Purchased a 2017 CTS Cadillac today from Brandon O. What an amazing experience. He took so much time with us and was so polite. I love my new Cadillac.

100% the best car buying experience I have ever had. Brandon made the experience completely seamless since I was 3 hours away from the dealership! I showed up and was driving away in my new XT4 in less than an hour. I will never buy anywhere else again!! The second I walked into Thomson MacConnell Cadillac I was greeted with a smiling face and a firm handshake. Everything from not being pushy, finding the right car, and helping me get the best deal with my available finances was done with sheer class. After I purchased my first Cadillac, I told my family to check out the dealership, and they were treated the same way I was. My family now has 4 Cadillac's in our driveway, and we all would never buy a car anywhere else. The service they provide me when I need checkups are easy, affordable, and quick. I'm typically not one to write reviews, but this dealership truly has earned this 5 star rating!!

So I purchased a Jeep Liberty at the end of June from them and my sales guy Brandon was awesome. Test drive of the vehicle was amazing and communicated with me throughout the two week process of the vehicle being serviced (which was being serviced for air conditioning issues). As the temperature began to get cooler, the heating in the vehicle did not work at all (only blew out cold air even after I let in run to heat the engine). Granted, I purchased the platinum warrenty on the vehicle which was also the highest and most expensive. After I got the vehicle looked at, the price to repair the heating was $250 after taxes. The deductible to get the heating fixed was also $250. I contacted the service manager to see if they could at least match me for the funding for the repairs since there was a problem with this before i purchased the vehicle. The sales guy had no positive information for me even after I explained that I did not expect them to cover the entire bill and that I also have a 5 year old that would suffer from the cold if I let him stand at the bus stop (usually most parents drive to the stop to keep their children out the cold and just run the heat in the car to keep warm). After explaining this to the manager, I got no sympathy at all but a simple response stating that in quote "I signed the warrenty agreement". Again, I was not looking for them to foot the entire bill but to help cover a portion of it given the fact that I am a single mother. I WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO A FRIEND OR EVEN A STRANGER!!! Now on the other hand, their sales rep Brandon is amazing and would recommend him if ONLY HE WORKED FOR A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP!

Today I purchased my third Cadillac from Brandon 2019 XT5 @ Thomson MacConnell. I continue to come back for the customer service in sales and service (Bruce). Brandon is your advocate he works to get you the best deal possible. Bruce goes the extra mile to ensure you have a great service experience. When I ve thought of purchasing another brand, it never works out no one can beat their commitment to customers, I m truly spoiled. Wouldn t purchase anywhere else.

On December 12th, I traded in my XT5 for the Escalade. Brandon Ozier was amazing from start to finish. He worked hours on and offline to make sure that I got the right car, deal and VIP treatment. He even came in on his day off to accommodate my busy schedule. As he handed me off to Greg Hunter to close the deal, the red carpet treatment continued with his smooth, patient and family-like education of all of the details about my deal and services needed to protect my investment. Andrew Richardson then stepped in to make sure that I was fully educated on all of the bells and whistles inside my beautiful new ride! This team took great care of me and made my trade and purchase experience amazing! Kudos team! They all deserve raises!!!

Customer service was amazing! The Cadillac XT4 looks sharp and sporty! Great for a younger generation like me but a great family car as well. Jarred Brewer, Cody Frye, and Tonya were great and showed absolute professionalism. They were awesome working with me to find the right car and made the process run smoothly. Highly Recommend!!

I have never been to a place better. In the last month I have had multiple issues with my car. Everyone remembers who I am when I've called. They have beautifully dealt with insurance companies and issues regarding that. They fixed my car in a timely manner. They also opened 30 minutes early so I could bring my car in when it was convenient for me. I couldn't recommend them more. The service and body shops are both fantastic to work with

Grade "A" Experience from start to finish! Thomson MacConnell Cadillac delivered a great experience one again! This time it was with body work and paint. My car was in and out in 3 days and I was provided an ATS as a courtesy car. The lobby feels like a high-end hotel and the staff was very professional. The body shop itself was also super clean and an overall impressive operation. Well done!

I appreciated the sales approach and professionalism of Garrett and Brandon. Despite being quite new, Garrett was very helpful to me in purchasing a new Cadillac. He knew the details and the car and had a "low-pressure, conversational" approach that was refreshing. Brandon assisted quite a bit with the sale and details and could tell he was teaching Garrett the ropes, but did so in a professional way that still had me the customer as top of mind. I am very pleased with my purchase and experience at this dealership. Only feedback I'd give is the financing portion took quite some time (due to it being a Saturday and issues outside of the dealerships control), so a few more waiting room amenities would have been appreciated, considering how much money was being spent on a car there (snacks, soft drinks, etc.). Completely minor complaint but it would be a nice upgrade.

Just purchased my first GM vehicle from Thompson-MacConnell. Saw a car online. I emailed to inquire about it on a Friday night, by 9am Saturday I had a response from Brandon, Sales Manager. Everyone at Thompson Mcconnell is amazing! I've been to a couple of different cadillac locations and this one is by far my favorite! I've been to this location twice now. Every employee is consistently happy, extremely helpful, and seems to love their job and helping the customer have the best experience possible. I took my car in this time for body work due to hitting a deer. Tony was extremely helpful! He walked me through the process for what was to come step by step. Dan in the service area was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction, and ensuring me that they would have my car looking brand new again. I worked with Brandon Ozier and Greg Hunter to purchase my used 2016 Camry. Brandon was very knowledgeable about the car and was clearly willing to answer any questions I had about the car. I've been looking for a 06-09 DTS to replace my 01 Deville. So I called and spoke with the salesman over the phone and they had one in my price range. I drove from Dayton to buy it but under the stipulations it was never in a accident. Looked at the car in the detail shop, looked great ! Beautiful I noticed the rear bust had minor cosmetic damage and I asked if they'd fix it he said "No" so I asked him "You sure this car has never been in a wreck?" He says "He says yes I'm sure" so I said ok I'm looking at the info in the window " SOLD AS IS NO WARRANRY" so I told him I needed some type of warranty so he went to the president of sales and he was able to do 30 days or 1,000mi. Better than nothing. I had cash money and was ready to buy the car right then and there. Something told me get a carfax so I asked for it and he was looking and says " oh it does look like a minor collision in Florida " I immediately get up and say "thank you" and proceeded to leave.

Just a little advice, tell the customer everything about the car before you waste their time and also I have $10,000 cash I could've been bought a DTS cash off a personal seller with no warranty that's the whole point of even fooling with the dealer!

They value us as customers, and we have repeated because of the service and sales support.
