Worst courier company I've ever dealt with. Used them three times and every time they said they lost my package after it being collected. Costumer service did not help a bit. Barely got a reply to any emails. Steer clear
Just like a previous reviewer I too have had conflicting information given to me by TNT's customer service. They said they would call back and never did regarding delivery. I called back an hour later and Yolan** told me that that would never be able to happen and they wouldn't contact the driver - that the previous CS assistant shouldn't have said that to me. She then went on to tell me (the customer) that I must have just heard what I wanted to hear! I am somewhat comforted by the fact that it wasn't just me, but poor customer service TNT. Oh, Yolan** also told me that I wouldn't be able to pick the parcel from their depot as the driver wouldn't be back, until after it closed at 8:00 PM!! This was before I even gave her my parcel ID. She was quite possible the rudest person i have dealt with on the phone. Ever.

Everyday the system shows my shipment is on "delivering" or "with the driver", the end of the day, it shows "held-waiting for correct address". However, I've been calling them every single day to ask them confirm my address, and the staff told me the correct one, and every of them confirmed that my parcel was coming on the day. But NEVER happened as they said. end of the day, I check, same buls*t "Held-waiting for correct add". I'm kind of WT*F TNT, r you kidding me. been a week now this problem repeats every fc*kin day.
Any advice guys?
Disappointing customer experience... in an age of real-time information why is it still a mystery for the customer as to when the delivery guy will arrive...
Absolute nightmare, the staff at TNT were friendly in helping me but their teller news agency that were holding the package were rude and unhelpful. After telling me my parcel was not there and 6 phonecalls later to TNT I was told the parcel was there and to go collect it. TNT should not allow such poor service newsagency a to handle their parcels as they have no interest in helping TNTs customers. Would avoid using TNT again after this awful experience.
What a useless courier company. I hate buying things off eBay and the seller uses TNT. Of course when the make delivery I am at work and not home. I got the text saying attempted delivery and go to link. I rang them to say just put it over the fence as gate is locked and don t worry about calling card. Today got same message - attempted delivery and when I rang it went straight to automated message asking for a booking!! The depot is over an hour away through traffic to get and no other option seems to work with them - just a horrible service
3 weeks and two attempted deliveries and all I get is the wrong consignment number and no goods. Customer service is poor blaming the sender rather than the ones delivering the products. Systems clearly need an overhaul if you can't find my goods. Wouldn't recommend and disappointed my supplier is using this second rate company
The people working here are highly unprofessional. They do not care about the customer and never provide the right information. I have called them 5 times a day to get information but still they did not provide the information. I have carried out international courrier from TNT but I was highly disappointed with their service and customer support.

Terrible service. We order an item from overseas and it took 8 days to come. It had an estimated due date of 4 days before the item arrived. And when it reached Sydney they sent it to Tasmania by mistake. When it was in Tasmania they lost the package. I don't know why Apple uses them at all. I will never be using them.
Just came now to collect a courier but they closed early and nobody was able to assist me and they don t have any contact number to confirm and come so I don t know how can I get help.

Worst courier service . For 3 days they hold my parcel , after they told me to collect it from a news agency . If I have to collect it from a news agency , then whats the point of home delivery ? They came at my apartment , left a note , but they did not bother to ring my bell . If they call me in that time , then the parcel can be easily delivered in that time . For 3 days they said , my parcel already delivered , but it was in a news agency .

These guys have lost my delivery in 2 separate occasions.

the worst of the worst. Other reviews can speak for themselves. Parcel was held at customs for over a month and even after I paid they have told me I haven't paid and threaten to ship the item back to sender. This is absolutely ridiculous and outragous - have to keep calling multiple times. They should close their business - what a disgrace. ABSOLUTELY WASTE OF TIME
Staff are very friendly and helpful,. Very easy to drop off and pickup deliveries. Large carpark which is simple to get in and out of.
Driver was too lazy to ring the bell , or leave a card. I even got a wrong message saying someone I don't know sign for the parcel once. I have at least five packages have been sent straight to the collect point when I was home the whole day. I have wrote complaint three times for different packages. But no one cares. DHL, UPS and Fedex are way better. Even post is much better than TNT these day.
Never use TNT to pick up goods from the USA, They have no network and can not deliver the service they advertise. I made a booking with them via Transdirect on August 26th and on September 2nd it still hadn't been picked up from my supplier, I rang them 4 days in a row and each operator said that they would email a booking department and that someone would email or call me, they never did and I will never use TNT again!

