Oh come on now.

Oh come on now.
I've had my car for three years. The turnover in the employee staff in the service department is pathetic. I never deal with the same person. A couple days ago I had someone call me as my "liaison " person to see how happy I was and if there was anything they could do for me. I said "MARK, i need an oil change and tires rotated and there was a recall on my car can I make an appointment and also get a rental car? ." He said "sure" I should've known better since my appointment was at 12:30 PM the busiest time of the day. OF COURSE No car available to me. I drive for a living and needed transportation for just two hours. Also when I went to pick up my car I said " I am here to pick up my car, the green one, the DIRTY green one" . They usually perform car washes. When I got to my car there was trash inside. A total neglect for my $30,000 investment. Also I bought a warranty to have replacement key fobs. Because the sales person said they're so expensive to replace. Hey heads up .....u can buy for $14 on eBay. I had previous lost the fob and they replaced it 6 months ago. I found my fob I asked him to reprogram the lost one. They told me it would be $100. Really seriously !!! My girlfriend is in the market for a car, she always complements my rogue. However this dealership is not the place to buy a car. Promises promises promises and no follow through. Beware.
