Jake the Service manger is threating and forceful with Customers. Just watched him Bully someone trying to pay a bill, something around holding the vehicle and charging them for the storage fee. I would never use this place a gain with service like that...Wow! Jake is clearly untrustworthy and a bully, could care less about taking care of people.