VERY POOR. They lost my parcel from China. They have a computer virus for x number of days that has crippled their entire network, so they have no idea where the parcel is. How is this possible? Their tracking service is dysfunctional describing the parcel as being in Sydney, when in fact this refers to when it was sent in China. They promised three times to ring back within one hour, and failed to do so each time. Obviously a very poor corporate culture. Forget them. They are unreliable.

Claimed to have had item on board yet did not deliver several times. Their resolution is to pickup the item from the depo instead of delivering.

First time, failed to deliver, redelivered to local exchange, however TnT dropped it off at a completely different exchange to the one that I had to pick up from.
For another item, 3 missed re-deliveries even though the building has a 24/7 reception. Also, was informed by TnT that my building's reception rejected the delivery because it was not AusPost, upon further investigation there was no record or attempt of TnT even contacting reception.
Highly not recommended for anyone planning to use this service. Completely misleading.

I had a few parcels shipped from HK and was scheduled to deliver on Oct 2nd and online tracking system said that they have arrived in Melb and ready for delivery. Didn't come on the date promised and the next day I found out online that parcels mysteriously were in HK again contradictory to what the systems said the day before. Then I found out from their customer service that two parcels had arrived, been cleared from custom but one parcel was left behind in HK (MISTAKE 1) and they will ship it with the next available flight. FINE.
It's shipped the next day and arrived the following day. Called customer service and was confirmed that the last item has arrived and been cleared from custom. They promised that they're all good to be delivered the next day. GREAT. waited at home and only 1 parcel was delivered (MISTAKE 2). The driver thought the other 2 parcels had been delivered.
Called TNT and initially they said they couldn't locate where these two items (MISTAKE 3) were and needed to look for them. Was promised to get a call back within a hour. didn't happen (MISTAKE 4). called again and needed to speak to a supervisor who promised will escalate the enquiry in order to get someone to call back within the agreed time frame. The customer service representative called back and the first thing she told me was that she's only gotten the request to call me back the minute before she called me hence the delay in the response. Didn't provide any useful information. pretty much repeated everything the last customer representative said - "we will look for it".
Took them whole day yesterday and still couldn't find out where the items were. Then they mentioned that the last place they scanned the item was at the custom (so if you knew that's last place seen, should you check that place first? and I'm sure a day is not enough for you to just look at ONE place to locate the item).
Called this morning to say they are indeed in custom (#revelation! I already knew it yesterday) Told me it won't get delivered today as they are unsure when it will be released from custom. Explained that there was a breakdown with the custom system (#convenient). Upon further conversation, was told that I can pick it up myself from the warehouse if it gets released from custom today (didn't offer to deliver today or show any gesture that they were truly sorry about the inconvenience caused)
Got call from them just now and was told that custom decided to have "random check" on my parcels (what a timely coincident after I had submitted official complaint about TNT yesterday) so have to wait until next week. Can't confirm date. Didn't say they will do their best to get it delivered as soon as possible.

Driver 'attempted' delivery. I live in an apartment with 24/7 concierge service and I was at home the whole day. Not even a call/note left. This is the third time it happens with TNT! BEWARE!! Do not use this UNRELIABLE SERVICE.

Driver should learn how to use the phone to call and knock the door, not just stand outside and go home with my package! And send SMS Tell me I need to self pick up. Really????
It was a mixed experience as on the first day when delivery was scheduled, they just updated tracking page saying inappropriate address without even calling me. However, when I called them I told them that the address was correct. So on next day the driver called me to confirm if I was at home.
Driver no 30410 attempted a deliver then proceeded to leave all the gates open, so the dog ran away. Not only that, the consignment number written on the deliver note was incorrect. Useless

I've had pickups and Deliveries arranged with TNT on many occasions and I can honestly say that they have never picked up or delivered any of my parcels. Every time I've had to go into their centres to pick up my parcels. Worst service I've ever experienced!!! Do not use if possible

