My car needed a 40,000 mile service. The staff were great to work with from scheduling (and re-scheduling) an appointment as well as explaining specifics about what they did to the car. I primarily worked with Tristan - he was great.

Just leased a Brand new 2015 Audi 2.0T Quattro from this dealership and I absolutely love it! Donnie Jones was my sales rep and he is was very professional and thorough throughout the entire sale, test drive, and set up of all the cars functionality! I would HIGHLY recommend him! Neil..the finance guy was also very professional, kind and clearly answered any and all questions I had. Donnie even called a few days after my purchase to check up on how I was enjoying the car and asked if I had any questions. He is an amazing sales rep and I will be definitely be going back to him and that dealership when I am ready to upgrade as well as for all service on my Audi!

Being an out of state purchase, it can be a bit challenging. All the folks I worked with were exceptional.

Special thanks to Richard he has great character and ethics and provided full support during the entire process. Also thanks to Brad and Sandi for the added help with out of state craziness...

The work was finished in a timely manner and I was treated like a valued customer.
Excellent operation and I would highly recommend the dealership

I want an Audi. I have tried to buy an Audi there several times. But, their sales staff is always too buy. One salesman left me standing in the rain for 10 minutes. Another insulted my mother when she came to look at the car I was about to buy. They do not collaborate or cooperate to help customers.

After speaking with the manager, I've learned that this is their standard practice. They believe in helping one customer at a time and will not leave a customer to help others. So if you want to go there, you MUST make an appointment. (Although even when I made an appointment, I was left so the salesman could help someone else who showed up early.) The salesman I worked with last was excellent (Josh Sides), but his excellence cannot overshadow the arrogance and complete lack of customer service displayed by the rest of the staff.

As the only Audi dealership in the area, they don't seem to understand that buying a car is more than just the excellent quality of the automobile, but the ongoing service required to maintain the car as well.

I've had some friends who have had similar experiences with this dealership as well and ended up buying an Acura, Mercedes, or BMW. The issue seems to target young professionals. Maybe it's a generational issue. I was about to make an offer on the S4 on the show room floor when the salesman insulted my mom. Who insults an older woman? What sort of place does that?!? Dreyer and Reinbold greets me, my mom, my uncle, and even my friends who have come to look at cars by name. Rob there is great. The service team has been impeccable.

My next car will most likely be a BMW although if a new Audi dealership opened up I could trust, I would get an S4 in a heartbeat.

I know others have had some great experiences at Tom Wood Audi, but I've been trying to buy a car for a year from them and have had nothing but bad experiences. So I'm going to have to go to another manufacturer. It's frustrating.

Quick response to a dead car being towed. Appointment for the next day and then quick turnaround on the vehicle with quality service and good updates via the web.

All around good experience, except when you pay, but hey that is anywhere. :)

I can't say enough about how great and easy my experience was with Tom Wood Audi. It was quick, easy, and they went above and beyond to accommodate my questions and my needs. They took more than enough of their time showing me each of their Porsche/Audi Models and explained all of the pros/cons of each one. I have also had experience with their service dept, and they were so professional. They took care of all of my car's needs, and answered all of my questions. I even went in there unannounced, and they were incredible. Any loaner cars they have given me for the day have been new, clean, and luxurious. I am confident that all of my future car purchases will be fulfilled through Tom Wood Porsche/Audi.

We were stranded by the tow truck in Indianapolis. I called Tom Wood and they sent their head service manager out to try to start the car. When that failed, he took my partner to the car rental agency so that we could have a way to get home. He then arranged for someone to tow the car to Tom Wood for service. In my opinion they went far beyond the normal care given customers. Jeremy and Todd were great.

I am writing this review based on my experience with their service department. This place is full of incompetent mechanics and rude/irresponsible managements. Here's what happened.

1. Scratches were left on my car's interior panels after I got the interior panel reassembly service from Tom Wood Porsche.

