I've ordered natural stone from them and the service was terrific. There's also a great display area to see the different types of pavers they have. Awesome fire pits too!
I bought 4 yards of topsoil to replant part of my lawn. Almost half of the soil is white and sandy. Guess what, no grass grew there. Where the soil was dark, the grass grew well. I mixed the last yard of soil with peet moss and everything grew great. A lot of time, effort and money was wasted.
The product are OK and average price but their customer service is horrible. They don't take responsability for nothing. They will deliver everything backwards and when you call them to ask what happened they just blame it on everybody but themselves. I have use them 2 times. The first time I tough it was just a bad employee but then the second time I confined that it was just everyone at the store. They will hang up on you the first question you ask. They are many companies around their area. I will not recommend them at all
Very bad people to begin with. They were they dont know us as customer after getting so many things from then. The soil looks like cement is mixed. Nothing grew there. Nada. On the other side we had bumper crop soil mixed with ground soil and everything is great. So no doubt this soil was bad.
Please avoid them.
19 yr old son went to go drop off "Green Waste" for us. He was supposed to go to Orangetown Highway Department to get permit and drop for free. He got confused, went past, wound up here. They asked where he lived, which he expected so I guess thought he went to correct place. They tell him yes, right place pay $23 so he did. Sorry but you can't tell me they didn't know and couldn't have asked a simple question to help him realize he was in the wrong place. Also don't believe he is the first person to do this. We've looked and considered a purchase. Based on this and reviews I think we will have to do business elsewhere.
