Was looking for a Nissan service shop to go to because this my first Nissan. Went to the service shop to ask that they pulled my check engine codes. He tried to charge me a diagnostic fee just to plug in a device and print a piece of paper.
I don t deal with businesses that lack integrity and wouldn t take my car here to be serviced. Usually when people lie like this, they ll ruin your car too.

I should have walked from this place when their Finance department tried some shady stuff. First they offered me 6% APR, with excellent credit, and I said no way. I had my credit union in for 3.2%, which he then matched. Well, once given the paperwork to sign it said 3.8% ...."oh sorry, my mistake". Could have been an honest mistake or not but WATCH these people closely if you do buy a vehicle from them which I highly recommend you do NOT!
I purchased a used armada, under 100,000 miles from them about 4 months ago. Several items were not working immediately after purchase and the entire computer screen on the console was replaced.....at no cost. The backup camera doesn't work at times yet they can't seem to duplicate it although I can each and every time I open and close back latch. A month later the battery needed to be replace at my expenses. Apparently they do not put new batteries in vehicles they sell. It is currently back in their shop today.....the 5th time in four months with transmission issues.
This dealership has no idea what it's doing and they fail to properly inspect vehicles they take in on trade and resell. I will never buy another Nissan or another vehicle from this place.
UPDATE: 9/21/17 well, once again the vehicle is BACK at the dealership for repairs. Back up camera still not fixed, and heat not working. We finally had a cold day, and noticed no heat in the vehicle. I checked it when I purchased it, but it was a hot day that day so no doubt it was blowing out hot air. The warranty they sold me doesn't cover it, so $1,500 out of my pocket. In the 6 months I've owned this vehicle, it has spent a total of 14 days at the dealership, and now going to cost me over $2,000!!!!!! This place is a joke, do NOT buy anything from them as they do not care of the condition of their used vehicles.
9/22/17......dealership offered me 25% off parts and labor to fix something that wasn't working when I purchased the vehicle. NO THANKS! I talked to Nissan and will be talking with a manufacturer rep on Monday.
Here is everything wrong with a vehicle purchased from the just six months ago:
1. Main dash computer was bad and had to be replaced. Still no tire pressure reading on 2 of the 4 tires in the system menu of the main dash computer.
2. back up camera works intermittently
3. No heat--they claim blend door motor is bad ($1,600 fix)--seems to be common issue with Nissan
4. Had to have AC fixed when purchased, perhaps the same issue causing no heat?
5. Transmission temp keeps going up VERY high, service can't find the issue.
6. Battery went bad one month after purchase (charged me $200)
7. Water in the headlight (seems to be a common issue with Nissan)
So for $15,000 I bought a POS that is a money pit and in the shop more than my 1997 Ford F250 was over the past 10 years! I've talked to several managers and they honestly don't seem to care.
DO NOT come to this dealership, in fact RUN away! Just because they are Georgia's "largest Nissan" dealership as they claim does not mean they are NOT crooks! I've owned 9 vehicles in my life and this is by far the WORST one!
I'm not sure what my next move will be or what options I have, other than to tell as many people as I can about how shady Town Center Nissan really is. I may be spending my lunch breaks on the street in front of their dealership with a sign. Won't help my cause but maybe save others from these scam artists.

Can I please give Vidal like 100000 stars??? Vidal went ABOVE and BEYOND to get me financed! When I went to meet him, I thought he had gotten me financing for the Altima, only to find out that he was able to get the 2020 Rogue SPORT (which has come in quite handy here lately)
Today was my first time getting my car serviced at this location- won't be my last. Eddie was very helpful. Gave suggestions for additional things to consider having done, but wasn't pushy.
I will definitely return for future service.

