Knowingly sold me a truck that you cannot adjust the alignment on without $250 in parts, which should have been installed at the factory when the vehicle was built. Had my alignment checked and was told that the camber was out, but they couldn't fix it without getting the "camber adjustment kit" from Nissan. Nissan wants $250 for 2 bolts, 2 nuts, & 4 washers THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN INSTALLED AT THE FACTORY! Absolutely intentional because they KNOW you will eventually have to have the kit to do your alignment. Done strictly to generate revenue. BAD BUSINESS!

His kindness, professionalism and energy is unlike any other experience we have had at any other dealership. I would recommend him and this dealership to anyone who wants 5 star service and great value!

I do not recommend going here during the COVID pandemic. I was looking to browse the used car lot outside but was quickly asked to come into an office. Not a single sales person inside was wearing a mask. A few had some below their nose. I did not want to enter the office in the first place. The sales person offered to put her mask on but then complained about how she was sick of wearing it and kept pulling it down below her chin as we were talking. I felt so uncomfortable. She also kind of mocked me for saying I did my research and that I knew what kind of used car I wanted. She proceeded to tell me how great she was and how much experience she has. She would not let it go that they didn t have the type of car I wanted and tried to convince me to get a Nissan instead. Made me fill out a form that I didn t want to fill out. Thank goodness someone came to get her so that we could sneak out. I thought she would never let us leave. She knew I wasn t buying and that I simply wanted to browse the lot outside and not be around people. I do not recommend going here if you are looking for a particular used car and if you are trying to be safe during this pandemic.

One of the best dealerships I have ever experienced. We have purchases our second 2013 automobile from TCN and are extremely happy with the results. The finance manager Brian was heaven sent! I received a letter in the mail advising me of a deal that could possibly be worked out. I've been shopping around so I decided to come on in to see what my option where. He pulled my credit and worked his magic! I was able to get out of a corolla and into a nice used spacey Altima. I also purchased an extended warranty on top of the power train warranty that was included! The extended warranty is excellent! The warranty covers things as simple as brakes and air conditions for a low deductible. I feel confident in my purchase and will definitely be back when I decide to trade or purchase again! Go see BRIAN! He has your back!

He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and listened to what I was looking for. I drove out of the dealership three hours later in my NEW ROGUE feeling wonderful about my purchase. Purchased a 2017 Rogue price was 20,999 and 999 fee was supposed to be waived as this was my 5th purchase (2nd one in a week) because I got frustrated and didn t think I paid 22,999 (before all the other fees) for the car. Disappointed in myself for not catching it and for the sales guy that would slide that in on me.

Let me start by saying that I have taken my car to Kennesaw Nissan now for over two years for service I have never taken my car anywhere else. But I have to say I m extremely disappointed in Nissan vehicles and their service department. My timing chain went in my 2011 Nissan juke which is a recall from Nissan my timing chain has been replaced three times do you think Nissan covered any of the parts no I had to pay everything out of pocket. Once again my check engine light is on so I take it to Nissan and they blame it on the after market parts but the sad part is I took it to another mechanic who told me it had nothing to do with my airflow intake that it is the sensor is another Nissan recall. I have owned five Nissan s let s just say this will be the last Nissan I will ever purchase and I will never and I mean never take my car to their service department again . All they do is put The blame on somebody else other than Nissan it self. Oh here s another problem I forgot when they did my timing chain they didn t put my oil filter on correctly so my oil leaked out and when I realized I didn t have any oil in the car they just laughed it off.

Well after the first year of continuous servicing, Town Center Nissan has not washed or cleaned my wife's car since. Sorry Town Center, gone from a 5 star to 3 star. Great service team but not something I want to have to ask for after I've been handed the keys for hundreds and one case almost a thousand dollars in services costs.

Originally i went in there for the prizes on the mail piece because I didn t think I could get a new car. I left with a new car and we totally forgot about the mail piece. The employees DC and Yusef took their time and explained everything about the purchase. The best dealership in Georgia and they have the best staff of people I have ever been around. Revay was my sales person and he knew everything about each car on the lot I was very impressed by that. He made sure that I felt at home while I was there and looked out for my best interest so that made things so much easier to pick out a car that was affordable and reliable. Town center nissan has been one of the best experience I have had in my life so far and I will be glad to purchase another vehicle from them in the future.

The Finance Director gave me the extended warranty and GAP protection at a price I could afford. The owner of the dealership, Steve Harrell took the time to talk with me and ensure I was satisfied with my purchase.

The service managers, Dominque and Rick place a high priority on retaining customers and excels in building long-term relationships with their customers. I brought my Nissan Altima there for my routine oil change and to check an abnormal sound I started hearing on acceleration before the car warmed up. Rich was great! He found out it was a loose clamp and fixed it for $188. When I got home, I noticed the oil change sticker was not changed on the windshield. Rich realized it was not done. He told me to come back in anytime during the week. My oil change was done and there was no charge. The team was so fast, I didn't even finish my cup of coffee. Thanks Rich!

