Tom in service treated me more like a friend than a customer! He really wanted to help me and made sure that I was taken good care of. I would recommend Tom Wood Porsche to any one in the market to buy or service their Porsche.

I had an appointment with Steve Malz for a A4 test drive, I showed up on time. Steve didn't even come to meet me, send Andy who refused for test drive. Said they don't have a car available for test drive!!!

I drove over an hour to get from my home, they didn't bother to inform me if they genuinely didn't have a car. I don't believe them, very rude and impolite.

My experiences at Tom Wood Porsche Audi, since 2011, have all been great! My salesperson, Joe LeBlanc is the best. My Q5 was in for its 35,000 mile checkup this past Monday and while I was waiting Joe made sure to say hello and asked me if I had any questions about my car and by chance I actually did. There were no problems as I only had some navigation and voice control details I hadn't researched. He sat in my car with me going over my questions until they were all answered. Who takes the time to do that, Joe LeBlanc, that's who. He is a top notch guy and you should look him up if you're shopping for an Audi.
Caleb Nobbe, in the service department, is also top notch! He treated me, this trip and in the past, with respect, took extra time listening to my questions about future service contract costs and finding the answers I was looking for and he did it all with a smile. Caleb is genuine, kind and very knowledgeable in his job.
Leading up to this scheduled service I had spoken to Andrew a couple of times on the phone to setup and then change my original appointment because of bad weather. He also treated me with the same respect, kindness and courtesy on the phone as well as on previous visits for service. I have yet to have had a "less than great experience" with those I have mentioned. I know they only see me a couple of times a year, at most, but I'm treated as a respected friend/Audi owner. I love these guys and can't say enough good about them. Oh, and the guys who actually do the service work, kudos to them too!

Very disappointed in my experience. I bought my dream car, 2009 Boxster, the experience was great with the sales team. I was asssuered it had undergone a thorough inspection and it was ready to go. I put the top down and drove away a happy new Porsche owner. Less than 5 miles away the windscreen between the bucket seats flew off into traffic and was destroyed. It wasn t attached correctly. I was told by Tom Wood Porsche too bad it s a used car and my responsibility the second I pulled off the lot. Really! So much for that great Porsche inspection assurance. The salesman offered to pay out of his pocket for a new windscreen, kudos to him. I thanked him but didn t take his money. It s a principle thing.

I have been remiss for not editing my post sooner. With the reply below from the manager I am changing my rating to 4 stars. Responding to critizism in the positive way he did is what sets some dealerships way above others. Thank you Tom Wood Porsche.

I recently purchased my 1st Porsche a low milage 2001 911 Carrera 4. I called Tom Wood for a oil, filter change & inspection. They were happy to accommodate me and had me scheduled for service the next day. Not completely knowledgable about my new vehicle the helped familiarize me wit Porsche. Once service & inspection were completed the washed my car and reviewed what they had found. All and all pretty sound vehicle with some recommendations for service in the near future. Much appreciated feedback. Since buying my 911 a week ago I have talked to Porsche owner friends and looked on line. The IMS bearing is troubling to say the least. Tom Wood service did not see any failure modes on my car related to this but I question what I should do to protect my investment. I mentioned this to Mr. Kashman via email and am waiting his response.

i've bought multiple porsche's and audi's from lee douthitt over the past 15 years. always been an excellent, professional experience. lee is always available to do what it takes to make me happy! i would highly recommend tom wood posche audi to anyone. the entire sales staff is incredible, especially lee and rob graves! all of my vehicles have been serviced at the dealership.... jeremy rodecap and andrew fier always take of any issue and make regular service a pleasure.

Came in to look at a pre-owned non-Porsche vehicle and ended up buying it and trading in an older model Porsche. Even though it was a lower priced pre-owned vehicle, I was treated with respect and the team was great. Bryan and Matthew were very helpful with the sale. Barry came to speak with us while we were waiting and showed us a new GT3 that just came in. Pleasant experience overall and I would not hesitate to come back when in the market to buy.

