Great property. Not very kind with extending the courtesy of a complimentary drop barely 1Km away , for regular guests. Not even at a nominal charge. A full 1800/- for less than a mile away!!

The hotel is really great. It definitely deserves its 5 stars. Rooms are big with place to work or just read the paper which is left on your door every mornung. Beds are really really cimfortable. You can find in your room all you would need for a short and long stay. Very good breakfast. For lunch and dinner you have few options: Asian, itallian and main international restaurant. The hotel is close to DLF business park and Cyber city. Nearby you can find a big mall - Ambiance mall.

Probably one good option over this area but do not know the other. A bit in the middle of nowhere and rooms are good, large and service is great. Food was ok ok only especially on the western side and should require more care. Pretty big hotel with a nice setup and convenient location if you are going around gurgaon. Room for improvement despite a good value for money.

Nice hotel near IFFCO CHOWK AND MG ROAD METRO STATION

The facility is approachable from the Indira Gandhi International Airport Delhi very easily. But if you are new in the area be careful. A slight deviation from the route may cause you too much delay. The staff is professional and cooperative. But it's a bit costly as compared to other hotels with similar facilities and services.

Classic place. Good to go. The environment and everything is so good inside. Convenience is also easy for the place. As it is a 5 star property so the rates are also like that only but is affordable. You must go once there. U ll enjoy the environment. Alao there is a pub inside so u can party as well

Quality of food is great. Nice ambiance. Staff is helpful... Location is also close to airport and cyberhub and even metro station

The Westin was great, I can't think of any ways to improve it. I really appreciate all of the free water bottles they provide you with in the room. I was nervous about drinking water so that helped put me at ease. The staff was always very nice and helpful.

Well it's a five star hotel...i went there for an ad shoot of tv commercial..and after my experience I must say there japanese food in there restaurant is awesome. A must try...

DISAPPOINTMENTS-->the bar was most of the time without a bartender and the despite of it not being busy the staff was lost in their own.

The place seems to have lost its charm of having built before approx 6 yrs. The rooms are big and luxurious but the amenities have a lot more to be improved.

Still holds a old model TV that does not have regional channels neither allows u to play USB content. I have visited this place thrice but though feedback is given no improvement on the feedback given. The management needs to buck up to be at par with the new comers. The ambience needs to change a lot. At times it gets boring yo see the same place with no improved feedback.

Nice 5 star property. Centrally located. The only challenge is accessibilty. The property is accessible only from backside which is frustrating to say the least. Otherwise it is at par with any other 5 star property

Good accomodation in Gurgaon. Its an oasis amidst the complexities beyond its walls. The service has been reliable except in breakfast where I seem to ask the staff a couple of times because they forget my order/request.

The coffee shop buffet serves good food and has great options. Beautiful place.

Incredible staff are so friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel and rooms are gorgeous. The on-site eating options are very tasty. After long days site-seeing in the heat and humidity and crazy traffic, coming back to the Westin Gurgaon is like coming to an oaisis. I absolutely loved this place!

5 star luxury hotel. Two classy restaurants and a nice buffet. The gym has everything you need for a proper workout, free weights included. Rooms are very plush and well taken care of.

Very nice experience. It was a presentation and dinner by a client. So can't be judgemental about hotel services. Food and service were up to the mark but limited option. Food wasn't very spiced up. It's a thumbs up. Would visit again.

Great Ambience, good training rooms with natural lighting. They have a whole lot of options for food in the buffet, which works very well for everyone.
The staff is very good and courteous.

Nicely maintained lawn, the property is located in the heart of gurgaon near the highway. Spacious and luxurious. We had food at the restaurant here. They have a good spread of food items, tasting quite nice. Good place to spend some quality time with the family.

Hotel is beautiful & spacious but food is very bad. Has attended a wedding buffet. Food seem to be stale & not fresh. All dishes seem to have same taste. Not tasty at all. The staff was ok not very well trained. Chinese is also very bad, no taste. Will not like to visit again. Needs improvement specially taste of food

One of the few places open till late (4am) in gurgaon. Drink prices are usual for a 5 star. The staff was great!
