First let me say I've never purchased a vehicle from a dealer. Always been skeptical. I visited this dealership with a friend to look at a used car they were interested in.
My opinion of dealerships has changed. It took a little negotiating but my friends drove away with an excellent vehicle at a price, I couldn't believe.
This dealership represented the car accurately, shared the work they had done to it, shared the maintenance records, and priced the car well below the market. I looked at 4 other similar cars in 4 different states and this was the best car at the best price hands down.
If you do your homework and if they have a car you're interested in, they are reasonable people to deal with. Definately worth your time to stop by.
If I could rate this place a zero I would.Bought a car and was told it could drive to Florida and back right now by the salesman.Get the car thinking it would last at least a year at best,but the car broke down within a month.So I called the dealership and they direct me to used car supervisor.Left message with him he calls me back and says he will look at the deal,never calls me back guarantee if it was his car he would call back.So I call back and get lady at desk she says he is away from desk you want his voicemail ,I say I don't think it's going to help she tells me to call back Monday and talk to someone else because they would actually help me.I leave voice mail he calls me back hours later and tells me he can not help me.The car has had 150 miles put on it since I bought it! NEVER EVER BUY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A PAPERWEIGHT.I have seen better service at a buy here pay here.Was treated terrible by gary Barnhart tried to compare a light bulb to my vehicle I'm pretty sure there is a big difference.He is a joke and should not be a supervisor,just terrible!BEWARE!!!!

I came back to update my review because I am very disappointed. I recently bought a car from this dealership and traded in a car. This dealership still hasn t sent the pay off to my lender since they now own my old car and I m being contacted by my lender for payment for a car I no longer own. Also I guess they haven t sent my plate transfer either because my plates are still registered to my old car not the new one. I contacted the dealership so they can get this corrected and was told I would get a call back and never got one I guess because the deal is done and they just wanted the sale very unprofessional.

Went and recently bought a car from their dealership last Wednesday. Well we showed up late Wednesday night. Brandon Ozier was my salesman. He was very nice and helpful and quick. Made the whole process of buying a car seem like a breeze. Since I showed up late Wednesday night the banks were closed and we couldnt officially own the car yet. But that didnt matter because Brandon was able to let me take the car home that night and even came to my work the next day to fill out and sign the paperwork. Class act guy. Brandon did a great job on the exterior headlight problem I was having with my less than one year old Cadillac. I could not seem to get the problem corrected through normal challenges. Even though Brandon works in the sales department, did not sell me the car, nor has ever met me, he was able to solve the problem. He took time away from his family, Thursday evening, after working hours, to walk me through the solution. It was an effort above and beyond the call of duty and deserves a five star rating. Purchased a Pre-Owned GMC Yukon from Mike Fitzwater. Bought the vehicle in March and found out immediately there was no air conditioning which I notified Mike and his sales manager. Never could get a return call back from them.
Called back in and Mike repeatedly told me I bought a "as is" vehicle and they were not aware the AC didn't work even thought the vehicle went through "service"
These guys especially Mike Fitzwater may do a good job if the transaction goes smoothly but this is how they deal with situations when an issue arises.

I had a great experience with T-C team. I negotiated the purchase of a new 2020 CT4 online with Tonya, Brandon and Andy. They were thoroughly professional and great to work with. When I arrived the car was waiting. The completion of the sale and financing was a pleasant experience- no high pressure to buy add-ons, etc., no condescending talk that often comes if you don't buy what a finance guy may be pushing. Again all were very professional. Bottom line: I would work with them again and recommend would T-C to everyone. T-C is a small dealership so you won't get lost in the shuffle.....and they want your business.

I bought a car 4/11/16. The sales person never disclosed any info on the vehicle. We took a short test drive maybe 10 mins. To be honest the sales person didn't tell us anything about the car. I saw it on a website and asked about it. She had a man in the service station drive it up. I do recall the passenger door would not open from the outside. I didn't think to mention it to the sales person. When returning from the bank she mentioned it to me because she couldn't open it. Asked us to come back in 2 weeks and they would service our vehicle. It was roughly 6pm when we left and my boyfriend drove the new car 2.5 hrs home (I was too nervous to drive in Cincinnati). I went straight to work that night. The following morning I drive the car. I could not get the back doors to open properly nor lock/unlock. It had several service warnings. Traction control, stabilization control, abs service, and another service warning. I called the sales person ASAP. I told her the vehicle has all kinds of servicing warnings. That I would like to know what they had serviced on the vehicle. Also before we bought it I asked how long they had it and got no answer. I told her I was going to take it to a garage and have them hook it up to computer. 2 days after buying I find out the front door and passenger door need new sensors, 1 seat belt in the back does not work at all, needs a new rear abs sensor. I bought new abs sensor, the garage installed and said that the wheel bering are bad, struts are bad. I bought 2 new bulbs for the headlight because they were out. Come to find out some kind of starter in the head light is bad. I need a new headlight now. I do not believe purchasing a extra warranty was mentioned to me. In fact I am sure the guy said that after I purchase the vehicle they are not responsible for anything. It was a real quick process closing. We were alone most the time wondering where the sales person was.I have yet to get a return phone call after talking to her and leaving a message. I mean this is unbelievable! I bought this vehicle from this car dealer for $11,000. Nothing was disclosed about any problems with it. Yet 3 days after purchasing it, it has half a dozen issues. I too am a single mother of 6, I am devastated! This just seems very unprofessional. Update 05/10/16 Returned vehicle to dealership on 04/22/16. I did receive a rental car free. A employee drive my vehicle back on 05/04/16. Dealership fixed all door sensors. I drove the car 05/07, and the back window would not roll up. After a few hrs I tried again and I finally went up. I called and spoke to a gentleman and he said he needed to speak to another man so he could be updated on the situation. He would call me 05-09-16. Meanwhile Sunday I went out to drive this car again, and instantly I notice that the headlight that doesn't work properly is full of moisture/rain. I get upset of course and think to myself well, that's probably why it's not working correctly. I go to get into the driver's side door and when I open it, I lost it. The whole drivers side floorboard was full of water! Not just a little bit alot! It took a king size towel to soak up the water. My boyfriend trys to reinsure me that it will be ok. So he cleans it up and I drive a different vehicle. Monday came I got no call. 05/10/16 I decide to drive this vehicle to work. I go out open the door same thing, full of water. I stand there in the rain with the worst feeling in my stomach in tears. Then a gush of water shots down from under the dash by the computer thing and coversatile the floor. 05/11/16This will be one month since I bought this vehicle.I have had it 16 days out of the first month, Maybe drove it 7x. I started calling 24 hrs after I purchased it notifying the dealership about the problems with the vehicle that was NEVER disclosed. Regardless if it was as is this vehicle is a lemon. It has too many serious issues and they should have been fixed before being sold.I would appreciate if the dealership would make this right. I don't want to seak legal action.

I love my car I brought it a year and a half ago my issue is before I brought the car I saw there's a problem with the headlights so dem I can't drive at night, the sales woman told me that they would replace them I return to the dealership four times, a year and a half later they still have not replaced them sales manager claimed it was a manufacturer's fault not their responsibility and instead they tried to sell me a new car!!

Installed new tires that were due from my purchase of the vehicle in August. They were prompt and courteous with the tire installation just like with the car purchase. They were proactive to correct my TPMS issues while the tires were off to prevent unnecessary labor costs in the future.
