I live in Northern Michigan but have worked with Josh Sides at Tom Woods in Indianapolis for 8 years. During that time I have purchased two Audi Avants and one Porsche Turbo. Although I could easily work with someone closer the service and responsiveness I receive from Josh is outstanding. He works with me on my somewhat laborious purchases and treats my family-sons, daughters and wife as if they were the most important people on earth. When we are in Indianapolis we always stop by to say hello and see what is on the lot. He always finds time. Josh is who you want representing both Audi and Porsche as it would be nearly impossible to do better. Thanks John Pelizzari.

It was a pleasure to work with John Castle in the service department. He took the time to explain, in detail, any and all issues with my vehicle and answered all of my questions in full. If he didn't know the answer himself, he immediately sought out someone who did. All other employees I spoke to at this location were pleasant and friendly.

Just when I thought Hare Chevy in Noblesville was the worst dealer in Indiana, Tom Wood Audi shows it's true colors. This is the worst place to do business. It's the only Audi dealer in Indiana, so there is no standard to compete. Thes people have no regard for anyone else at all. Please buy a different car. DO NOT GO HERE. The parts department sucks, Ken does not care about anyone nor does the people that work for him. TRUST ME BUY A DIFFERENT CAR AND SAVE YOUR TIME. PEOPLE NEED OPTIONS. ONLY ONE AUDI DEALER IN INDIANA. THIS ONE AUDI DEALER SUCKS BADLY PLEASE HEED MY ADVICE.

Jeremy,the problem solver when it comes down to it he gets things done and is always looking out for his customers . That is exactly the reason we came back to Porsche to purchase a second car from Tom wood Porsche . The sales teams excessively nice group of people very happy to work with you . I am estatic about are new Porsche purchase and look forward to being a loyal customer . Not to mention the wonder staff that greats you every time you come into Porsche .

Being a first time Porsche buyer I did not know what to expect. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming everyone was and how enthusiastic they were about the Porsche ownership experience. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and I have nothing but good things to say about Tom Wood Porsche!

I experienced a very bad service here. When I get here for the oil change, they only ask me for my ID and said I am good to go. I book the service online and only for oil change. I don t know the price for that. However, when I back here they ask me to pay over 1000. And it including other service which I don t need. I called back when I back home and their manager said before the service, they showed me a paper work for the bill. I did not received that or even see any paperwork. Later the manager told me their staffs are gone and he will call back tomorrow. I wait for a whole day and no one call me back. I call the store again and they transfer me to the voice mail. I leave the comment and wait for the call back for another day. Still no response. They send me the automatic emails for feedback, I do response to that email and again no response. I am really said about what they are offering and giving me such a terrible experience, if you guys don t want to solve the problem or give me the answer, don t pretend that you will call me back. This is too crazy.

Sales and back office staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and transparent. I will be buying from them in the future.

One of the best car buying experiences I ve ever had. The guys who work at this dealership are top notch. Very personable and likable. I drove 5 1/2 hours to this dealership and we do it again in a heartbeat.

Having recently moved here from Colorado, I would have to say that our experience with the service department at Tom Wood Audi was wonderful. They were informative and offered a loaner car, as it was going to be a several hour process. Our previous experience with the service department of the Audi dealer in Colorado wasn't always too great, but we loved the car, so we dealt with it. At Tom Wood it was no longer a disappointing experience, and we will not have to dread it as before.

One of the easiest car buying experiences I have had, excellent service and zero pressure.

I am not sure what happened to this service department. Whole staff team has changed. I used to deal with Todd and Jeremy. Their responsiveness has dropped significantly. I got my car towed on Wed morning of last week. I heard that it will take a couple of days to get a tech assigned . That is ok. But no one calls me on status so i had to make calls on last Friday, Sat, this Tuesday, and Thursday. No one has proactively called me back after leaving 4 messages. I had to call every time. Just left another message of course. Today is Friday. The car has been there for 8 days with no updates.

