The delivery drivers are terrible. Like all the other experiences I've read, I had waited all day without a knock on my door or the sound of my doorbell alarming me but instead was notified via text that no one was home to accept. Utter bull. No card left. Nothing. The reason I am giving them three stars is because of the stellar job by Olivia with helping me have the package re delivered as it was heavy, and also going out of her way to call the company and organise an 'authority to leave'. Those delivery drivers should be fired and more Olivia's hired.

Waste of time asking for a a manger apparently there always in a meeting. Not to mention the invoice query department isn t even located in Melbourne ... or Australia .. it s in Mauritius absolute joke. Would not recommend at all.

I received an email from their international counterparts trying to scam me for duties and taxes on a product I know shouldnt be charged. Then after repeated escalations, I was just ignored, my friend never received her gift and the matter was never resolved

I normally don't write reviews but this delivery service has been horrendous.

Not only did the courier deliver 1/3 parts, I was lied to advising a deliver would be the week after. One week after, no responses whatsoever and I have been unable to track where my parcel is, having gone through numerous phone calls with the customer service team. They keep advising someone will call me back, however have not received a response yet... I just want my parcel.

Events:
Friday: delivered 1/3 parts. I was advised Monday Delivery. Took leave for Monday.

Monday: Called 5 times, I was advised courier would call me to confirm timing. No calls. On my final call, they said delivery will be tomorrow, so I took leave.

Tuesday: Waited at home and called 4 times for updates. On my last call was advised delivery was not happening today.

Wednesday: Called and was advised delivery was to be Friday.

Can you trust these guys anymore?

I think it is very difficult to screw up 4 times for their customers, which you have done - congratulations.

TNT thinks everyone is free at home all day with nothing better to do. Horrible service with no empathy for their customers.

Why do you make it so hard to organise a re-delivery? I have spent the last 35 minutes trying to organise one but every time I use the please re-deliver link in your website, it takes me back to the check your status page. I do not think it s appropriate that you are expecting us to pick it up from the local exchange during the middle of lockdown due to COVID-19.

I got two bags shipped from Perth two weeks ago ( basically all my house stuff) and they delivered only one saying they can't find another one. I got call from one guy saying last scan of the bag was on 30th January and it's in their depot but they don't know where it is!!!!??

How irresponsible this is! I would not recommend TNT to anyone. If you really want your stuff to reach to its destination, pay more money and go with other providers!

Update- They have lost my bag!! Can't believe such things are happening here and noone really cares.. Horrible service!

I've been on the phone all week with TNT trying to work out where my package was delivered. Not only did the driver deliver it to the completely wrong address they let someone who's name isn't on the package sign for it. Sophie from TNT was very nice to me but unfortunately 'nice' doesn't cut it. She kept telling me she'd call back at a certain time and I'd always ALWAYS have to be the one to call to be given excuse after excuse. I have never written a review on anything but this service is disgraceful. Never again.

What's the point of the texts and link if it doesn't work. Very rude when enquiring at the call centre too. I'll be keeping away from ecommerce sites that use TNT in the future.

For the fourth time now my parcel has been taken to the wrong address. It was originally meant to be delivered to my home address but I changed the address it online to my work after the first failed delivery. However the driver continues to leave SWMY cards at my home, even though as a backup, I have left an authority to leave card in the letterbox. Called up to discuss and just got a women who was too rude to listen to my problem and instead just continued to try to unearth all the ways it was my fault. She kept telling me the driver had been to my work despite the piling sorry we missed you cards in my home letterbox.I have told the company that sent this parcel and they said they wont send it by TNT anymore for my orders. Not sure how in 2018 with such a vast technology at ones fingertips, a company the size of TNT can get it so wrong.

I have never encountered a company with such widespread vast incompetence throughout all levels of their office.

To quote Karen ' TNT do not offer a guarantee for anything including a delivery timeframe, nor a confirmed delivery day'.
Their office has been 'working on' having our items delivered for 2 days now, with no resolve as to when we will actually receive our goods.