This is the most disgraceful dealership ever. I went to dealership to just discuss email offers. I told my Sales Rep Ann Auzie my interests and wants and she got her Floor Mabager Benard Faulkner who assisted us they informed that if I wasn't saftisgiee with my purchase I could return it. My contract states I have 24 hrs to return it and I did just that in the allotted time. Four days had passed and they happen to return the car to my house with the key in the mailbox wide opened anyone could of stole the key and I would of been held responsible. I contacted the dealership and spoke with Scott Middleton who insulted my intelligence and told me that it wasn't a pair of pants that I just return. I am very well aware of the purchase I just made and the details of it . He later said the car is still mine but y'all I have contract within the time frame and now you are trying to penalize me and force a car on me that I am not saftisfied with. I am forwarding all this info to Clark Howard and my lawyer so get ready Town Center Nissan and Ron Swally and Scott Grapp. My contract is black and white no gray areas!!!!

Horrible experience with the sales dept. When the paperwork went through my county tag office the dealership had underpaid the fees by a small but meaningful amount. I called the dealership to bring what I assumed was a simple paperwork error to their attention, and got put through phone tree limbo for more than a month. Despite making more than a dozen calls, I could not get anyone to call me back with an attempt at a solution. Not a single person, including management, was willing to take ownership and fix a very simple situation. I was even told, "What do you want me to do? The money isn't going to come out of my pocket." After they discovered I did, in fact, have the agreed upon terms in writing I eventually got a service credit, which I redeemed ASAP. I will never EVER deal with this dealership again. They were shockingly unprofessional, dishonest, and discourteous.

Purchased a 2013 Sentra with 1048 miles on it. My contract stated that the car had 884 miles on it...then I was told that my car didnt come with car mats or manuals because Nissan dosn't do that anymore..BULLSHIT!!
I called several NISSAN dealership and was told this is not so even if its a preowned car as Nissan Towncenter says my car is.
I called Nissan Towncenter and spoke to the Sales Manager "Scott" and basically was told that we are not providing mats for your car as we got it as a trade in with 800 miles on it and got the car without mats and a manual so we are not puting any mats in the! I then asked him why am I paying full value for a car that is suppose to have all these accesories, well that it on your sales person who did not put the cost of replacing the mats in your deal!!! REALLY?
Totally disgusted and to let you also know when the finace company called me about my deal I made it my business the let them know the cars correct milage at the time of purchase. They were not too pleased with the difference!!

I used to belong to another Nissan dealer and the service just was not there...once I attached myself to this dealership my entire world changed.

I purchased my son's first car at Nissan. This particular day I purchased not one but three vehicles. What an amazing day.

Spent over a month looking for a certain vehicle. Dealt with several dealerships one of which I gave several chances to come clean with it s unethical sales practices. I called up Town Center Nissan and spoke to Casey. Told him what I wanted and the issues that I had. Within speaking to him on the phone and finalizing the deal took about 7 hours which included an hour drive time. Couldn t say anything more about the pleasure it was to do business with the dealership and Casey.

I had a great experience with a specific sales person, Aziz, when buying my car. He's an honest good guy.

Otherwise, my experience with their staff is that they are unprofessional and unfriendly, especially in the financing department. Also, my tag never arrived. After my temporary expired, I called them and they told me to just go get one on my own. They were unwilling to refund the tag fee I paid to them at the time of purchase.

Also, I had three different sales people try to help me at various times while I was there. When it became clear that I was making a purchase via Aziz, the other two approached me and got angry that they would not get a commission. I told them that I'm just trying to buy a car, and the fact that I have three sales guys coming at me is their problem not mine. Felt like I was breaking up a fight between a bunch of kids. Idiotic.

Bernard, who she said was the finance manager needs to take a class on business and customer service. I guess he was trying to make his quota on in-house financing or sales mark-up. Effin joke of a place and I highly recommend you visit any other Nissan establishment in the metro area other than this one. Plus Bernard is bad mouthing other Nissan dealerships in the metro area is in poor tasted. The brand is the brand, and if you bad mouth other Nissan dealership, and yours SUCK, it will tend to push the customer to Honda or some other car brand. Idiot!

Be aware of this dealer. Not honest people working here, and the sales manager Trent, tried shovel some numbers, to make us take a deal that was as if we had the worst credit.

Even if your credit score is close to 700 don t go here to get good price , things and respect on you changes as soon as they get your credit score pulled!! Keep you to sit at their place almost 3 hours and then finally say Sorry ! So if you want to experience them all you can visit !

They were nice to pick us up from the mall. However the store smelled terribly of body odor. The staff was mostly goofing around and flirting with each other and the sales manager was a complete and total jerk. After we decided we didn't have a deal they did not want to return us from where they picked us up from. In fact they tried their best to not let us leave. I am calling corporate and the general manager about the absolute unprofessional, unethical and downright strong arm tactics employed here. We bought elsewhere the same day. Avoid this place at all costs.

Went in with advertisement stating they help with all types of credit. I had a trade and my score is 598. Apparently after being told they could do something but need more time they would call me by noon the next day they did not I had to call them. I was told they could do with no trade but down payment (my trade is a 2012 Toyota Corolla) plus have co signer or with trade and down payment. So sounds to me like they should not advertise they can help anyone! Will never recommend r go back.
