five star hotel in Gurgaon vicinity bang next to iffco chowk

Standard 5 star breakfast: waffles were a bit sad, sambar vada was mind-blowingly delicious, good selection of juices, milks and cheeses, eggs slightly overcooked and parathas a bit bland, but amazing service, friendly and non-creepy wait staff, and good coffee and masala tea. Not worth a trek, but makes for a lovely lazy Saturday breakfast option if you live close by.

This hotel is AMAZING!!! What makes it even more amazing is the staff. Chef Dharam (sp) was so good that each morning, he would bring us a special authentic Indian breakfast to try. Dosa and Puri were my fave

The rooms are so lovely and clean. The atmosphere was just so warm and welcoming. All the staff had their beautiful smiling faces on I would stay here for the rest of my life if I could.

Situated at junction of MG road and Gurgaon express Highway, Westin is one the better hotels in luxury category in the area.

A nice surrounding, beautiful landscaping with vertical farming adds to the pleasent experience.

I went there to attend Google Devfest Delhi in October, arrangements were so good, and the food provided From your side, I was in love with all the dishes, specially butter chicken in dishes, And my favorite sweet dish, Choco moose cake, it was just like heaven..... Soo good , finger licking taste , I could just express right now about that. Every time I pass by the hotel, it always reminds me of the that Choco moose cake's taste. Incredible, delicious.

Gym is better than expected for a hotel gym, a pleasant surprise. The published photos only show the cardio section but there is a regular and a cambered barbell, plates, dumbells up to 35kg, a Smith machine and a few machines along with a separate yoga type room.

It was a great experience....i loved the ambience ... staff were so nice nd experienced...food was so delicious...

No good ambience and cozy factor at restaurants .no 5-star warmth and service

I went for a Media Event by Hotstar and the Ballroom where it happened was expectionally good. Food was utterly delicious. The hall had stable acoustics and was able to comfortably accommodate 250+ people. Overall, great experience.

The view from the hotel is not as appealing as one you get at Taj and maurya but it is spacious enough I booked a executive suite that was very spacious and overall if you want privacy and all this hotel you can prefer

I have been staying at this hotel on and off for the better part of 7 months! The service has always been really good, the food is great, and importantly the rooms are quiet and very comfortable (and big).
In addition the gym (and pool) facilities are great. Amit (the gym instructor) is fantastic ... and can assist you with building different plans to suit your needs/strengths/weaknesses.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Brand Westin in peril. Cud never imagine that a f. Star hotel can hv such a poor banquet, horrible waiters( sure... must hv hired them from nearby labour chowk) and equally pathetic food quality and ingredients like basaa fish finger- for ex.

This hotel, one of the finest in Gurgaon, is located right in the heart of the city! The luxurious and well maintained rooms here are a pleasure to stay! The conference halls/facilities are simply awesome! The food is just amazing! A wonderful place to stay if budgets aren't a constraint!

Had a relaxing staycation here.

Overall a very pleasent stay in the club room. The club room came with two King sized bed with access to the executive lounge that caters to morning breakfast, Hi tea and dinner.

Managers reception was also good in the evening in the executive lounge.

We found eating here more convenient rather than going down to the crowded coffee shop - Seasonal Tastes.

Coming to SPA. :

Went to their award winning spa for their signature spa. I d day for a price tag of Rs 5000 I was expecting more. The staff was friendly, but not that great in massaging techniques.

Worst was the noise in the Sauna and locker rooms too much of a local crowd made it seem like any other local spa.

Overall, I most enjoyed the spa in Anya apart from the spa services at ITC.

Food
Food was good. Room service is about 20% expensive than restaurants.

Story: Night club
This was a good experience. Just that washrooms were 4 flights of stairs away.

Pool
Half olympics sized 4ft deep pool is just about average.

Nice hotel.. however, If a lone lady traveller wants to stay .. think about it.. after 7 pm the surrounding is very lonely and if the person wants to hv food outside then might not be safe

Easily accessible from anywhere in Gurgaon City, their rooms and hospitality is of highest standards. Very close to Kingdom of Dreams if you are interested to check that out.
I ve stayed there 3-4 times in past and have nice experience during all my stays.

Honestly, I did not like the buffet. But because I am a vegetarian hence cannot comment on nonveg. Ambience is okay, nothing special. Honestly there are better places with much better food and ambience.

This is a 5 star hotel in Gurgao. The food is delicious. The interior is very decent and ambience is quite sophisticated.

This is such a lovely place and this place inspire you to work dedicatedly. I think everyone needs place.

Good hotel, have good service and have ideal location

Nice ambience and really loved the pizza and pasta in the Prego restaurant.

Went to attend a marriage but didn't like the most reason.. Dud DJ, too much of running around for seating area and food as I was giving self service me and my family .
Unnecessary valley parking people where as there was parking space near to the banquet, now this awkward but I did find my fuel level went down can't strongly comment on this but overall average. It's like big face with small mouth. I don't it was value for money or not but status symbol for sure.

Went here for a confrence.. I like the fact that the hotel has a separate entry for the confrence halls, which sometimes can be very annoying for the visitors in case of big events...

Lobby was very noisy due to a performer singing in restaurant area. Otherwise good ambiance.

Hotel is good, food is really awesome. Very near to IFFCO chock metro station. You can from metro station to hotel, it just 500 meters.

I have been there with my friends. We spent almost whole day over there and had lunch, snacks and dinner as well.
Overall experience was very good and memorable. And value for money in Gurugram, Haryana. This is specialized for corporate as well.

Very bad service because staffs are less in service and have zero maintenance. Rooms are not so good as per the standard of five star hotel...

Poor service. U need to make 3 to 4 calls if you need anything from ur room. Staff is also not cooperative. Better to go sohna resort they are so cooperative & helpful.

The location is apt, the environment inside the hotel nice although as I was in a social event, it lacked a sense of freshness which was not much of a issue though. The food was okay, the service was fine. Really liked the attitude of service staff.

Westin is a true 5 star experience. I do recommend this property. The rooms are spacious, food is great and hospitality is commendable.

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Complementary bottled water, dental and shaving kits. Service was excellent especially compared to other hotels in Delhi.

It was pathetic, we went for breakfast n they denied, we already called and enquired if we need to book a table n timings, but they said we are welcome to come before 10 am, we reached around 9 n they said they denied us to hv breakfast..how can a five star hotel deny the services to a guest like this, very unprofessional staff n service..not recommended at all..

It's OK, nothing particularly special. Getting a little tired now. Pool is not inviting. Spa is apparently excellent, but quite expensive (for India). Food is OK. Bars are nice. Breakfast is average. Rooms are large.

Great location and good solid service. The hotel has a lovely water feature and a small garden. Their guest experience staff will go out of their way to assist.
