I had an great experience at Thomson MacConnell Cadillac in Ohio. The staff and more specifically Brandon in sales and the car detailer Mike were professional and courteous. I traveled from New York State to make this purchase and I was not disappointed. The only hiccup was a change in price after we had already agreed on a previous price. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car, and do yourself a favor and ask for Brandon.
