I appreciated the sales approach and professionalism of Garrett and Brandon. Despite being quite new, Garrett was very helpful to me in purchasing a new Cadillac. He knew the details and the car and had a "low-pressure, conversational" approach that was refreshing. Brandon assisted quite a bit with the sale and details and could tell he was teaching Garrett the ropes, but did so in a professional way that still had me the customer as top of mind. I am very pleased with my purchase and experience at this dealership. Only feedback I'd give is the financing portion took quite some time (due to it being a Saturday and issues outside of the dealerships control), so a few more waiting room amenities would have been appreciated, considering how much money was being spent on a car there (snacks, soft drinks, etc.). Completely minor complaint but it would be a nice upgrade.
