Worst delivery company I've used. The courier left even not ringing the doorbell, but I was home all day. What's more, I made a collection request one day before, but when I reached the TNT Depot, they told me that their staff forgot to tell the courier not to deliver my parcel. I'm sooooo angry about this damned Company