Btw, Tom Wood audi service is really awesome. They go above and beyond their duties to get things done. Give you txt messages for regular updates and call you back quickly. Not sure why the experience is so different between the Porsche and Audi dealers.

Very clean very nice hospitality they will explain and tell you what's going on just have your checkbook ready

New to the family this time was a gentleman by the name of Nick. He was just as brilliant. Buying a Porsche &it s experience is phenomenal .... but I never thought that maintaining my Porsche and getting his routine visits would be as hassle free & pleasurable as it has been......Kudos to Tom Wood Porsche for putting two brilliant guys on their service team.

Kind of rude. Judge you and don't think you are a serious buyer other than you give the money in advance maybe !!!!! I'm so disappointed with this dealership. I would suggest to take some courses in Tesla and Mercedes-Benz dealer classes

I'll never buy another Audi thanks to Tom Wood Audi's price gouging. They're the only game in town for Audi.

No matter what repair/service you need, you can get it done at half the price elsewhere. When my front rotors warped for the 2nd time within 80k, I bought some seriously upgraded rotors and pads online and had another shop install them. I saved 30% compared to Tom Wood's quote for the OEM parts w/ install.

I gave two stars because the service reps are great.

Great experience. Snowy day but very warm welcome. Get some goldfish crackers! If you are going to buy a car make sure and ask for Lee. Professional, knowledgeable and great to work with. He went above and beyond to work with us.

My 2015 Boxster S was in for regular scheduled maintenance earlier this year and I had Dan Erxleben service my car. Dan always takes good care of me and my vehicle.

Both Lee and Jeremy are excellent to work with. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Lee including a Cayenne E-Hybrid. Their professionalism and product knowledge along with the Porsche brand will be the reasons I will continue to purchase from Tom Wood Porsche.

Recently drove from West Lafayette to have our car serviced at Tom Wood's Audi. Caleb in the service department answered all our concerns and personally checked with the mechanic to make sure all our problems were taken care of. Very pleased with the experience and will return again.

Staff there are friendly and courteous. They try to work with you and your schedule to perform work on your vehicle.

Experience has been improving since the 1st time I visited them 2 years ago. New service advisors seem to do a better job. The biggest drawback is their backlog, given the fact that there is only 1 Porsche dealer in town, it s always a long wait before I can get a service, this particular time I waited more than a month...

They were very quick to get me in for an evaluation. The problem was the transfer case as we expected. They said they would place the order for the part and call me when it was in, that was a month ago. We are very concerned that our car has not been fixed yet. (And I didn t even ask for a loaner. )

Turns out, they had sent an email when the part arrived, but it did not reach me. Once we reconnected, they replaced the case, had it covered by my warranty and I ve had no further issues. In the end, great service.

Service department at Tom Wood Porsche is phenomenal. Would highly recommend. They are a big part of the reason why I still drive a Porsche today.

I had an issue that I felt was a safety issue with my Boxster Spyder. I discussed it with Jeremy at Tom Wood Porsche. He supported my issue and went to lengths to have a new top installed on my car. He made sure that the installation was done carefully and correctly as this was the first one they had serviced.

My experience was great. I worked with Lee Douthitt and he was wonderful we did everything remotely and I just stopped by for a short visit to sign the documents and a few hours later everything had been completed. worst service department ever my car is in worse shape than when i brought it in and the want over 3 grand to fix my suspension system which was not even the reason my car was in the shop and was not authorized to be messed with and now they fried my suspension compressor motor and expect me to pay them to replace it so now my car is stuck on a lift in their shop and can be moved because of them making the car worse so now it cant even be driven. they even admitted their mechanic had burnt up the motor playing with the wiring. we have also already contacted porsche usa about this issue

I am always greeted and escorted right to the service manager desk. There are no surprises but if anything is found that I am not there for, it is brought to my attention and plan of action recommended before anything is done pertaining to newly found hiccup. Also any recalls and subsequent work is also brought to my attention. The waiting area is comfortable and has plenty of amenities. I've had other experiences in other service areas where I am parked and ignored, and I am there so long I suspect my car is experiencing the same. Not here!