Guys you should shut down your business as it is pain in the arse to expect a delivery done right way from you guys. First of all there will be no information on what specific day the delivery will be made. Ofcourse you are going to miss the delivery, if you are the only person who has to make arrangements to be there at home and work in the CBD. Now I got the card left by driver to reschedule this online for another date before 7 days or else this will get sent back to sender. My best option was to call them but definitely reaching home after work and it being 7PM, they do not have any customer service available. Later I booked delivery online, took off next day and stayed home for delivery. Having no tracking updates available, I called them to realize that driver did not pick up the delivery this morning and we can't deliver today. Guys I would urge retailers to not use your service as the only option I have is to either waster another day home or drive 40kms to depot to pick this up after wasting my one day leave.
Attempted delivery? What a lie. No card left whatsoever. And even when I changed the re-delivery address to a business address, no package showed up because the "delivery vehicle got into an incident", with no other info provided on whether it will be redelivered on the same day?
When I called the customer service helpline to check where the package was, no details were provided and no assurance that my package will arrive - just the usual "I cant promise it will arrive but we can try".
That is a very weak answer for what is already a very belated delivery. Also, rude customer service both on the Invoice helpline and Accounts helpline.

Actually, I was at home all the time and got CCTV in the front door, no one every been here and TNT just saids "you were unavailable" and missed delivery."NICE!"

Very fast delivery in stage 4 restriction! They delivered my ipad within 4 days! This is the first time I used their service and I didn t have a choice cuz Apple chose them actually. I read these very bad comments and was extremely worried about my expensive item but I think they re getting much better now! They were very accurate about estimated time and they did knock my door, wait until I opened it and say hi. I m very satisfied and happy with this delivery! Thanks you all for your hardworking during this difficult time. Keep going guys!
The delivery guy was a very nice man. He made an effort to come again first thing. Was disappointed at first but everything worked out. Very happy!
Helpful. Able to relog delivery easily. Can collect from depot up till 8pm most nights. Obliging in letting me collect my own goods from within their own warehouse.

I would have left them a negative review if possible but google didn t allow it. Serious warning - for critical deliveries do not trust. You will have to pay for your undelivered consignment to be returned to you. Was even suggested by one of their customer service reps that I pay for a separate Uber or courier service to actually get our goods to us (which were meant to be delivered for a conference we paid thousands to exhibit at) after paying hundreds of dollars to deliver it to the conference venue and leaving very clear instructions.
The same issue the drivers never contact you they just skip your place and send you a text that they couldn t find you. They didn t even text you before coming they only text after skipping you. When I called them to go and pick my shipment up they said we can t do it today. I think they can t do any work properly.
I think if there is lower than one star I will still think of giving it to them. The worst Service ever.
Overnight delivery, I had a broken intercom at building so had to arrange a redelivery.
So far:
-Called over 6 times
-Package left at depot on first promised redelivery
-1 week after predicted date
-Refuse to contact me via phone on arrival so I can sign my package. (Live in a building with broken intercom)
-No suggestions given by staff
-Redelivery date changed twice from initially arranged dates

Terribly unreliable service. No calling card left and goods were sent to the local newsagent (so called TNT local exchange) rather than local post office. Rang to check if the parcel was still with the newsagent and only got told "if it says it's here then it should be here" rather than actually doing a physical check. What a fracas.
Rang them on a Saturday for a Monday pick. TNT would not pick up unless I could give them the correct account number. The system (apparently) has no filter to type in the company name to get acct details. Wards Express could do it easily - and that was 25 years ago ! .........Off to Australia Post I go :-)
They "attempted" to deliver a 50kg package 4 times, without notifying me or even providing a tracking number. I had no idea when they were arriving, then finally they attempted when I was by chance at home, the delivery driver refused to bring it to my front door. I live in an apartment, weigh 58kg and they wanted me to accept a 50kg parcel on the street that I couldn't possibly carry.
Never have I ever recieved such horrible lack of service, it's been distressing dealing with them. The customer service just repeated the same old tired line and didn't help at all.
I ve had 5 day delays on express shipping.. missed delivery and it gets sent back to the depot in the airport... that is clearly the smartest thing to do.
Sorry to say but TNT service is terrible. 3 times this has happened to me, I patiently wait at home all day for my parcels to arrive, only to have my parcel tracker say A delivery was attempted but no one was home and no pick up card left to let me know where my parcel went? I have to ring the company and find where it s been left, I swear they just drive past or something. BLANK CARD LEFT AT MY ADDRESS & NOW NO ONE KNOWS WHERE MY PARCEL IS !! I rang TNT to track my parcel and they tell me they have no idea which driver came to my house or what was being delivered. Now my parcel will sit in their warehouse until they decide to send it back to the sender!!! Could be weeks before the parcel is redelivered. This is not good enough for a company of this size. So MAD !!!!!!
Run a small business and receive many packages from different freight / courier companies. By far TNT are the worst. Second pack in the past month that is 2 days late for delivery, the packages by the way were within 50km of delivery location. No customer service, can't help locate package and not even interested in trying to help when you finally get through their automated phone system that is designed to not get you through to a human to talk.

