Awful service experience time and time again!

Awful service experience time and time again!

Scheduled a service session weeks in advance and brought the vehicle in the evening prior to the appointment. Got a text message at the end of the scheduled day that there is a line-up and nothing can be done via a text. Phoned, left voice mails and texted back numerous time for that day and the next day with no response until I make a call to the service manager and escalate. Finally got a response back that the repair report is still in progress with no ETA. If there are other alternatives in Markham for BMW authorized repair and service you should take it there instead. This dealership is doing an awful job at communication and scheduling workloads.
