Visited this place over the weekend to look at 2020 Cadillac Escalade ESVs due to the fact they had the biggest selection of them online. The staff was so friendly and so willing to work with us to make us happy we ending up purchasing the very same day. They went above and beyond to make the sale and treated us very fair. I will be returning here for all future purchases and sending friends and family. Top notch first class people! I can honestly say this was one of the best buying experiences I ve had purchasing from a dealership.
Staff:
1. Jared, Brandon, and Cody were kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. Really appreciated their efforts. They actually made the process easy.

2. Within 1-2 hours we were in, vehicle selected, vehicles traded, new vehicle financed, paperwork finalized, out the door.

3.. This Team really had their stuff together and had the process streamlined.

Facility:
1. To appear smaller on the outside, they actually had a large selection of vehicles to choose from. Their used car selection was diverse as well.

2. It was a very hot day in Cincinnati and was somewhat warm in the sales area. Walking through another part of the facility it seemed much cooler. Not a deal breaker but Mgmt may want to ease the temps in the Sales/Lobby area.

Overall a fantastic experience. I can see purchasing another vehicle from this Team.

The folks at Thomson-MacConnell is always on their ( A ) game. You are greeted at the door and shown where to be, how they will be helping and its all with the upmost professionalism.

Bruce as always goes above and beyond the calling to make sure you are well informed and understand what its going to take to make it all happen.

Garrett also was involved and simply did a wonderful job from start to finish. We "were" BMW people until we found Thomson - MacConnell's customer service. There is no one like their out there. Honestly, Im super excited that we will get to now deal with this Company.

He was prompt, friendly, honest and able to get me back on the road so that I could finish my trip and return home safely. Best service interaction I have ever had.
