I had a delivery scheduled for today the lady at customer service was lovely Dnt get me wrong but they driver claims he knocked and waited 2 mins when I was home in the lounge all afternoon didn t hear 1 knock and mind you we have working doorbell and worst of all they don t have any authority over there drivers what a terrible system now we have to wait again tomorrow and wait to hear this imaginary knock
