Very neat and clean. Very Good food. Very good service. Overall a very good place to be in.

Excellent customer service - hosting, restaurants, room service, etc. Lounge has a rooftop to allow you to enjoy the scenery. The bar service hosts were excellent and catered to ensure you were fully satisfied. Sanjay, Nishant and Radhika were a few of the hosts that went over and beyond to ensure you enjoyed the moment.

The hotel is really expensive and food is not that great. If it's a office party one should not miss the opportunity

This time around they served amazing food, during our company meet.

Most of staffs are very helpful and friendly. I want priase especially Anui, Raj and Jamal for excellence in his works. Thank you all Westin staffs.

I happened to attend an office party at Story @ Westin. This was my second visit to this place and this has a different vibe to it h the ambience of the place is amazing and the food is pretty good as well. Overall a pretty decent experience.

Did not stay here. Seems like a nice hotel. Banquet hall is nice. Has a separate elevator for banquet hall.

I visited Weston guru gram to meet ine of my relative to whom I recommend. The entry of hotel is very beautiful. The staff are very cordial. The rooms are elegant

GREAT HOTEL & WONDERFUL STAFF
I wish i could had given them more star, Month of Jan and feb I stayed lots of days in this hotel and I felt more like home. staff were so wonderful and friendly . from the entrance to reception, gym, spa and all restaurant staff specially staff at Taste restaurant were extremely friendly. they knew by heart what I'm having for breakfast and it was there without asking. thanks to Raj, Ramish, Chandra, and few of the managers and chef's who made my stay more pleasant .
if you ever stay there and have the privilege of using the lounge , please do not miss it as satardner and his team make your evening more memorable, chef Rahul/ Riya/ Mohit/ Utkarsh/ Saurabh and Priya thanks for looking after us . you guys are AMAZING and looking forward to see you again soon.

Nice ambience, courteous staff and also excellent food!

Nice ambience.. good food. Road to Hotel is also traffic free. Connectivity is good as IFFCO Chowk and MG road metro stations are not far away from here.

i love the Eminence of this place.. i have attended 2 meeting here and loved it.

Hotel is just ok when you compare with other similar 5 star hotels. Staff is nice but sometimes small details are missing. I hired a car to go t Delhi which was close to 100 dollars but the driver didn't even have a GPS to find destination. Gym could be improved ...

The hotel has some great ambience good for business trips and conferences. The rooms are quite large and spacious.

I was at Westin for a music performance and they mostly have people going to the terrace. It sometimes feels like we e performing to an empty arena while the audience is somewhere else. It is a nice place to dine and ai might go there again.

Poorly maintained property, you can easily find mosquitoes in the lobby and beware to check every thing cautiously before eating if you are a pure vegetarian as you might be served a non vegetarian dish instead - My personal experience.

I AM TRYING TO CONNECT ON GIVEN NO FROM YESTERDAY FOR BOOKING. BUT NOBODY IS INTERESTED TO PICK THE PHONE. RECEPTION PERSON IS TRANSFERRING MY PHONE BUT NO ANY BANQUET PERSON IS PICKING. THIS IS NOT FIRST TIME I AM CALLING WESTIN. I HAVE ENQUIRED SEVERAL TIMES BUT SERVICE IS VERY POOR.

Went to westin for an office event. Everything was top notch starting from breakfast, lunch and evening tea. Overheard a few of my colleagues say that lal maas was the best they had so far.

This place was awfully calm.. good place to have coffee and relax for half an hour. Not more than that.

Hosted an event in the presidential suite and had lunch. Both were very good experiences. Lunch serving was a tad bit slow but other than that great experience

Gurgaon branch is 1000 times better than Sohna rod westin

Microsoft organised a 2 day event tagged "Edu Days" for school educators, leaders and policy makers showcasing the creative work of students, teachers and their channel partners. Although the staff was very friendly but the service was a little slow. Had higher expectations from this place!

The Westin Gurgaon is at prime location near to the Iffco chowk metro also the service that they provide is exceptional. Loved it.

Very poor quality masala tea was served at a wedding function ....abd there was no corrective response from the steward, even though I explai ed that the quality was very poor !

Went for Dinner buffet with EazyDiner discount. Not a 5star buffet experience, in terms of taste and variety. Could have been better.

Its very dark there at night, very alone & dull feeling there. Not a good place for marriage function, arrangements were made many parts.

First and foremost, the plush decor,warm hospitality wins you over.But,apart from that, the electrifying smile and warmth that we received from Shivani,chef Madhur and his team ,made us forget that we were out of home!!!