March 02, 2019 my husband and I went to NIssan to look for a new car..due to the bad experience what had from a previous dealership we were not ready to buy, but Jeramiah changed that. He was very nice and patient with us...and our three kiddos. We have never made a huge purchase like that before. We decided to buy a 2019 Nissan Armada SL. He went above and beyond to get us financed within our budget and with a low interest rate . I highly recommend going to Town Center Nissan. Everyone here was extremely nice to us.
Steve Compere was extremely knowledgeable and listened very well. He showed me exactly what was in my monthly price range and never pushed into something I could not afford. I would definitely refer others over to Town Center Nissan and Steve as well.
Brought our Nissan in to have recalled airbags repaired. Dealership was courteous and prompt. Cleaned brake dust off tire rims and re-seated the valve stem. Overall very good service. Can't give 5 stars because they removed every one of the valve stem covers and didn't put a single one back on the vehicle.
I was met witnh a smile and the service agent promptly attended to my vehicles minor and my issue was resolved in less than an hour.
My daughter took her car to the Kennesaw location where we purchased both of our Nissans last year. Her brakes were squealing and she took it there to have them checked out/repaired. She was told, after a multi-point inspection that her brakes were fine and she had somewhere between 7-10,000 miles left on her brakes. Approximately 2 weeks later the brakes began grinding really badly. We took it to a nearby place that we have used for over ten years. The brakes on the rear were shot and the rotors had to be replaced. I called Nissan to be reimbursed for the rotors, as this would not have happened had they diagnosed her brakes properly the first time. Both the service manager, Dominiqe and the general manager, Scott, refused to do so, citing they had not done the work, nor had they seen the shape of the brakes at the time that they were replaced. Well, you did see her brakes a couple of weeks before and you misdiagnosed them, costing us an extra $100 on the repair. And furthermore, the brakes were too bad for us to drive that far again to bring it back up there--besides, I lost complete faith in your service work once I realized how bad her brakes were. This was a no brainer in the customer service arena, yet, neither of them had the foresight to acknowledge the incompetence of the original inspection and own up to the fact that they misdiagnosed a problem. Bad call, boys. Bad call. Instead, Scott implied that we had been ripped off/lied to about the brakes when the other placed fixed it. Never returning to a Nissan dealership, EVER. Not for service OR to purchase a vehicle; which means, BOYS, you just lost your company 5-10 years of possible service revenue for TWO cars because you were too proud to right your wrong. All of that over a measly $100. What a wasted opportunity to get it right.......... SMH. So, I called Nissan corporate to get some help from them only to find out there was a recall on the car ( and has been for awhile) for the CVT program...no mention of that on October 5th when my daughter took the car in. REALLY??? She was standing right in front of you! I have no words (well not good ones) for the mismanagement of either of these issues. Piss poor management. I hope the owner cares enough about his franchise to address this, because the people he's hired to represent it, DON'T.
Typical dealership, It takes ALL day for them to preasure you into over paying for a vehicle you don't want... 30k for a used car and high payments even with 3k down! Do not buy from here unless you like to waste money.
I bought a 2020 Nissan Altima here. Joe was awesome- the perfect amount of salesman charm and relatability. Joe respected my preferences and was incredibly patient and helpful- he did not try to upsell me. Trent in finance was quick and professional. Trent and Aziz in sales were both feisty but I can appreciate that- we were able to come to a deal after a lot of negotiating. Overall very impressed with the dealership and experience. Happy with my purchase and I feel confident that everything was handled correctly by the dealership.

I had a great experience at Town Center Nissan, Michael Nicholson did a great job of making the purchase of my new vehicle pleasant. I would recommend Michael as he advocates and negotiates for the customer. I admit that I was not easy to work with as I have had a very bad experience with a car salesman in the past . Michael was easy to work with, he was not pushy, he was patient, kind and understanding.
Took my vehicle there for tune up and a transmission flush. They did the job in one afternoon and provided me with rental for the duration of the work and a great car wash afterwards. The main reason i will continue to use their service however is because they did a sound job mechanically on my car. PS: I would recommend checking out their site for service specials, it'll save you some cash if the work you want done has a running deal.
I was just going to get my oil changed, and a nice guy approached name Sonny. I was apprehensive because I knew he was trying to sell me a car, but his witty personality won me over, and I obliged to the idea of a new vehicle. Although still apprehensive because I knew my credit situation and I just knew this is going to be a waste of my time. Long story and needless to say, he got me into a brand new Nissan Altima. I would recommend Sonny to anyone he is such a wonderful person with a great personality; he truly made the car buying experience fun and worth my time.
just moved here from another state and needed a dealership to honor our warranty...called this one since it was the closest to us. They were so rude...acted as if they were doing us a favor....had a horrible attitude. I called back a few weeks later with a tire issue....same rude, hateful response...I'll drive to another dealership farther away rather that have anything to do with them.....