2. Their service department refused to admit that it was their doing, arguing that the scratches somehow magically appeared but they will fix them for my customer satisfaction.

3. I visited them once so that they can fix this, but some of the scratches were still remaining after the treatment. Also, one rubber part of the panel had gone completely missing.

4. I visited them once more and this time they repainted a number of panels newly.

5. However, the painting was done with a different color. It's very visible.

6. In addition, I found that a part of the interior panel was just broken.

6. Now the service department is refusing to reply to any of my emails or getting any of my calls.

I wonder whether this is a proper way of doing a business.

I had a pretty dispicable experience last Jan. with a service provider. I was determined to never return, but their service team made it right by taking appropriate action. Service was excellent and I loved the kindness and professionalism of Tom and also the sales manager on the sales side. I can't remember his exact name, but he will definitely be selling us our next car.

We purchased an Audi Q5 this past weekend. Rob Graves was our salesman, and he took great care of us, but everyone we interacted with was pleasant and helpful. We got a fair price on both the new car, and for our trade-in. This is the second Audi we have purchased here, and when it's time for the next one, we'll definitely be back to see Rob again!

I had a brake light go out in my Cayman. I was pleasantly surprised that they got me into service right away, changed the bulb and reset the computer all for FREE! We often jump to the conclusion that if you sneeze in a Porsche dealership it will cost you a minimum of $100, well I just got my service comped.

Very bad experience leasing a car. They dont fix anything . If you buy their service contract, nothing is covered except for oil changes.

EDIT 7/10/2018

I did visit your dealership and i was told lies. Clearly you sell cars and don't live up to the words you say during the sale.

I have a $400+ receipt quote from tom wood Porsche that you guys were charging me instead of fixing it yourself.

When i bought the car, your salesman words were "Don't worry, everything will be covered except for tires". When i brought the car in, you slapped a $400 quote on me to buff a scratch out....

Wonder if all Porsche's are like that or just Tom Wood....

Purchased a used 09 A4 that immediately had the dreaded oil problems. Tom Wood Audi was able to get me in promptly and initiate the steps necessary to ensure everything is in proper working order, at Audi's expense I might add. So far seems like a great place. Worked with David Patterson.

I bought 2 new cars from Lee Douthitt at Tom Wood. He has always been helpful and honest. I can remember the day I took delivery of an R8 spyder like it was yesterday. Lee did a great job making that dream come true.

I also really enjoyed working with Jeremy is service when I owned my 2013 911 C4S. Good guy!!!

John Castle did a fantastic job getting my car taken care of. Even being short handed he was able to give top notch service. No doubt, Tom Wood Porsche will get all my service work!

Update, 1/22/2019
Another fantastic job by John Castle and his crew! Every time I'm in for service or repairs, I feel like I'm the only customer they have. Obviously, I'm not. My annual service is due soon and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. These guys make me feel as special to them as my GT3 is special to me!!

The entire experience of buying a vehicle at Tom Woods Porsche was awesome. Richard was a pleasure to work with in sales, and Brad even made the paperwork more enjoyable with his good humor. I would recommend your team to anyone. Thank you!

We purchased a used Honda Pilot from this dealership. After a 3 hour, condescending sales pitch (in which we didn't really get that great of a deal) we left with the car. Turns out that they let customers (with two little kids) leave the lot and drive 2 hours home with a seized brake caliper, destroyed rotor, and pads... and we're lucky we got home safely. The dealership sprung for part of the $2,000 repair, but not all of it, nor would they cover a rental while it was in the shop for a week. We've also noticed it now needs an alignment. In addition, we noticed right before we left that there weren't even any floor mats in the car. We were promised them, but no one has responded to our numerous follow ups about them, so we'll have to purchase those ourselves, too. I reached out to the manager a week ago...no response. I guess if you're not buying a six figure Porsche from this dealer, you're not as valued as a customer to them.