Why do we pay premium for express where it is not treated with diligence.
The sender confirmed the express parcel would be with me on Monday but there was nothing delivered and the tracking status was On Board with Driver for delivery by end of the day 7PM. There was no update at/by 7pm and offices are closed so it is up to us to worry and think what will happen from there.
Next day 5am, the events were updated with driver missing the delivery due to I am not being home. On top, the events read the business (delivery address) is closed till 15th Jan. Further delivery is booked for 15th Jan.
Now,
1. Driver did not show up on Monday
2. Driver did not leave the Sorry miss you card
3. This is a home address, how on earth driver thought there is a business which is closed till 15th ??????
To be honest, seems like driver ran out of time on Monday and rejected delivery with stupidest reasons on his handheld device. This is not acceptable because customer paid for express delivery. It was on board since 8am then why on earth it was not delivered in 10 hours and that too being 15kms away from the depot. Lastly, driver need to select proper reasons if they are getting paid to do proper service. Transport team need to wake up and pay attention on drivers I guess.
There is no reply here, guessing TNT dont bother to read review. Hopefully customers do and give their business somewhere else.

WORST DELIVERY COMPANY i have ever dealt with ! . delivered the wrong parcel on monday , to tell me the correct package will arrive friday before 5pm . . 4:45 comes along and i call them for them to tell me it got left behind at the depot it will arrive first thing monday ,, monday night i get the same excuse, tuesday i call them and once again they tell me it has been left at the depot . that it now 4 plus days i have had to take off work to be home to sign for it but they have not shown up .. THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER CARE AND HAVE VERY POOR COMPANY ETHICS ! DO NOT USE THEM !!

Useless. Can't leave special delivery instruction after package is on the road. It's 2018. You guys need to implement a real time driver contact/messaging system. It would help me and others, and it would save YOU time and money.
Like so many negative experiences posted here, I also waited for a parcel all day only to receive a text saying TNT tried to deliver but no one was home. I rang customer service who politely dismissed my complaint saying it would be delivered to a post office and I would be updated about the parcel's whereabouts. I highlighted the extraordinary number of similar negative complaints on their website, suggesting this was regular practice rather than an unfortunate error. Not so much as a hint at an apology. Appalling.

absolute disgrace about how TNT driver handles delivery. I watched the driver parked in front of my driveway, left a notice in my mail box without knocking on the door. And left in hurry. I rang customer service for complaining, they still ask me to go to the local news agency for pick up.
In work I also have a lot of packages sending from China. DHL arrives in 3 days and TNT in 7 days. all the time. I have evidences here, not just making it up in angry.
I was absolute in shock about how much they charge for the service and how bad they handle it. Just avoid using it. They not deserving to provide any service in Australia. totally mess up.

Their Sorry We Missed You (SWMY) website never worked, it won t let you redirect parcels. You ring them, they won t follow instructions and just keep delivering to the wrong location. They won t even let you come to the Tullamarine depot and pick it up yourself even when you ring first thing in the morning. They seem to love holding on to your parcels for ages.
My parcel was shipped to TNT AU on the 31st July. Was never delivered. Its now 24th August. Last location Tullamarine. Still no Parcel or Update. Why don't TNT just own up they lost it and pay for damages! Service has been shocking. This parcel was critical and has now really effected my business. Will never be using TNT again.
Don't use TNT they charged us $178 and didn't deliver as promised. Terrible service.
