They sent me a text message with a link to rearrange delivery or pick up. I selected to pick up but they didn't get the instructions, and redelivered. What's the point of the texts and link if it doesn't work. Very rude when enquiring at the call centre too. I'll be keeping away from ecommerce sites that use TNT in the future.
