This was an intermittent problem, and admittedly hard to diagnose. Although we did not find a solution, I was satisfied that the service writer and the mechanics did all they could. I now have more information in order to try to isolate and identify the situation should it arise again. Having said that, I am satisfied with the visit.

Just don't is all I have to say. There are too many other Nissan dealerships in the Atlanta area. So do yourself a favor and aggravation and go to another dealership. If their lips are moving they are not telling the truth, all the way from the Sales Manager, Salesman, and the finance person. This is the first Nissan I have ever bought and will probably not buy another and it definitely won't be from Town Center Nissan. I do not plan to even go there for maintenance on the vehicle.

First time I received my car back after having service that it was not at least as clean as when I dropped it off.
Also, I received an email that my car was due for service 2 days after picking it up. Showed it was time for a tune up. I had dropped it off for an oil change.
The email showed the service was recommended to he completed at 105,000 miles. I dropped my car off with approx 107,000.
It would have been nice to have been notified about this while I already had the car in for an oil change.

From the moment I was connected to this dealership, everyone I encountered was extremely helpful. Heather went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. Heather connected me with Brian who would not stop until he had worked out a deal that met our needs. He even stayed late when we learned that we would not be able to make it to the dealership before closing time. (Turned out that they were known to stay late for customers.) When we arrived, Brian and Jackie were helpful in making sure we were taken care of. We were out the door in our vehicle within 2 and a half hours becausr we had to wait for Brian to complete paperwork for some customers who were there before us. We were so happy with the service we received that we called Brian and brought our daughter there when she was ready to purchase a vehicle! I have brought my Juke here for service several times. I have been having issues with the radio ever since I bought the car. It is a problem that is not intermittent, it occurs every single time I drive the vehicle. I was called and told the Juke was ready to be picked up last week. I drove all the way from Douglasville to get it. The car was filthy and my issues were not even addressed. I waited around for 30 minutes just to get the keys and find out I couldn't even take it home. Today I receive a call telling me that it is again, ready to be picked up. I ask what has been done to it, and still only one LED has been replaced. So my car has been sitting up at this dealership collecting filth for a month just to have one bulb replaced? Really? The last time I took it in, I found a huge scratch above my gas door that wasn't there before I took it in. Unfortunately, I didn't notice it until I had to fill up a couple days later. What will be wrong with it now when I get it back? I don't have a lot of faith in Nissan service departments anymore. This dealership is no exception. They don't actually seem to want to fix my car, then I get it back in worse shape then I dropped it off in EVERY TIME.

I came in for an oil change and was greeted by a friendly service advisor that sat in front of my service advisor. Mike seemed too busy to provide me quality customer service. While waiting in the waiting area, I was called over the intercom and when I came to his desk he was on a phone call and did not acknowledge me. After a few minutes of waiting I told the advisor (that helped me earlier) to have Mike call me back once he's off of the phone. It was rude and unprofessional to have me standing in front of him as he was assisting someone on the phone. Mike called me back a few moments after (over the intercom again-not very personable) and told me 3 recommendations for my vehicle. I asked him which is most important so I can take care of whichever needed immediate attention. His response was that they were all important, it depends on how much I'm trying to spend. Instead of taking the time to explain to me the details of each item. I'm asking an advisor that I'm supposed to entrust in for advice and provide a clear understanding of whats needed for my vehicle. He is the expert and that response was unacceptable. I felt rushed out after not being able to be up-sold and not to mention the flyer that brought me in also stated that there would be a complimentary car wash with every repair and service. This was located under "Why choose Nissan Town Center". He told me my car was finished and they drove it right out of the garage. This was my second time coming to this Nissan and I received horrible customer service. I live less than 10 minutes away from Town Center Nissan and will drive the extra 20 minutes to get my service done at another dealership after this last visit.

I have a 2008 Nissan Altima in good condition, no car accidents, and I keep it maintained. Towards the end of May, my car "stalled" when I was driving.. My dad (knows cars well) thought it was the alternator but Nissan said it was not the alternator and that I needed a new battery ($200+ later I got a new battery). The day after getting my car back it stalled again... they had my car for 4 days and finally said it was the alternator and that it was going out "intermittently." I am grateful they kept the car and figured out the issue, but 4 days is a long time to be without a car and ($600+ later). I get my car back, AC does not work.. I then take it back to Nissan for the 3rd time... oh they forgot to reconnect something... A few days later the dust cover under the car came off and was dragging on the road (I had paid them to fix that when I got the new battery) 4th time I go up and they fix the dust cover. The next day after getting the dust cover fixed for the 2nd time, it comes off again. I drive up to Nissan for the 5th time.. the service center was closed. The cover was dragging under the car, and I was not able to take it off myself, but instead of offering to help me or find someone who would, the salesman who approached me was more concerned about being liable if he took the dust cover off. Let me add that I am a female college student, so I do not know much about cars, but I know about human decency, and he could have at least offered some sort of advice instead of rambling about being liable.. obviously I could not continue to drive like that but luckily another sales associate was kind of enough to help me get the dust cover off just so I could drive safely for the day. So the next week my AC stops working again, I take it back to Nissan for the 6th time.. oh this time I need a new Air Compressor!! The offered to put me in a rental for a few days, and the rental manager was extremely helpful and kind. They had my car for a few days and $1100 later I have a new air compressor. The day after getting my car back the AC stopped working again. I drove up to the service center for the 7th time at 2:20 on Saturday.. no technicians were there, they already went home.. their hours say they are open until 4. I was approached by Jessica, a service advisor, she said no one was there that could look at my car and I would need to bring my car back Monday. I explained my situation to her and she understood my frustration of paying over $2000 for this car in less than a month and its still not fixed. Jessica was extremely kind and apologetic. She put me in a rental quickly, and said they would have my car looked at on Monday. So to this point I paid for a battery I did not need and possibly an AC compressor.. I await the call on Monday to see what is next...
Sidenote: During my 7 trips to Nissan in a month, my service advisor was Mike Little. My first encounter with Mike was after the replaced the alternator. I went to pay for my car at the cashier and she directed me to Mike to get my car pulled around front. He looked at me and said "who are you, what do you want?" I was taken aback, but assumed he was busy so I said I was picking up my Altima. He handed me my keys and told me just to go get my car from the back... it was raining.. and there were many, many cars in the parking lot of the service center.. I just paid over $800 and then was handed my keys and told to hunt for it in the back parking lot. Thankful I have an alert button on my keys that I could use to find my car amongst the huge lot. Unfortunately, every time I have dealt with Mike, he has been demeaning and condescending. VERY DISAPPOINTED and wondering if it is because I am a female in my 20's and what could I possibly know about cars or anything else for that matter?

Service used to be great. Misdiagnosed problem cost me $200. Then recently came in for a lightbulb replacement, they removed the cover then the next day I had to come back because they didn't put the cover all the way back on I was told the clips that hold the cover in place were broken and I'd now need to pay $70 for a replacement when the cover was in fine before. Will never go to this dealership again which is unfortunate since I've been a steady customer for years.

We weren t looking to buy we wanted to see the GT-R inside. She wasn t having any of it. She gave us insane amounts of attitude and disrespect. We said that we just wanted to see the nice cars on the inside but again. She just pointed over in the used car parking lot and said over there. Who the hell wants to buy a used Nissan?