I put a $1000 deposit down to hold a truck for me I was to pay cash for. Today I got a call two days before I was due to pick it up....7 days before my contract to purchase was up...and was told they had sold the truck to someone else for more money. The no integrity general manager had his minion to call and tell me the bad news because he is a coward on top of having no integrity. If you want to deal with LIARS these are your people. I have been a customer at Towne Center Nissan for 20 years and am always pleased with the service there. I have purchased my cars there and get them serviced there and no where else. I will go here when it's time to get a car the next time as well.
Dominique usually helps me when I arrive w/ concerns. No exception to this trip. He had my complaints checked out and couldn't duplicate the problem of losing power while driving. There are no recalls at this time for that complaint. He offered to take the care overnight and drive to and from his home. Still couldn't duplicate the problem. I am still experiencing the off and on losing power problem, which I have complained many times about. Dominique is a true gentleman, very professional and knows his cars....
A Car wash with oil change would have got you 5 stars! Not too long of wait along with details of what to watch for the near future in repairs.

I just bought a Rogue from Town Center Nissan and love it. I bought my Altima there 4 years ago and wouldn't go anywhere else. When I decided to trade in my Altima for a new car I knew I would go back to this Nissan Dealer. My 1st purchase there was awesome. I stopped by and was greeted by a friendly professional salesman. It was another great experience at Town Center Nissan. My salesman and the finance manager stayed late to deliverer my new Rogue to me after I got off work. After years of driving expensive European cars I got tired expensive maintenance andI decided to try a Nissan Altima. Best car ever. Nothing but oil changes and tires for almost 100k miles. I highly recommend Town Center Nissan if you're looking for exceptional customer service.

I took my Nissan Cube there after it shutting off on me. They kept my car for 3 hours, did a 35 point inspection on it to only find nothing wrong. Fast forward 2 days when my car dies and AAA comes to give me a jump and tells me that my battery is all the way dead! How come the 35 point inspection didn t find a bad battery?! However, they were very pleasant with a great waiting room but I m very disappointed that they didn t catch a dead battery that had corrosion all over it!
They were completely wonderful, going above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied. Thank you so much for all you did after I had driven so far to do business with you.

i took my car for an oil change, i pulled in the gentleman that helped me was very friendly, he took all the information as i was getting out of my car after me giving him my name (since i had an appointment) i stepped out of my car with a coupon he was happy to take that from me and i was told in about 30 mins it would be done. i went grabbed some lunch with a friend and went back to get my car, i got up to the desk asked the nice lady there what i do next (since it was my first time) she asked me for my name, she grabbed my paperwork it was exactly what i expected to pay. i paid and was on my way back to work without having to use the extended time i had originally planned to take. AMAZING service from beginning to end! i will bring my car here for anything i need in terms of service. Thank you Town Center Nissan Service department you guys are all great!!
When I came in Town Center Nissan I was super frustrated because my transmission suddenly went out. However when I arrive Sonny (my sales consultant) was patient as I carefully chose my new car. I guess you could say all the used car sales stereotypes are alive and well here. I found the ideal car that fit my criteria except for one thing. As opposed to talking through possible deal options, it was rude responses from the Sales Manager. When I mentioned I had a trade, he said he didn't want it.

The salesman that approached me merely spoke, and let me look at the vehicle I was looking at without pressure, and then he asked what I was looking for. He was not pushy, but yet attentive to my needs. That salesman was Rob Johanas, and forgive me for calling him Bob!!! I like him and he is that salesman that I want to make future purchases with. Never had an issue that the service department didn't hustle to fix. While not the cheapest place for parts and repairs, I find they do what it takes to make things right, which is worth the extra expense to me.

Greeted as soon as I got out of my truck. Needed to get some parts for my wife's car and the guy didn't try and talk about trading in my truck or any of that THANK GOD!! he politely told me where to go. Walk right up to the parts counter and they had what I needed almost within arms reach. Took me about 10 min total and they have snacks!!!!
Talk about the interest rates more and what they mean. I found out that our rate is a somewhat high. So understanding why it is the rate it is and what we can do to lower it.

Vehicle upkeep can become pricy but the team explains why it s important to do different things and that gives me the peace of mind that I will have my Altima for a long time.
