One of the nicer Westins, with good service and many restaurant choices. The breakfast buffet is excellent & must do!

Great breakfast buffet and nice location.. infact the ambience of the hotel is pretty good too..

The hotel is very good and located in the mid of all the hustle of the city. The only downside is have to circle the whole place to get in or out.

Excellent Chinese. A bit expensive but with membership discounts average bill is 3500 per mainly of 2+2. Quality and service is 5*.

Nice food. A Pokestop along with a Pokemon Gym here, and great spawns near to it.

this is a huge hotel within a prime location in gurgaon. it attracts very high visibility due to it being situated at the intersection of the famous mehrauli-gurgaon road and national highway 8. had drinks and dinner at the pub called the Mix Lounge and Bar. the cocktail was great. however complimentary popcorn was a bit odd to have along with the drink. the dinner was nice. a great cheeze platter and a reasonably well done dessert. however the slider sandwich was a disappointing. the service was wonderful. but the overall ambience was a bit dull due to improper lighting maybe. somehow it gave a dusty feeling though there was no dust. it was like watching a tv with a very low contrast setting.

The place is just 3 mins away from highway, amazing ambience to welcome guests. And excellent staff to serve you.

Hall space is less. Good for a small party but overall its fine

The hotel is perfectly located, near to everything yet away from common din.
The ambience is perfect and the staff is very courteous.
I tried and therefore recommend the buffet; one should try Indian, western and Chinese, and obviously the plethora of sweets.
One star deducted for the flies which were hovering around our heads and not so great parking.

Good food, decent service. The Chinese restaurant is excellent. As is the Italian.

Yesterday we went for a buffet near around 2:40 in the afternoon ,when we reached it was all over ,their was food lying without cover and cold food ,very bad service,not going to visit agin itz Better to spend money in normal resturants ,nothing will help you to put good pictures on facebook rather then work on your service

The bird's eye location is good but it can be pretty inconvenient to get into and out of especially with uber drivers. Staff was helpful but sometimes have to go through too many channels. Rooms are clean and well apportioned.

Ambience good, no normal RO water, small dinner hall, no toilet room on same floor, good couples dark dinning hall, so miking zone along with dinning hall.

Stayed at the Westin for a week in March and it was a great overall experience. The hotel is large, well maintained - the gym and pool are fantastic.

Breakfast spread is pretty good and extensive. The reason I took off 1 star is for the quality of service. It's not bad at all, in fact all the people there were very responsive and helpful. However the experience pales in comparison to Indian hotel chains like the Oberoi and Taj, where service is much more personalized (all the staff know your name, your preferences and customise your experience).

For example, the Oberoi Bangalore had the latest bestseller already on my bed stand when I checked in and my fav chocolate bar in the fridge...small things like this make a huge difference to the experience

Decent rooms, good restaurant, gym, pool. Not much around but handy for offices on MG road.

Never experienced this before. Pathetic arrangements both from organisers and the host .Total kios and mis mmangement. One should never organise any event. Most miss behaved staff ever experienced in any five star property. Hotel lacks arrangements. Quality of food is below expectations. Too less space to organize even 400 plus gathering.

The suites are exceptional ... If it misses one thing then that would a perfect view from the window.

What a place.... A 5 star hotel where u are discriminated on the basis of you homeland.... I am from Jammu and Kashmir. I work for a MNC and I had a meeting with in the engineering for business purposes. It was 24 January, 2019 and they did not allow me to enter.... Because i am from Jammu and Kashmir and later when I asked them. They said it's because of security purposes. I called the security office and informed them the same and asked them the same and then i received a call back from the engineering with whom i as about to meet and guess what he said.... "Today is a meeting and due to security reasons we cannot allow you to enter" and why me?? Cuz i am from Jammu and Kashmir.

The swimming pool area looks very attractive. The downhill garden feels refreshing.

And ofcourse the restaurant facilities are amazing !! Loved it.

Excellent hotel. I wish every Westin could be like this. Exemplary customer service, great rooms. Buffet is great. I really appreciate that they have a fleet of cars which can be used to run you back and forth to meetings.

The spread in buffet is just amazing and the lobby is spacious enough with high ceilings which makes you feel good and relaxed. Staff is well trained and service is good. This hotel has got good banquet facilities and is located ideally (in NH 8). Best to have a party if you want to spend a little more than ending up in other 5 star hotels just around this one. Must experience buffet with family / best friends

Excellent service. Comfortable room. Nice ambiance. Good food. Executive lounges at Westins are always great. The service in this one was better than most. Skip the western food and try the local food. The Chefs go out of their way to make you feel welcome and make you almost anything you can want. I was stuffed every breakfast with tasty Indian food to the point of skipping lunch and just eating a light dinner.

A business teavellers hotel but a classy one at that. The standard rooms are quite spacious & this being located on the National Highway presents the option of a good view if one is lucky enough to get such a room. The breakfast spread is sumptuous & the staff is quite courteous & professional. Worth a try if the tariff fits the budget.

Good experience! I would give 10 out of 10 anytime to their hospitality! Ours was a birthday party, my dad and my wife share their birthday on the same day. We were scheduled for a buffet-lunch. The two girls who settled us down in a corner table looked after us till the last moment, kept hovering around, ensuring all our needs were met & attended to, very polite, smiling all the time and well-mannered! Don't remember their names but it was on 25th of May, 2019. I thank these two girls for making our day a special one. To my experience, the place could be anything......I have been around a lot and I can vouch for this thing.....so the place could be anything but if you are not attended to in a manner that you want to, everything goes down the drain!! I am taking out one star (should have taken out two) because of the terrible food they serve! NOT ONE single item in their buffet was up to the mark, very few varieties in non-veg, same goes for veg and some items even looked and tasted stale! I could tell because my wife is an expert cook! They need to improve their food quality big time! If I am to go there again, it would only and only be because of the hospitality part and the credit goes all to those two ladies who attended us! Thanks to them once again for their hard work!

We had a fantastic evening here with office collueges. Lawn arrangement was far far better then experienced in past. And yes Gajjar ka Halwa, ab tak taste hai.....

Located near Iffco Chowk Gurgaon. Nearest metro station is MG road. Recommended for both business and leisure stay. Also they have arrangement for conference and business meet. Quality of service is good, 10/10 on ambience and privacy concept of this hotel. Matched to a 5star level, food quality and hygene can easily be trusted. Plenty of parking place and secured environment makes this place a must visit.

I went for a company interview I stayed here for two days. The rooms were very good and descent. I don't like the food personally . Because it's five star hotel it serves around more hundred varieties of food for every meal but I don't know the cost.

Seriously needs to relook. Attended wedding but no class at all.

The rooms were very nice and had nice amenities. The overlooking view from bathtub was great and bathroom was pretty big. The staff behaviour was excellent and stay was enjoyable.

We went to bar and roof top for corporate party. Crowd and ambience was nice.

Went for dinner with office colleagues and opted for buffet. But the overall service was pathetic much lower than what you would get in a normal restaurant. Food wasn't great either.

I went for krylon shop.... So have been only at reception and lobby... Which is amazingly beautiful

Location is alright, a little messed up due to ongoing construction in the surrounding area. Food quality can be improved

I had taken a club room with my friend's and family hotel confirm my booking of 7 th floor club house room but hotel give me room on 6th floor
I was sitting with my family and friends on 7 th floor lounge they did not serve me food and drinks
Staff also misbehave with all of us

The hotel is very nice. The location is no good if you have any time to kill and want to go walking around. Expect to pay western prices for food and drink.