As the items must be delivered on a tilt truck as the drivers cannot be expected to lift the items, i queried with Karen as to how the items would get in the house from the street, she responded quite abruptly with 'you're asking me questions i don't have the answers to'. Forgive me Karen, i thought this was your job.

Useless.

Worst package service ive ever used.
First it was a day later then they promised so i took a whole day off work for nothing! $500 down.. cheers TNT. Then attempted delivery the next day at 10am apparently even though i was home all day waiting. When i tracked the package it said attempted deliver, card left. NO CARD LEFT... maybe no delivery ever attempted. So i drive half an hour to the depot in peak hour to meet my delivery. Driver is late. The attendant is a passive aggressive lazy unenthusiastic slob who punches my number in wrong twice freezes my account has to call help desk serves and logs 20 boxes before finishing my request. 20 mins later i ask for an eta and he says another 10 mins.
Never again tnt.

4 attempts to deliver, all failed. No 24 hour customer service for domestic. The main voice of the company customer service failed to devour but to say well thats what is.Got a partial delivery. Ha. Yes 1 of 11 boxes was deliveried. Hopefully fifth time lucky.

This company is absolutely terrible. You order a product from Apple and then spend the next week trying to get TNT to deliver. They claim to have a local collection service called Local Exchange but in fact the customer can not access this option. Their suggested collection advice was the local depot (in Tullamarine) which is not local to most people. TNT makes Australia Post look really good (which isn t saying too much).

Scheduled delivery for Wednesday (cancelled all personal/work related appointments to be sure to be home for the delivery) and no-one came. Spoke with TNT and they said the goods weren't even packed on the truck!
Rearranged delivery for Friday before 1pm - was not delivered by this time! Spoke to customer service 5x times that day and kept getting conflicting information re: whether (or not) they could contact the driver for an approx. ETA. They said they would call back and never did. Delivery arrived at 4:50pm (long after 1pm) and was missed - again!
Be very aware eCommerce businesses. TNT Express will damage your credibility and customer experience by failing to deliver on time/if at all.

Wow didn t realise there would be so many bad reviews and everyone has the same problem!! Driver didn t knock at all or even leave a card so doubt they even came to my premises. Just received a text saying where the parcel was dropped. Spoke to customer service he was nice enough but very defensive for the driver. He helped confirm where the parcel actually was as it was unclear in the text. I let him know the service was unacceptable and not even a service if the driver wasn t even going to turn up or at the very least leave a card. Not impressed hopefully won t have to deal with TNT again! Much prefer Star Track over them, as at least you can pick up from local post office.

I got my daughters birthday gift delivered and it was just an easy experience. Mind you, I did say they could leave it at the front door, ordered with plenty of time, left my front gate open and ensured the delivery could be made easily. I didn't need to "sit around waiting" like a lot of complainers here. I was upstairs working, decided to check the tracking and realised it was delivered. I popped downstairs, opened the door and there it was. The comments where people admit to being at work when they get their delivery then complain they have to drive to TNT to pick it up? Maybe have it delivered to work? Geez!

You pay extra for express, just for it to come longer than standard postage! booked a week in advance, just to have our team bikes bought over from Perth, now thanks to TNT - we have no bikes to race. They can postpone your delivery indefinitely till they don't have much work to do and will advise you each morning that 'it will be delivered tomorrow' to ensure screw up with your schedule.

I expected parcel from Singapore on 14 feb.i wasn't at home and the driver left a card in the mailbox.I keep calling them everyday and one day the customer care representative said the parcel was delivered on 15feb.The customer care staff are rude.They said someone will call me from Singapore to discuss about this issue.Till date no one rang me.
I'm never going to recommend TNT to anyone.

Worst company ever, promised a delivery and never appeared, I constantly called the customer service and they seem don't know what they're doing, promised a call back and never get back to me with real answer. I specifically asked for the next day redelivery before 11 am and guess what? they didn't do it again. Tired with it and end up picking up the package from their depot myself. They don't appreciate your time at all. For some one who work full time like me, it's not that easy to arrange a time to be at home during office hours. I'll avoid buying anything if the courier is TNT!

