Absolutely the worst customer service and service ...

Absolutely the worst customer service and service technicians. I bought a brand new BMW 3 Series, 10 months ago and all I have had is problems. Multiple issues with the company not knowing how to fix their issues. Within the last 2 weeks i had to go back THREE TIMES for the SAME ISSUE. ON TOP of that they have the audacity to ask me to pay for service fees and rental fees. They did not know how to fix the problem, I had to take MULTIPLE DAYS OFF work with VERY POOR customer service. LOST ALL TRUST in the BRAND and COMPANY as a whole, HOW can i know my car if fully serviced if i had to take it back 3 TIMES within 2 weeks FOR THE SAME EXACT ISSUE!!!

You are better off buying a used 1999 HONDA CIVIC then a BMW. SO MANY PROBLEMS within a year that I lost track.

Would put in 0 Stars if given the opportunity.