I came into Porsche recently to pick up an oil filter for a Porsche GT3 we have over at Midwest Autosports and was helped by Shane. GREAT customer service, he even went as far as to print out some diagrams in recognition of the fact that GT3s work a good bit different in terms of installation in addition to giving us a few posters and calendars to hang up around the shop. Over at Midwest, we look forward to continue working with this Porsche [and, hopefully Shane, too] in the future!

I came in to Tom Wood Porsche after seeing a pre-owned car they had listed on AutoTrader. It was an amazing deal and I'm so glad I saw it. I never would have thought to visit a Porsche dealership on my budget. I felt bad driving up to look at a pre-owned Hyundai, instead of a Porsche, but they never made me feel less important. My boyfriend and I worked with Bryan who was friendly and attentive to our needs. Once we were finished negotiating price, we worked with Bill to be approved for a car loan and sign all the paperwork. We hung out in the waiting area and had drinks and snacks while we waited. I've since gone back for a minor tail light issue and they're ordering a new system to put onto my car free of charge. I simply can't recommend them more highly.

I told him a I had a strict budget I had to work with, and with the help of Brad in financing they were able to get me into one of my dream cars. I walked in with no intentions to buy and walked out an extremely satisfied owner. Will look to shop with them again down the road.

It was time for an oil change and there was an open recall on my Macan S. John scheduled the service. When completing the routine service, they noticed a problem with my shifting at low speeds. I know most are skeptical of dealers finding issues when they go in for service, but this had been going on for awhile. They identified the problem, serviced it under warranty and completed the repair quickly. Thank you John and team!

My wife had called to the service manager to leave...

My wife had called to the service manager to leave a message and a complaint two weeks ago and still have not heard back from them.

This is a Porsche warrantied certified Porsche preowned vehicle by the way.

Was traveling and serpentine belt broke. Had car towed here and the first person I spoke with on the telephone seemed to be inconvenienced by our break down. We did not buy the vehicle from Wood. Initially told us our first opening for repair would be about two weeks away. A few days later a different service rep was pleasant and told us the vehicle was ready. They had fixed the broken idler pulley and replaced the belt under CPO.

We drove the vehicle home a few hours away and the next morning noticed the oil leak that Tom Wood Porsche had missed because they didn t take the time to inspect for the belt fragments that had apparently lodged in the main seal. We took it to a different Porsche dealer and it is being serviced and they note while not common this type of seal damage/problem can happen with our model and belt break.

So, because of the initial telephone interaction seeming as though our breakdown was an inconvenience to Tom Wood Porsche I do not know if the service team just did not pay attention and miss the oil leak (poor service), or was the seal just not leaking for them.

If we re traveling and have a breakdown and they are the only choice , then we need to go there. Otherwise, we don t have plans to return there for routine service

My wife and I were going to look at another vehicle at another car lot, but it was sold. Since we were in the area we decided to go to Tom Wood Porsche to look at the 2010 Infiniti EX35. We met with Bryan Fleischmann who showed us the Infiniti and after test driving it we decided to buy it. Brad Roberts did all the finance paperwork with us and answered all my questions. Very satisfied with our vehicle purchase at Tom Wood Porsche. The added bonus was being able to see some of those Porsches up close. When I win the lottery I ll definitely be buying a Porsche from Tom Wood Porsche

I bought a 2015 Taurus SHO with just shy of 13k miles from Tom Wood Porche. I dealt with salesperson Lee Douthitt. He made me feel at ease by sending me detailed photos and assuring me the car was in excellent condition. He was very professional and honest. They took care of shipping for me and responded to my every email or text when I had questions. It was a great experience and I would recommend them for a wonderful car buying experience. This car was bought, sight unseen, at over 1200 miles away and I received a car that was as described in every way and I saved a bunch!

