Good selection of salads, soups and sandwiches with a pick 2 option. I really like their soups. And yummy cookies. I could eat a dozen. Downtown location can sometimes be difficult to find a parking space. That's why I gave it 4 stars. I guess I'm not a city girl

This place is owned by Publix so I expected something better it is a very average place the food is edible but not memorable I see no reason to go back

Awesome fresh fast food!! The service is great and the atmosphere is kid friendly. It great when a train comes by too!! The kids love it!! Must eat here!

Love the food..salads are so good....too pricey for a sandwich and a bag of chips...8 bucks..they should lower there prices by a few dollars or at least add the drink in...

I stopped in for a quick bite on a road trip. Crispers was clean, the staff was friendly and efficient, and there was a wide selection of option for sandwiches and salads. They had more than one vegetarian option as well, so I was impressed with that.

Only lost out on a star because the bread can be so hard on my club sandwich that I can't eat it.

Aweeeeesome. For vegans it really give us many options. Great for any type of person. Carnivore or herbivore!

This location is just great. Centrally located downtown, this place has the most healthiest, best food that my family enjoys to eat. The staff here are always kind and willing to help, and the food is always made as expected to be.

Food is great, but customer service is not. I have called to place an order via phone and when I arrive to pick up, the order could not be found... this has happened to me twice!

Comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff, and good food. The summer salad is very good and so is the crab chowder. The cookies are my favorite though!

Bug in daughter's mandarins. Hair in wife's sandwich. Bacon on my sandwich was bad. Smelled funny. This experience was not normal for me so it happening today threw me off.

Good place to grab lunch downtown. I am a very picky eater so I just get the chicken Caesar wrap every time I go. There is plenty of seating inside and outside. There are vegetarian options as well in case anyone wants to know. Most people in the area already know what Crispers is so not much else to say!

Food was great but service was super slow & disorganized on the day i last visited.

Place is very big and nice inside. Great menu selection and choices. Prices are normal for this type of place. Had the southwest salad and it was great! The club didn't have much meat and the bacon had way too much pepper on it but the other sandwiches looked good.

You pick 2: Signature summer salad and Southwest Chicken sandwich combo!!! Soooo delicious! Service was fast and staff was very friendly! I love this place!

Great place to visit and handle personal work, with free WiFi access. Quiet &private areas to sit for studying if needed, and a great place to eat with friendly staff...especially the servers!

Good, good food. Menu has a wide variety of healthy, unique options. It has a comfortable environment and is priced reasonable. Its the perfect place to grab something other than fast food and eat by yourself or with a group. I prefer to work while I eat and this is a good place to do that.

It's very similar to Panera with the kind of stuff they offer, but the taste and quality is way better! I think Panera is over priced for what you get, the combos at Crispers are cheaper, you get more food, and it tastes better. Try the flatbreads - the Asian chicken is delicious (they all are!) and I have yet to taste a soup I didn't like there.

Don't know what happened to this place. Chicken C. Salad had rubbery chicken. Wish Publix still owned these chains.

The employees are always friendly and the food is terrific! I LOVE their rewards program and the amazing deals they send almost weekly.

Consistent quality across the menu. Friendly staff, plenty of seating and a relatively low noise level. Outside seating is well shaded and occasional train passing keeps things interesting if a rail fan. Clean and well maintained, open kitchen views are pleasant and show a hygienic prep of food by caring staff. No complaints.

Superb service. Food was great for me and my wife. My daughter did not enjoy her kids meal unfortunately.

After standing at the register for nearly 10 minutes and being ignored by several employees, I went somewhere else for lunch. There are too many good cafes in Lakeland to put up with absentee service. The food at Crisper's tastes good but that's not worth much if you can't order it.

Love the soups and salads here, especially the Thai chicken flat bread salad.

Underbaked cookies. Grilled cheese sandwich for adults? More like for a little kid. Tomato bisque very good as usual. I expect more from Crispers.

Always fresh, and crisp. A downtown Lakeland staple. Flatbread out of this world. Quality fruit and veggies. Best of all though....the cookies!!! Get them

This location has really gone down hill. I walked in to order and the manager and person who takes orders sat there talking about gossip about how the manager said it was her fault because she said...and then he said...I was the only one in line and waited three minutes to be aknolwedged. That's just sad.
Anyways I was really tempted to walk out right there. But I wanted something healthy that was in this location but I had black and brew for lunch. Should have just gone back to Black and Brew.
I have seen these issues since late January of 2017. I would suggest you make the drive to the Lakeside location. These people seem to not care about the customers.

With fast service, beautifully presented and delicious food, and a nice staff, this place is a perfect spot for lunch with friends of family.

Butternut squash soup is always a favorite on a blustery day.

I love Crispers. The kids get to eat free on weekends, so we often eat here on Sundays.

I loved the food. I couldn't enjoy it because I was sick. I especially liked the loaded potato soup.

They have great salads! Prices are a little high, though. They don't really have table service so you don't need to tip. You order at a counter and fill your own drinks. They do come once to bring your food.

everytime i go here something is always missing love there soups but just get tired of missing food items

I like to call ahead for my lunch order at this Crispers. It is always ready by the time I get there. There is a seperate line for pickup/call ahead transactions. I always get the Southwestern salad with jalapeno ranch dressing. The only bad thing about this location is the parking issue at lunch. I have had to circle the block at times, even to get a spot in the back parking lot. That is a small price to pay for a good salad. I wish I could have only taken off a half star for parking.

Update: I ate in for the first time today. The food was delivered to the table. Everything tasted great. Parking was not an issue today when I arrived, but it was an earlier lunch.

So far I have enjoyed each items that I had ordered.

Nice salads and sandwiches including combinations thereof. The location is good, especially if you are planning to checkout the shops downtown. :)

Terrible terrible!!!!! NOT a very family friendly place. We were there a hour before they closed. They were out of sweet tea. Manager would not make any more. . Said she would mot make any more for 1 person to drink. Actually 5 out of 7 of us drink sweet tea. She also said we could leave. So we got out money back ($70.00) and went some where else. She was very rude to our family.

Usually get good service here, but not sure what's going on today. Went in around 2:45 PM and there was no one at the counter. There were two other people waiting at the counter ahead of me. After a couple minutes, a female employee wanders up to the counter without any urgency, and appears to be ready to retire because I don't think she could have moved any slower in handling the first order. I would guess she needed a stress day or something, because her mind was not on her work. After a protracted delay in getting to the next customer, I ended up leaving and going to Jimmy John's...they're crazy fast.

Meeting my friend here was a blast from the past. Try their Southwestern chicken salad, it is amazing!

I always enjoy Crispers. Salads and sandwiches and soups all freshly made. Lots of healthy choices. And the food is quick.

What a nice patio to have a bomb salad...love eating here on a warm sunny day

My first visit to this Crispers in ass while was for a business lunch. The food was really great and customer service out standing. I will definitelyvisit again.