Tom Wood Porsche Audi or whatever they are called was the worst dealership that I bought my range rover from unfortunately. Their sense of humor sucks like hell, they have no customer service humor, they treat you like you dont exist. Neil Brenner whatever he called himself Finance Manager was the worst manager to deal with. He never returned your calls and take care of issues in a timely manner, he does it on his own time. Tom Wood overcharged me for my state tax when I bought my range rover because they felt like they have to process my state tax for me because it was out of state finance which I was ok with but it is now taking a heck of hell to get my refund back. Even at the end they were unable to process the state tax for me, they had to send over the paper work for me to process my state tax here in omaha which took them almost 3 weeks for them to make that decision. Not a good dealership, all they care about is to sell and get paid. One thing is to make a sell but the most important part is how you welcome and take care of your customers, thats what brings you more customers.

I had a great experience with Joshua Sides and Tom Wood Audi when I recently purchased my new 2015 S8!! It didn't take long once I decided I wanted to purchase as well I didn't feel pressured to buy the car as well. I was really educated on all the features the car had even though I was pretty familiar with the car already, but still learned quite of few things.

Thanks to Tom Wood Porsche for the great experience recently with my car. The staff is top notch. They went above and beyond to take care of my requests. Fantastic customer service.

Just got my 911 back and am very pleased with the work that was done. My windshield was recently damaged and needed to be replaced and I wanted custom paint for my badging. My experience working with both Todd and Tristan was top shelf. I was able to text questions at will and felt high touch throughout the duration of awaiting the completion of the work.

Feels good to have a responsive, professional, and flexible staff that caters to you.

My Cayenne needed for a major work at the engine, and I believe Tom Wood handled that professionally. Everything was under warranty and went smooth with that. Unfortunately the car had to stay at the shop for more than 2 months. I received constant updates on the situation. After about a month, Tom Wood provided me a great loaner vehicle, which made my life easy. I wish I would have received the loaner vehicle since day 1. Perhaps I simply should have ask.

Just purchased a 911 from Lee Douthitt and I wanted to express the opinion that my experience was the best I have ever had in all my years of buying cars.
Lee was outstanding, in fact, his service was exceptional and I felt like he was more of a friend than your typical car salesman.

Nice building. Very kind sales associates however when buying a used car, be aware that you aren't really important to them. If you don't spend a large sum there then expect to be treated a little sub par by some of the financial officers.

This was my first time dealing with Tom Wood Porsche. My air vents suddenly stopped working and it was a very cold day. Initially I called and talked to Jim, who was less than helpful and wanted me to make a scheduled appointment for 12/21, it was 12/8 when I called. I was very upset and complained to the gentleman (Martinez) who was supposed to schedule me. He was nice enough to send my complaint to the service department. Tristan called me immediately and arranged for me to bring my Cayenne right away, it was smooth sailing from there.
I really appreciate Tristan helping me, he was very prompt, efficient and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend asking for Tristan when calling to schedule an appointment.
It would have been 5 star if I had talked to Tristan first.
For Jim, I would definitely had taken my car to someone else if Martinez hadn t listened to my complaint.

I just took delivery of a pre-owned Cayenne turbo this week that I bought through Lee. I was a bit anxious being in Dallas, TX and buying a car from Indianapolis, but the simplicity of the experience put me at ease. I think the entire process took me less than 10 minutes between a few phone calls and signing/shipping paperwork. The car even arrived a day early and the condition was as expected.

Great people work at Tom Wood Porsche! Barry always says hi and asks if you like the car he sold you. Jeremy and Amanda in the service depart are quick to offer help, they take great car of your car. And everyone else in the building is committed to you and your car. I know my Cayman S is in good hands when I take it down to Tom Wood.