I had a GREAT experience with the men who helped me: Lee and Rod. Both were very patient, knowledgeable, kind and they even have a good sense of humor. Both were extremely responsive to all of my questions and they did not make me feel foolish for my "girl" questions :) I received personal service and attention, which is generally lacking in many businesses today. Customer service is fantastic. They went above and beyond my expectations in the purchase of my vehicle. I also enjoyed working with Nadine in the paper process. She too was very friendly, happy, knowledgeable and courteous in our interactions. I definitely would refer Tom Wood to my family and friends and I look forward to a long history of doing business with these folks.

Although the place looks super clean and professional, my experiences with the service department are awful regarding wait times, vehicle in the shop for a week every single time regardless of small warranty repair or large warranty repair. Then there are delays with wrong parts ordered by parts department which causes longer delays and missing your vehicle. Delays with vehicle repairs regardless of warranty or not. This is with both our Porsche vehicles. Even when they said your vehicle will be ready or a certain day, it has not been completed on day mentioned. Always delayed. I have now moved onto another competitor that repairs and services all exotic vehicles with better rates, better service, with same day service and more. I would not recommend repairing your vehicle unless you do not mind your favorite vehicle being gone for long periods of time, not knowing exact time or date it will be back and being left outside in the elements while it is gone.

Service advisor doesn t listen. Explained the problem several times. They did not relay to the mechanic or ask questions. After three hours they tried to send me on my way without fixing anything. I asked to speak with the mechanic /tech and he diagnosed in less than a minute, checked that the part was in stock. Instead of being done same day, the 90 minute repair wasn t completed until late the following morning.

By far the worst porsche dealership in the world. The most absolute shite car shopping experience. Car shopping did not even begin. I walk in, no one even came to ask me if I needed help. I myself approached the front desk requesting assistance and then a wonderful salesman comes to meet me without introducing himself; I however do introduce myself. His response is "so are we serious here, because if we're not, we're closed." Lol, astonished, I just looked at him and said "well then I guess we're done here, I'll come back another day," and left. Incredibly poor. Gonna have to go to Columbus or Chicago to buy... So poor, what a shame...

I had discussed a couple scratches on the bumper with David, but forgot to "negotiate" the fix when I purchased it. Sent an email to Jeremy, took the car in and they repainted the bumper, just like that!!! Can't thank you enough. Honestly, the BEST car buying experience I've EVER had!

I am quite surprised to see some of these reviews since I have been driving 1 1/2 hours since 1993 to have Tom Wood service my Audis, rather than go to a closer dealer. For each of my four Audis I've always received prompt and courteous service, the issues have been dealt with fully, and the prices are, if not cheap, reasonable. Since I almost always wait for my car to be serviced it benefits me that the services are done in a timely way and that in only one instance has the dealership not had the parts needed. The facility itself is very nice -- the service area is clean, and the "quattro cafe" is a nice place to wait with complementary coffee and bottled water. The service reps are friendly and knowledgeable, especially Caleb and Andrew, and they really understand the cars, and keep customers informed about the status of their repairs. I tend to buy my Audis locally, but I still choose to receive the excellent service of Tom Wood since I have had such a series of good experiences over more than two decades. Highly recommended!

After 15 years of driving Lexus I recently leased a 2016 Audi A6. It was a great experience working with Amanda Hammonds. She is very knowledgable about the cars, was always willing to pull up another car to test drive and answered all of my questions throughout the process. She is not short on enthusiasm for Audi and is very outgoing, friendly and positive. She had to find a car at another dealer to match my needs and did that quickly, then communicated updates to me each day until the car was ready to be delivered.
Ed is the new general manager of Tom Wood Audi. He did an excellent job of supporting Amanda while she was working with me. They will be separating from Porsche and moving into their new dealership in the near future.
For those that might be considering an Audi, go to Tom Wood Audi and drive one. They will take good care of you. The A6 is a fantastic car.

John, service man, was very accommodating. I really don't know how good the one year service is going to be. The new tires certainly appear good. These are items, for which I gladly paid, after leaving my car (rider offered but not needed) for two days. What I did not pay for, but expected to be done, was the car would have been washed and the residue from the new tires remove. Apparently my expectations were too great...these thing were not done.

