I normally don't write reviews but this delivery service has been horrendous.

Not only did the courier deliver 1/3 parts, I was lied to advising a deliver would be the week after. One week after, no responses whatsoever and I have been unable to track where my parcel is, having gone through numerous phone calls with the customer service team. They keep advising someone will call me back, however have not received a response yet... I just want my parcel.

Events:
Friday: delivered 1/3 parts. I was advised Monday Delivery. Took leave for Monday.

Monday: Called 5 times, I was advised courier would call me to confirm timing. No calls. On my final call, they said delivery will be tomorrow, so I took leave.

Tuesday: Waited at home and called 4 times for updates. On my last call was advised delivery was not happening today.

Wednesday: Called and was advised delivery was to be Friday.

Can you trust these guys anymore?

TNT - can your service get any worse??

I think it is very difficult to screw up 4 times for their customers, which you have done - congratulations.

TNT thinks everyone is free at home all day with nothing better to do. Horrible service with no empathy for their customers.

Truly an ANTI people's network.
