brian Huddleston, started to give me attitude, get rude and and started to bow up to my husband when we called him out on it.
The rudest we have been treated EVER at a car dealership.
We will not do business here ever again

My experience was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is they wanted to charge me $30 to install a battery that look less than 90 seconds for me to do myself. I think this is unfair considering how many places will install batteries for free with purchase. Other than this, great experience.

When you inquire for a car DO NOT give any personal information, as they DO NOT ask for your permission to run your credit. We inquired about a car and they ask that we give them info to speed up the process. That s fine and all great, BUT you don t run their credit until you ve actually seen the car whether you like it or not before running your credit. It s called Customer Courtesy and Respect to ask before you pull the credit. We hadn t made it to the dealer to see the car when they had run the credit. I did confront the sales person as to why they did this without my approval and me seeing the car 1st. He had no words and the only thing he said was you want me to get someone else another sales person for what? I wanted them to respect my rights before they make decisions to run my credit without authorization.

Fantastic experience here today! Chase took excellent care of us, got me the car I was looking for, and at a price that was unbeatable! He is simply the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Everyone in the office is pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will definitely come back to buy my next vehicle here and specifically from Chase. If you need a great car at a great price, make sure you get it from a great place here and from a great guy like Chase! You will not be disappointed.

I live out of state. I was able to complete my purchase over the phone and email. Steve Landers Toyota of NW Arkansas delivered my new Highlander to my house. They gave me a fair price on my trade- in and a great price on my new highlander. Kept the payments where I needed them to be. Got me the exact model and trim-after searching several states, they found one at the factory. It was delivered less than a week later. Bobby Fairrow and Josh Quinn were so easy to work with. They beat my local Toyota dealer in price and customer service. This is my first Toyota. I am very please with it and with the staff at Steve Landers Toyota in NW Arkansas.

I was very pleased with my sales person, Tony Munter when purchasing my vehicle. He was very personable and nice to work with. I would definitely recommend him as I feel he is very honest and wants to take care of his customer. I appreciated the time he took finding several options for me to choose from and advising me on any questions I had regarding the vehicles. I also was very happy with his customer service from beginning to end from when I called and started the process to when he walked me back to the finance mans office to complete the transaction.

I had spent two days shopping at Hyundai, was told multiple times that a deal was being made with the banks. They insisted I had a cosigner and $1000 down. I walked into Steve Landers Toyota, found a vehicle that suited me (way better) than my previous selection at Hyundai. As we were walking into the building we bumped into the BEST salesman, Felix Gutierrez! This man has us in the system and checking my credit in 45 minutes of being on the lot ! They really out did themselves, especially since I'm a first time buyer ! I will use Steve Landers for years so come, and everyone will hear about how much they cares about me and my family! Thank you Toyota !

Really great service and fair prices on their vehicles (at least the one I purchased). Bill Nabors sold me a Tacoma and he was excellent at walking me through the process and keeping my needs in mind instead of trying to upsell. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a fairly priced used vehicle.

I want to give a big thank you to this dealership and an even bigger THANK YOU to Eric Perkins! I am truly thankful to have had Eric helping me throughout this process. From the very beginning he was very open and honest with me, and most importantly, he always had my best interest in mind. He is the best that I've ever come in contact with, and I will always recommend him to my friends and family. On top of that, everyone who worked here seemed to love where they worked and love who they worked with! This was really awesome to see. I will be bringing my new car here to be serviced for sure! Everything started out great. It has turned out to be a huge disappointment and inconvenience.
My Tacoma, is a 2016. We've had to replace the tires, the spare was already ruined when we put it on so we could travel to have the other tire fixed. Toyotas hands are clean on this, what they do when you file a complaint: First of all they are Goodyears responsibility, not Toyota. They sent me to someone else. The truck is advertised as "off road" , but it's rarely taken off road. The rubber was literally peeling off. Went to Goodyear and you can guess the rest. Goodyear took no responsibility.
Sunroof. Don't have a sunroof put in when you buy it. Toyota sends it to an outside business to install it. Guess what, it's going in for its second repair. I can't turn on my airbags, for fear they are compromised. The headliner is coming down. And this is the second time I'm taking it in for the sunroof problem. It's not Toyotas responsibility and you know why? Because someone else put it in. They already know, but don't tell you, that it is a terrible idea to have a sunfoof put in. But, Toyota takes no responsibility because someone else put it in.
They send it outside of the company so that the weight doesn't fall on them. I'm wondering if anyone else has had these problems. Not a cheap purchase for me, Very disappointed. Very. Now the staff is acting rude.

My purchase started over the internet and Kenny, and he did an outstanding job. Since I live in Kansas and Rogers Arkansas is a distance the trip was well worth it. The dealership was great and Kenny's service was excellent. I would highly recommend working with them.

Pat Berry as soon as he finished with a customer he took care of me very polite and friendly he answer my questions and explain every detail about my car service. I have been there other times and they will ask you for a feed back.. Even if they don't deserve it.!! But Pat , didn't mention that... that's why I'm giving him a 5 star... Was there this afternoon and it was by far the worst car buying attempt I ever had. I bought a car from Felix Gutierrez around 5 years ago. Very good experience. & about 2 months ago I spoke with Marty May. He was very helpful he tried to help me. I couldn t buy a truck at that time due to price differences...
But this guy Alex Corzo was a total waist of time. He pushed for me to buy some junk no one wants to buy. & he got mad because I actually know & research car values before I head to the Dealership. Avoid this guy especially if you are a first time buyer.

I bought my Tacoma from Chris Johnson here. Had a great buying experience during that process. Recently, I had a minor issue with the transmission and needed to get it checked. I called Chris and he got it handled quickly. Got the truck in to service that afternoon. The service guys were friendly and Chris went above and beyond expectations. Check with Chris when you are ready to buy!