This review is more about my Macan than the dealership. I find it rediculous that a 55k car has a $9,000 oil leak in less than 50,000 miles. Shame on Porsche for such shoddy engineering. I immediately traded my Macan for a BMW X3. Let s hope those other Germans have a better idea about how to build a car. Dealership however - when informed of the flaw- was helpful in working towards a remidy.

Nothing less than an absolute gem in the Indianapolis/carmel area. Professional and intriguing from the moment you step on the lot. Great customer serivce and an absolute motivation in my eyes. Do yourself a favor, go ahead and stop by you won't regret it. If i could rate the entire lot from service, products & aesthetics with 6 stars instead of 5 stars, I would give them 10 stars!

No fast service, appointment waiting time more than 2 weeks.
Scheduled appointment for vehicle wheels noise, when I arrived nobody check my wheels, said we don t have technician now, and this is not a safety problem then rescheduling my appointment to 2 weeks later.
I remember last time I went to there for repair my brake(Tom wood Porsche told me the brake pad need replacement) and do the maintenance spend $2700 on my Macan S, $560 for rental car, $50+ for one day they said already cut half price for me which is a Nissan small size suv. And they do replacement for brake pad, But I just replaced brake pad a weeks ago. Every time coming make me upset. But we just have one Porsche dealership in Indiana, no choice.
Couple days later, the noise is getting louder, I am so worried about that. I went to Chicago, A European car repair shop found which is bearings problem and solved that second day.
I don t know where is many 4 or 5 star comments coming from, but I fond many one star comments said: this is worst Porsche dealership.

Worst experience of my life. Go somewhere else! The Certified pre owned 2015 Cayenne Diesel I purchased 10/31/18 has been a perpetual problem and never-ending nightmare, I am considering selling it now to cut my losses. You better take a reliable mechanic with you prior to purchasing (if you aren't one yourself) to assess what you ACTUALLY are buying versus what Tom Woods team will PRESENT to you, get all the maintenance records BEFORE leaving Tom Wood because once you leave, getting any actual info or even a return call back when you REALLY need it is simply asking too much, and don't hold your breathe waiting on the GM John Moses to call you back, at least in my experience he won't. Dishonest people, bad business practices, terrible customer service. Not worth it!! See my Facebook review if you're interested in a detailed account of my personal nightmare with Tom Wood Porsche

Truly exceptional and superior service. John Castle was accommodating, understanding and very communicative. I have had my Porsche serviced at numerous Porsche dealerships across the country and John and his service team are superb.

Great service experience. Was in and out at the promised time and the work was performed as expected. However, I had to make my appointment direct with Tom the service manager as the service schedulers were very difficult to work with. In fact, she was rude. Once I finally got through the gatekeeper service schedulers, it was smooth sailing. I like doing business with Tom Wood Porsche.

Very poor customer service. It genuinely seemed like they didn't want to sell me a car. They knew nothing about the cars other than what is stated in the book. I bought a BMW instead !

Great service experience. Somehow I got my days mixed up and came in on the wrong day. They were accommodating and got me handled even though I can in on the wrong service day. Fantastic response to my mistake and very refreshing.

I brought my Cayenne GTS in for an oil change and repair road rash on a couple of my wheels. John Castle was my Service Advisor and he discovered that the wheel repair would take 2 or 3 days to complete. John was able to arrange a loaner car until the service was completed and the quality of work was exceptional. Lastly, John did a fantastic job of following-up with me and delivered the service on schedule.

John Moses, Tom Kashman, John Castle and all the service professionals at Tom Wood Porsche are extremely helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable and courteous. We are impressed with the high level of professionalism exhibited by all members of their team! We will purchase another vehicle from Tom Wood in great part due to the care and treatment afforded to us by the service department. Great job all!!!

Wow, what a wonderful experience. I have never received such kind, genuine service from a car dealership. The vehicle we were interested in on their lot wound up already having been sold, but the salesperson, Barry Wickliff, sat down with us anyway and helped us find a comparable vehicle for sale nearby. I would suggest this dealership to anybody!
