Worst service department ever. Glad I did not buy...

Worst service department ever. Glad I did not buy from them, but will make sure that I never take my car there for service again. No communication. No One knows what is going on. No call back when they say they will. 6 hours into a 2 hour repair. Will I ever get to work tomorrow. Should the customer just be ignored? Go somewhere else.
Update! After 1 1/2 hours calling service during business hours and no answer, we just drive down to get the car, since it should be done, right. NO! In fact, the service guys walks out in the garage and 5 minutes later, comes back and said it would be another half hour. Great. We walk around outside. What do we find, You ask? Well, it is our car in the parking lot with a lot man trying to get in it to take it in to START the project! Luckily, the key fob was one of the problems, cause it took him 3 tries to get in. We just took the key from the guy and drove away. Wonder if they are even smart enough to figure out what happened! Place is a total joke. The phone rang off the hook the ten minutes we were there, and not a soul to answer it!
