Everyone at Thompson Mcconnell is amazing! I've been to a couple of different cadillac locations and this one is by far my favorite! I've been to this location twice now. Every employee is consistently happy, extremely helpful, and seems to love their job and helping the customer have the best experience possible. I took my car in this time for body work due to hitting a deer. Tony was extremely helpful! He walked me through the process for what was to come step by step. Dan in the service area was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction, and ensuring me that they would have my car looking brand new again. I can't say enough amazing things about everyone there. They are all amazing and will have my business everytime moving forward. Keep up the great work!