1 star is flattering. Time frame for deliveries are extremely vague (they advise the day, but no time slot other than 9am-6pm), which I find very concerning for an international courier operating in 2018. What's worse is that I stayed in the apartment all day waiting for them, only to find out at 6:30pm that the parcels will be heading back to the depot.

They don't work weekends either which (while usually a premium service) is another reason why I will not be using them again. Maybe they think customers have nothing better to do than sit by the front door 9-6 Mon-Fri waiting for their goods to arrive.

What's more, I made a collection request one day before, but when I reached the TNT Depot, they told me that their staff forgot to tell the courier not to deliver my parcel. TNT has no concept of customer service. It's moto is 'Sure we can' but I've only ever experienced 'No we can't'. They don't follow up on calls, they don't care whether you get your delivery, they refuse to hand unload boxes, they are not honest. I try not to work with companies that rely on TNT.

This company should honestly be ashamed of themselves. I ve been treated lower than a dog the entire time I ve dealt with them. I ve not spoken to a single person with a shred of human decency. After multiple issues, I took a day off work and SAT by the front door with a window to the street with my 2 very loud dogs waiting for delivery. The driver never showed. No calling card. No knock. No doorbell. Dogs didn t hear a thing. They tell me the driver scanned the location so must have been there. What a bunch of dirty liars!

We had someone waiting by the front door all day, then TNT sent a message claiming they had attempted delivery and no one was home. We then spent the afternoon trying to get information from their call centre who were incredibly unhelpful. They kept saying we'd get a call later in the day, it got to a point where I specifically said to them that I did not want a situation where they kept delaying giving us information on how we could get our item until it was too late to do anything about it. Before long, we had not received the promised call and their call centre was closed for the day.
I took the risk of driving 40 minutes out to Tullamarine to collect the item with no guarantee it was available for collection, and because the call centre people hadn't done what was expected of them, it took about 20 minutes for them to find the item.
Spending all afternoon and night following up on the item then spending hours driving out to collect it. Is that a delivery service? I should have been the one paid for making that delivery. You get one star because Google won't let me post with zero.
Depot staff were apologetic and helpful though.

I have paid someone to stay at my home tomorrow because I have to go out for one hour and sure as eggs the parcel will be delivered then. But why do I even think it will be delivered? I cannot base that on any fact. The parcel has been in the Hobart office for 2 days already. It is always being "processed". Thats a good non-word. After reading all the other reviews about delivery people's inability to knock it makes me wonder if I should camp out the front of my place all day to catch the delivery person before he/she can hi-tail it away. It seems to be an appalling service. I've sent many things with Australia Post and I think that should be the go-to for all parcels always. I only got this one sent via Pack and Send because I thought it would be fast and efficient and safe. I had no idea it would end up with TNT. As a concept I have no problem with TNT. In fact I would have thought they would be good. But they are not. Just shows how wrong a person can be.

I have never seen such a bad courier. The first delivery is ringing the doorbell and not coming up. I am waiting for it. The second delivery is more shameful. I don t directly deliver it. I also lied to me for delivery.

Day 1: Apparently tried to delivery to my house and left a card, but we had no card in our mailbox.
Day 2: Attempted delivery and card left, they don't leave items at the local post office like most couriers, so rearranged delivery to my work that night.
Day 3: Apparently couldn't process my change of address in time so nothing happened
Day 4: Item went on the wrong truck
Day 5: Nothing happened, just sat at the Depot. I called 4 times to get an answer and nobody knew what was going on. Case manager said they'd call me back with an update, never did.
Day 6: Nothing happened, just sat at the Depot. Called 3 times and again nobody had an answer as to why it was just sitting there. Again, case manager didn't call me back.
Day 7: Finally arrived.

Ridiculous, something needs to be done about this Depot. 180+ reviews with such a negative total speaks volumes.