It took several visits to figure out what was a rather complex issue for something relatively minor in annoyance. But the service department did everything it took to fix it, and to my surprise, all covered under factory warranty coverage. Very pleased.

Please allow me to tell you a story of exceptional customer service and overall amazing experience during the recent purchase of my 2018 911 GT3.

When I was about 7 years old living in a small town in Indiana, I begged my dad to drive me up to the foreign/exotic car dealerships on the north side of Indianapolis. We did not have much money growing up and I never had a chance to see these types of cars in person, only posters. I remember walking past BMWs, Mercedes, and other marques before arriving at the smaller Tom Wood Porsche dealer. This was 1995 and the brand new 993s were out front, I specifically remember a silver one that I have never forgotten. My passion for the brand had begun. Ever since that moment, I have put myself through college, worked hard, and focused on attaining my childhood dream.

Fast forward 21 years, in 2016 I contacted Lee Douthitt, and the amazing team at Tom Wood Porsche in Indianapolis, Indiana, about the opportunity to purchase the yet-to-be announced but highly anticipated 991.2 GT3. Ever since the very first email, Lee has been absolutely amazing to work with and displayed the upmost professionalism. Throughout the two year wait, Lee and I exchanged numerous emails, texts, and phone calls on the status of the GT3, the customized build, and car culture in general. My experience felt very personal, unique, and exceeded all my past experiences with other brands. Once my car had reached the dealership earlier this week, Lee went above and beyond by recording and sending me the entire process of unloading the car, performing the PDI, and prepping for delivery since I was not able to be there in person. I could not be happier buying this car in such a fun, personal, and seamless method. I have since become a huge advocate for Tom Wood; the way they operate and handle their customers could be a model for others to follow.

Great companies not only create great products, but also create a great customer experience, personalized for each client. The silver 993 I saw at 7 years old began my passion for Porsche s products; however, Tom Wood s amazing customer service has made me a loyal customer for many years to come.

I've been in the market for a new vehicle for roug...

I've been in the market for a new vehicle for roughly a year. It wasn't until about two months ago that I actually started engaging dealerships to try and narrow down my search. I was fortunate enough to work with Lee Douthitt on my quest to find my new car. Lee was 100% no pressure and listened to my needs. He was very laid back and matter-of-fact with the entire process.

In the end, I decided that I wanted a 2015 Audi S3. Unfortunately, Tom Wood didn't have one with the exact options I wanted. Lee was on the ball searching for one and within minutes had one found and had already contacted the other dealership about acquiring the vehicle!

When it came to the financing portion, Lee along with the finance team at Tom Wood were stellar! They were very straightforward on what my payment would be and they were actually able to get be a better rate than what was shown to me originally! There was never any pressure to purchase any "add-ons" (e.g. GAP insurance, paint protection, etc.). They simply gave me a brief summary of each of these features and then allowed me to ask questions.

In the end, I took delivery of a brand new 2015 Audi S3 Prestige with the Performance Package with a great payment. Tom Wood Audi exceeded my expectations in every way!

I discovered Tom Wood Porsche on the north side of Indianapolis after my cardon shaft went bad when I hit a pothole on the 469 loop. They had me out the door and back on the road within two hours!

Since then I have been back twice. Each time I got a very good diagnosis and recommendations. I would go back again because this is one of the best dealerships in the USA and I have been to quite a few all over the United States.

Went to Tom Woods Porsche to purchase a used Camry for my daughters first car, felt a little strange pulling in to a Porsche dealer to buy a used Camry, the cars and the showroom were beautiful ! we were met at the door by Lee the salesman who found the car for me. knowing we had a 3 hour drive back he went out of his way to have the oil changed and car inspected by the Toyota dealer. The girls were encourages to check out all the cars and take pictures in the drivers seat while everything was being processed . Lee , George ,Bill and Barry made us feel as if we were buying the most expensive car on the lot !!
