I can give 0 star if there is an option.Worst service ever seen.My parcel from Singapore is missing still didn't found.
I expected parcel from Singapore on 14 feb.i wasn't at home and the driver left a card in the mailbox.I keep calling them everyday and one day the customer care representative said the parcel was delivered on 15feb.The customer care staff are rude.They said someone will call me from Singapore to discuss about this issue.Till date no one rang me.
I'm never going to recommend TNT to anyone.
There are lot better parcel services available in the market
