I am absolutely in love with their pet products! My husky loves the mud and it usually takes a while to get his paws clean. Zogics pet wipes are so easy to use, plus a nice scent is a bonus! Firstly - I purchased the natural chicken treats for my dog Nala ...omg she can t get enough of them!!! She loves them!! Then I ve been trying to come up with a strength and conditioning program for the summer months so I can workout outside!! My first box arrived today with all my SKLZ products!!! I am so excited!! These products are legit! And the fact that I just placed my order on Saturday and it s tuesday! Umm can you say fast shipping!! Can t wait for the rest to get here!! Oh and one more thing- I have never order from a company that sends you a personal video message after you ve made your first purchase! That was so cool! Felt like you weren t just a number! We have been using a competitor's wipes for years and was introduced to Zogics this week. I would first like to say that the website is easy to navigate, intuitive, well thought out, and very comprehensive while providing a manageable amount of information. I decided to order over the phone and Tiffany, my sales rep, was knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, and extremely easy to work with!
I placed my order yesterday at around Noon and had my order (with free shipping) today at 11:30 am!! Wow, that's amazing!
The wipes themselves are high quality, moist enough to do the job, and are fantastic. With no effort at all, I got crayon off of my tables, handprints off of my walls, and some sticky crud that one of my customers spilled on my Lego table off of the table! Thanks for a great product and a great purchasing experience, I am a customer for life!

I ordered sanitizer and a dispenser in early March and was excited to find sanitizer during a pandemic. It was too good to be true! The sanitizer was in stock at the time of my purchase. I received my delivery and the box was light as a feather and I immediately knew I didn t receive sanitize. I checked my shipment notification and there wasn t any information on my sanitizer, so I contacted Zogics. I understand we re in an pandemic, but I don t understand why I wasn t advised why the sanitizer that was supposedly in stock per their website wasn t shipped. Customer service should still be a priority. If I didn t reach out to them to make an inquiry, I d still be in limbo. I was never given an ETA or a valid reason why I wasn t informed. To add insult to injury, they said they couldn t refund me, I had to go through PayPal (btw, please use if using this company). Finally, 1 1/2 months later I received my refund! I ll never use them again & I encourage everyone to be cautious unless you enjoy poor customer service and have money to waste or be held!
