good place would have given a 5 but food is a slight disappointment

Went there for breakfast , though the ambience was really nice and they had a lavish buffet spread.
The most disappointing thing was a stone in the Upma which really spoiled the mood for nice weekend breakfast treat that I had planned for myself.

Been to Westin twice. Both time for professional events. It's at the prime location in gurgaon and almost walkable distance from Iffco Chowk metro station. Their staff is really welcoming. Ambiance is great be it restaurant, conference halls, bar or the open area.

Delectable spread on Sunday brunch. Huge variety and excellent customer service with live singing. A memorable experience!

I attend a conference here, it's a huge property with all facilities one expects in this class of hotels. Staff is courteous, Valet parking was a smooth experience, there was buffet for breakfast and lunch with wide variety of drinks and salads... It was a great experience overall

The hotel is lovely and so are all it's facilities. The mornings here have a different feel to them with their aesthetic beauty . It was a very wonderful experience for me as the buffet at it's various restaurants was just wonderful. Do try it's various cuisines with no compromise on quality with the food being very fresh. The staff is so courteous and prompt. They satisfied every request quickly and kindly. Gorgeous rooms, marble top to bottom, good security. And the food, is amazing. EEST and Prego are both authentic and delicious. The air in the rooms is well-filtered so the room at least is free from the choking smog outside.

Highly recommended Sunday lunch buffet if you are a sea food lover. Rooms are extremely spacious.

Went there for three day conference. Liked the Valle parking and very supportive staff
Food was good. Area around Conference room was very crowded as multiple conference are going on. Washrooms are good. I did not like towels under urinals in gents washrooms. Also not like they paper tissues are kept in a basket. They are getting wet and not Hygieneic

Outstanding hotel offering the regular Westin experience plus a little more. On site restaurant, Prego was great, and they served the best track of lamb I have ever eaten. I ordered this twice during my stay and it was beyond excellent both times. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were great. Was lucky enough to get my room upgraded on the final night and it was nothing short of spectacular. Would stay anywhere else in Gurgaon!

A good place overall if you consider parking, room services, air conditioning, comfort etc.. The food is as always great.... The prices are in Accord to the services provided so make sure to check your budget before check in..... You will definitely not find any problem here....

I go here pretty often for kitty parties. Highly recommended for stay. The best thing about this hotel is the ambiance here. It feels so lively. Their story lounge is something that I like the most. The drinks along with it's live music and perfect ambiance really makes your evening. And the food, unbelievably amazing and well presented. Been to many hotels in NCR but this one still stays top on my favorite's list. A must visit hotel!!!

The food and service are absolutely great. The staff here are very helpful and friendly, especially Sarthak, Amit and the chef. The place is a must go to for celebrating a big occasion or just to fine dine, if that's what you enjoy. Had an enjoyable time here.

Just had a first visit here in Story lounge & bar. Bar service is quick and amazing. Interiors and ambience is mesmerizing. The food service needs some improvement. Delay in serving food.

Great hotel everything except security guards security guard behaviour very rood and third classes

We went to Westin sector 29, to have breakfast buffet at seasonal tastes, the ambience and decor and vibe would be , as usual, of a five star. So nothing new, nothing too different, just the simply experience.

This is also Marriott's property same luxury same nature, i have been there for a meeting, security level is 10/10 .

It is a huge premium hotel, where it accommodates large number of people with many facilities. The food spread is very good with tasty and luring items. The service provided by them is pretty good. Security and safety is pretty good. We can expect a good stay and service from the hotel.

Lives up to the standards. Lots of greenery around, view from rooms is great. Food is awesome and staff really courteous. Do check out Bagel bar for some amazing food.

Spent the evening at Story, the restaurant in Westin. Loved the food. They have a decent collection of alcohol too. Plus the music is soft and you can talk through it. All in all, a great experience.

Best hotel in Gurgaon. Well placed for Cyber City and three surrounding business areas. There breakfast layout is spectacular - massive range of options -- spend some extra time here.

I think it s high time that they shut this property as the meaning of hospitality has been forgotten.

I am hating myself to allow this excruciating pain to be borne by me and family post my lousy experience in 2017.

Just came out suffering through a devastating buffet with a super lousy service both in food quality and hospitality.

The menu was limited to a street food vendor menu with one salad, one desert and minimalistic choices, which is still OK if you have the COVID card on play but the quality and service was abysmal.

I am attaching image of pasta in pink sauce and a mint chutney which only had one thing in common : Water. Maybe the chef believes that Haryana water is great tasting and just by adding it, he is serving a master piece.

I hope that COVID will surely take them to their logical conclusion as I have lost any expectations from this property.

It is one of the best location in Gurgaon. It's a 5 star rating hotel with all modern amenities. The decoration work is also optimum. If the pocket allows, then it is the best place to plan the party and call for public gathering.

The food quality is best of its kind. You can enjoy multi cuisine.

The staff behaviour is also good.

The lush green setup with the water fountain makes it the first place of choice.

Well maintained property...had a very comfortable and relaxing stay

The hotel has multiple restaurants with food service available 24 hours, which is perfect for international travelers arriving late in the evening. The staff is amazing, and they go out of their way to cater to guests needs. The fitness facility is fully equipped with aerobic and weightlifting equipment as well as a yoga room and locker room.

I went to the Google Delhi DevFest 19 where we were offered all breakfast and dinner options from the Westin Hotel Group. The place is really nice with lots of pigeons hanging out in the artificial water bath. The hotel has good food and service is excellent. Good for hosting big events like wedding reception and other community events.
