I purchased a new 2019 Nissan Titan in May of 2020...

I purchased a new 2019 Nissan Titan in May of 2020 from Town Center Nissan. Unfortunately, I did not leave with leave with a favorable impression and will be taking my future car business elsewhere. I originally attributed the several "misunderstandings" I had with the sales team as just mistakes made by those who were young and inexperienced, as I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt at every turn. However, the misunderstandings were not resolved in an equitable manner by the intermediate or top-level management, which made me question my original assessment. Since I was not able to be made whole by the dealership, I have turned this matter over to the Georgia Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division for their review, which will help me determine if additional legal action is needed on my part. The sales team at this dealership are very nice, but I would STRONGLY suggest you get everything in writing from whomever you work with at this dealership to avoid the misunderstandings I experienced.
